My stay at the H10 Mediterranean Village was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist, Claudio, was fantastic, setting a positive tone for the entire stay. The friendly environment extended to all the staff, especially the entertainment team. A big shout-out to Alex, Nico, Sabit, Lewis,Lucia and the rest of the crew for their incredible energy and the fun activities they held. They truly made the pool area a blast! I'm already missing the amazing energy of the entire team,! Thank you all for making my day so special!

There is so much I could say about this wonderful hotel that it's difficult to know where to start. Situated in Cap Salou it's perfect for people who like to explore but don't want to stay in slightly busier areas like Salou. It is just five minutes from the BusPlana offices where you have access to one of the best public transport networks I've ever used. A cheap and reliable service that runs from early in the morning until late at night. It is also just five minutes away from a beautiful secluded little cove that is easily accessible although wheelchair users might need some assistance. There are wide, but shallow steps as well as a rail for those who need it Also within a ten to fifteen minutes walk there are a choice of restaurants, supermarkets and tourist shops as well as a local pharmacy. The hotel is immaculate. A bright, modern hotel with a choice of indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, sauna and entertainment every afternoon and evening. The staff are fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel extremely welcome. The hotel is run like clockwork and everything is seamless and efficient. The rooms are spacious with a private verandah that is shielded from your neighbour allowing a welcome area to relax in privacy. Bathroom has both a shower and a bath and the obligatory bidet. The one thing we noticed as disabled people was that the mattresses are firmer than we are used to. I think this might be cultural. We simply used our duvets as mattress toppers and if we were to return we would ask if they had specific mattress toppers. This should not be seen as a criticism but instead as an observation for people who may have musculoskeletal problems. Now I come to the main thing. The food. Viktor the chef is a genius and deserves a Mitchelin Star. His menus are incredible. Every meal was a true culinary delight and he runs his kitchen effortlessly. I have never been so impressed with a chef anywhere before but I cannot emphasise enough just how good he is. This is a wonderful hotel and one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and one I would love to return to even if we're just for the food. Overall this is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. I loved every minute.

Recently back from an excellent week at this hotel, all the staff are so friendly and always happy to help. Not sure about the evening meals as i only booked Bed and Breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic with a full range on offer from English to cereal and continental. The pools all looked good and night time entertainment was great, lastly the room i had was spacious and clean. Highly recommended for all.

Not good about the hotel TV is not in any other language except for Spanish. The housekeeper as in cleaners don’t do what you expect from a 4 star hotel. They don’t change the bed every day or clean the floors every day. My feet are mostly black and itchy while walking around the room. The bathroom is the nicest in the room. The beds are hard. You only get a few plugs in the room. The entertainment is just in Spanish no other language is shown or given. Breakfast is the same every day sometimes hot and sometimes cold but time to come is between 8-9am to avoid cold food. Rooms don’t come with kettle or free water. All room have in the bathroom every you need to do your hair and wash your face to brushing your teeth. Avoid getting loud noises neighbours. I’m sure my family will say some things positive but for me not that great. I left early sadly not for me. Not a lot of shops around here. You will need to take the bus to places.

Stayed here for 10 days in July 2025. The reception area is stunning, the hotel itself was very clean, and I had all positive experiences with the staff. Our room had complimentary dental kits and kids shower gel and body milk. The whole set up was lovely. The hotel is cashless, you can choose to top up your wrist band at reception (it has a chip inside which also gets you into your room so no interference with magnetic strips from phones etc!) or you can pay on card. Although the wristband system broke down while we were there so I’d recommend sticking with card. I have to say a massive thank you to the lifeguard, who on day 1 saved my daughter! We miscalculated the depth of the water at the bottom of the pirate slide and he was in the water pulling her out quicker than I even realised what was going on! The food was beautiful. We ate at the burger bar, the a la carte restaurant and the buffet. I would say the buffet is quite pricey. It was 28€ per adult and 14€ per child, but it was all you can eat. The a la carte restaurant was the best but the pizzas from the pizzeria were delicious! Lovely pool side snack mid day! Beautiful steak and their tuna steak was amazing at the a la carte. My 13 year old was classed as an adult for food at the buffet but when we asked if she could have a wrist band we were told no as she was a child. Which was a bit annoying. The only negative about food is that it all closes at 4pm except the buffet, which you have to eat inside. So you can’t get anything past this other than crepes. But we ordered McDonald’s if we got hungry after this time. The splash park across the road was fantastic, my youngest enjoyed it so much! The sheets were changed twice in the time we were there and we had clean towels every day. The only negative about the room is that it was riddled with ants. But there’s not really much to be done about that and I don’t blame the hotel staff one bit. Balcony was huge, plenty of space inside the 2 bedrooms, the master bed was massive! The on site supermarket is a bit pricey but there is a local supermarket at the top of the street so we just shopped there most of the time. The hotel is a bit out of the way of the main part of Salou but there is a beautiful beach at the bottom of the street, it was a stones throw away and gorgeous! There’s also a bus stop outside the hotel and the buses are really regular, and we often asked reception to call us a taxi, it was 11€ to get to the centre. Lots of storage space inside the room. We had a fridge but no freezer so couldn’t buy ice. There was the usual morning rush for a sunbed and it actually got to a point where we would stand on the balcony watching the rush to reserve a bed! And the view! We had a beautiful pool view with the sea in the horizon. Stunning views. The night time entertainment was fantastic! The hotel mascot, daisy, has the patience of a saint! And we watched a Bruno Mars tribute act while we were there and it was phenomenal! We also watche

We loved our holiday. I was really nervous before we arrived after reading so many negative reviews about fun at the pools and all the rules...well every negative comment about this area of the hotel is completely unfair. The lifeguards are amazing ! They work so hard to make sure everyone is having safe fun. It was so refreshing to see and our children had a blast! The pool areas are clean and well cared for. We stayed self catering so I can't comment on the half board restaurant, but we did eat in the little pool side hut regularly for lunch and the pizza place and both were lovely. Good food and service. Cap salou is quiet and lovely. I was worried that we would visit salou and wish we were more central but after visiting salou we def made the best choice for a base. Its just a bit busy...and I did witness someone being pick pocketed and intervened...just be very vigilant, especially getting on the bus. The bus service outside the hotel is great and easy to use. Buy tickets from the end of the road. The supermarket in the neighbouring hotel is good. Overall , we loved our holiday and would definitely recommend.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Where to start :(. We arrived in July 2025 and had booked a 2 bedroom Comfort Suite. On arrival, I found the hotel beyond the foyer was very tired. Corridors etc, more 3* at BEST. Our room was on the first floor. Bathrooms are old and grotty (mouldy seals everywhere and hair remaining... It was 10 pm arriving so got the kids to bed. Had to pick dirt and hair off my bed sheets - ( see pictures). Then the hell started. 2 pictures of where our room was located. IN THE BIN… effectively. At midnight to 2 AM in the middle of the night the reversing Beeps of bin trucks began - for 2 solid hours! 7 trucks! The compactors for the rubbish was effectively in our BED… the noise was absolutely deafening!!! Then quite. Then deliveries started - beep beep…. At 6 am. Every 5 mins more trucks Hotel full no rooms to swap us…. Combine this with my husband getting food poisoning, me getting food poisoning and the other family we travelled with also the Dad getting food poisoning! We were half board and also ate lunch there so it wasn’t from outside food! Not surprising seeing as I found hair in my tuna toasty at the pool bar food terrace. When asked as we checked out - did you enjoy your stay madam, I replied with a sigh and mentioned the above.( I was respectful in my feedback at all times). The receptions reply was this- Was there anything further you wish to mention? Ok- (smiles) thank you To say this was a disappointment was an understatement - in fact I have never shared a review before but just could NOT let this go. Our summer family break was a complete disaster - despite paying thousands for it. Really poor for a H10 hotel of which I have stayed in many over the years!!! They need to really do better!

We spent a pretty terrible value for money 2 weeks holiday in this hotel. The rooms and facilities are in dire need of a renovation, the hotel looks and feels extremely dated and the food can be improved massively. The bad: - rooms and facilities are tired, poorly kept - zero soundproofing and the materials on the hallway ensure that you hear every step outside in your room - no vegetables at breakfast, eggs almost alwats burnt, food for dinner pretty poor almost every night - the canteen is so poorly designed that you almost need earplugs because of the sound - pools only open at 10am, nothing to do until then if you are an early riser - super crowded around the pools, and not enough umbrellas (12 umbrellas for more than 100 sunbeds) - pool toilets in a horrible state throughout the day, not cleaned nearly enough - if you are unlucky to get a room above the bar, you will here the sound of scraping chairs until midnight - cleaning is pretty superficial and we had a period of 3 days where our bin was not collected The good: - fairly reliable wifi - drinks and lunch are not too expensive - most of the bar and restaurant staff are very nice and helpful (special mention for Luz Marina, Mariam, Mireia and Petru) Our worst experience in a H10 and in general in Spain. Overall = 2/10

Dear H10 Mediterranean Village Staff, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for making my stay once again one to remember. From the moment we arrived on July 23, 2025, until we left on July 30, 2025, the entire experience was exceptional. I especially want to thank the entertainment team this year; they were full of energy, and we had a great time getting involved with their activities. Please extend my gratitude to them. I also want to acknowledge the bar staff, who consistently went above and beyond to meet our needs, always with a smile. The rooms were always clean and fresh, which added to our comfort. The restaurant staff and the cooks provided top-notch service, and the food was outstanding. The front-of-house staff were always friendly and very helpful, so I appreciate their lovely hospitality. Finally, I want to personally thank Sebastian. He is truly one of the kindest people I have ever met, and it has been a pleasure being in his company again this year. I’m already planning to hopefully see you all again next summer. Until then, take care, and thank you once again to everyone! P.S. We stayed in room 237, which you kindly upgraded for us. I must say it had the best view we've ever had in eight years of staying here, so thank you for arranging that. Best regards, Pearce

Not many people write a review after only day 1 of their holiday. Judith and her team at the front desk go above and beyond to help. The room is great, so is the hotel. Perfect. Now to put my phone away as I know we will enjoy our holiday. Thank you. Mark and Joy
