Pathetic hotel, advertises the world and all was closed. Cocktails were horrendous machine made. All the mentioned included items were at an additional cost, the snack bar was poorly stocked and rarely rotated. We were ultimately underwhelmed and will not be returning to this hotel. Strongly advise against.

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights.food in restaurant was same every day breakfast had to be heated up in microwave provided we had to to wait till the large groups of older residents had been served lucky to get fed. Room was excellent housekeeping was perfect. Staff in bar were lovely Jose was great. No entertainment to be seen even if they was you could not get a seat as room was full again with older residents. Location was great close to beach 5 min walk. Mrs H

We stayed here for four nights and found the experience fairly average overall. The rooms are nicely presented, but cleanliness could be improved, as there was noticeable dust. Housekeeping also seemed limited to just changing towels each day. The room lacked basic amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, which was disappointing for a hotel advertised as 4 star. One of the main drawbacks was the noise the walls are very thin, making it easy to hear everything from neighbouring rooms. The food was also quite average, with slow service at times and limited availability, as dishes often ran out. On the positive side, the location is excellent, just a short five-minute walk to the beach, and the reception staff were helpful and quick to resolve an issue we encountered. We didn’t see any entertainment during our stay, so we can’t comment on that aspect. Overall, while it’s fine for a short stay, it didn’t meet expectations, and we would be unlikely to return.

I don’t know how this is classed as a four star hotel, for an adult only hotel they do a great kids menu , the food was horrendous nothing was hot, same food over and over all week, staff not very friendly, tea and coffee facilities in room but not replenished at all through out the week we had to go to reception and ask for things. No poolside entertainment at all, and evening entertainment was almost non existent apart from bingo every night. A couple of days soft drinks machine in bar area was only giving out water. Long queues in bar in the evenings because only one bar person serving and he had to stop to make cocktails, definitely not worth going all inclusive.

This is not a four star hotel… The restaurant is a disgrace… meals are same every night… cold and not appealing… we had to eat out most meal times…. entertainment very poor… Staff don’t interact… our first and last going here….

The room was very spacious and clean it is very close to the beach The staff was very friendly but don't waste your money bye going all inclusive because it doesn't pay The food was same old thing every day if you like chips that much and you like cold food then it's for you we even went out for dinner when go to get snacks all you sea is ants cruling Near food. Hotel advertised 4 star The hotel is 4 star so don't fooled

We have been coming to this hotel for 4 years , and this trip will be our last. We are very disappointed with the range of food on offer for evening meals , pasta every night , chips but no other potato choice they did have jacket potatoes but because of complaints about not cooked through they removed them. Very little meat choices, had fish several times but found that very boney , had mussels and clams ,a lot of mussels not open so gave them a miss . Had paella one night meals are served between 19:00- 21:00 i came at 20:00 and it had all gone,and told there was no more, the same on a Mexican night Chilli con carne all gone by 20:00.Breakfast ok usual buffet . A good selection of sweets.so im sad to say this will be our last trip to the Panama Hotel not a 4 Star in my opinion .,also broken missing lock on the gents WC ground floor it was missing year previous.

Not worthy of 4 star, modern rooms,but that's the best I can say no evening entertainment to speak of apart from one night of flamenco dancers,food palatable but usually tepid, and tea and coffee only at breakfast, staff was very helpful and friendly though,would love to to go to Palma Nova again lovely resort.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Had to pay for beach towels and an iron. I paid €170 per night. Given plastic cups to drink out of. I’ve had better food in the staff canteen at work. This hotel is advertising itself above its station. Room had broken and torn upholstery. We were all inclusive but the room had run down kitchen. Only half the room has been renovated, and that must have been many many years ago. I won’t be back nor will I be recommending.
