I have to admit we were a bit worried because of some reviews, but the hotel pleasantly surprised us. The food selection wasn’t huge, but there was always something tasty to choose from. The afternoon snack by the pool (hot dogs, pizza, hamburgers) was a nice addition. Drinks within the all inclusive were good, although my partner thought they could contain a little more alcohol.
The room was small but well equipped – there was a fridge, TV, clothes rack, and a hairdryer. The bed on wheels sometimes moved a little, but it didn’t affect our sleep. Overall, we felt comfortable.

The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and there are shops and restaurants nearby. The bus stop with regular connections to Palma (about every 20 minutes) is also very close.

The hotel is beautiful and very sophisticated, perfect for friends or couples to relax and recharge. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating and they went out of their way to make our anniversary a special one.
The sea view is stunning and the pool is a great size with very comfortable loungers along with a big beach bar serving delicious cocktails.
The buffet has an amazing selection of foods varying from cereals, nuts and fruit, yogurts, pastries and fried food. There was lots of choice and the evening food was beautiful. Again boasting a varied menu of food from all different cuisines.
The vibe is very chilled at the hotel and out on the strips with lovely bars close by and two beaches to chose from.
I would recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing get away.

As returning guests we enjoyed another great stay in Palmanova Palace. All the staff were brilliant, but special thanks to David at reception and Julian and his team in the restaurant. We love the food - there’s always a great choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner of freshly prepared delicious dishes using local produce - but also chips, pizza etc. if that’s your preference. Our only issue was with noise during the night from neighbouring guests’ rooms. We didn’t notice this during our stay earlier in the year, so maybe we were unlucky this time and it certainly wasn’t the fault of the hotel. In our view this hotel gives you a great value all inclusive stay in a convenient location. Looking forward to coming back next year!

We love the Hotel and have been a few years in a row but the food constantly lets the Hotel down it’s usually never warm enough and has steadily gone down in quality ,not a great variation either.Its such a pity as everyone works soo hard in the restaurant and all over the Hotel .We are not sure if we will be back as other Hotels hit the mark better for the same money

This is my second stay at the Palace and my second great holiday. Rooms are not huge and bathroom is rather small but no problems. Rooms are serviced every day and are spotless. Beds are a little soft for my liking but are comfortable. Food is good and varied and the people running the dining room are good especially the manager who we had a lot of banter with. The hotel is all inclusive and the drinks that are available are of decent quality. Restaurant is open 3 times a day and food and drink is available at what is called the pizza bar. Pizza, burgers, hot dogs etc are served and are decent quality. The hotel is situated on the edge of town about a 5 minute walk from the sea, shops and bars and a bus stop with a good service is close by. The jewel in the crown for this hotel is the staff who are all very good. The only thing I could find to moan about was the internet, the WiFi was good but the service to the hotel was possibly supplied on a piece of damp string. All in all this is a great hotel, it is not a top class hotel but a hotel where you get excellent food, service and a great holiday for the money you are paying.

Very nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Food was ok, varied. A few people said the food is cold, I think this is for to the air con is cold, but there is a microwave available. The pool is cold but very much needed. There is no kettle in the room, but you can hire one for 15 euro. I'd recommend taking a travel one with mugs. The room is fine, we lucked in with good views.

Stayed all inclusive 06/10/2025 to 16/10/2025 - wife and I - good holiday, food varied, daily room cleaning, met all expectations and more re my specific requests - room 718 - near lift, lovely vista of hills and sea - as stated I did not have a pool view but no dissatisfaction with this - entertainment friendly and approachable, evening entertainment "dragged a bit" waiting for the "acts"- lounge area was inside so stage blocked with pillars - overall happy!! Booked through JET2.

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my partner’s birthday after reading what seemed like great reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was very different.
The food was disappointing — often cold with very little choice available. The room itself was quite old-fashioned, though it was at least somewhere to put our heads down at night. We had booked a double room, but instead were given two single beds pushed together, which constantly separated while we were sleeping — not ideal for a couple or elderly.
Most of the staff didn’t really interact with us, and on several occasions when we tried to say hello out of politeness, we were ignored. Whether this was due to a language barrier or simply poor service, it made things feel quite uncomfortable. One man at the bar in particular (Gonazalo) was extremely rude, and I’d advise being cautious when ordering drinks in the evening due to the bad attitude. The only thing that made our experience enjoyable was the company from the other guests, who also shared similar complaints and towards the end it just became laughable that everyone we came across was on the same page .
Overall, I was honestly embarrassed to have surprised my partner with this trip. I have no idea how this hotel is still receiving 5 stars. It’s such a shame, as I trusted the positive reviews, but they turned out to be very misleading. I would not stay here again.

Visited for my birthday with my family i will say the hotel is 3star thats generous not a 4star Great location to the beach and shops clubs and restaurants food in the restaurant was terrible but the snack bar was excellent could not fault the food was catered for European and not for English drinks and bar was great pool area great rooms out dated but cleaned every day and tidy shower was powerful and clean towels every day without fail Entertainment was fun but the best thing about my stay was the animation team ( davide Maria and andrea was amazing and fun they are amazing people in there own way they made our holiday without them in there it would of ****** but made some amazing friends what we will meet up with in the future kids belly

Arrived as a party of 12 and quickly became clear they could not accommodate in the restaurant or the entertainment room .Fortunately Julian in the restaurant made this possible and he is most definitely the most pleasant of the staff , The rooms are basic and in need of refurbishment with mouldy silicone, rusty taps , peeling doors and terrible sound insulation. The pool area is small and the female lifeguard has a bad attitude. You cannot move sunbeds , play music low on your phone , use lilos etc in the pool .One day we dared to find away around the moving sunbed rule she then went on to berate us to anyone who would listen even pointing at us ! The food in the restaurant is mostly lukewarm and chaotic at times. The staff are not friendly ( except Julian) uncooperative and just shrug if you complain ,All in all this hotel is not a 4 * it is a 3 * on a good day .
