We waited in lines of over half an hour to collect the apartment keys.
The reception is in one location, and the apartments are in a different one. Any small appliance must be rented (coffee maker, hairdryer, toaster, etc.). Of course, there's no dishwasher.
Just a few days before our reservation date, they informed us that there were no bath towels in the apartments.
One night, upon arriving at one of the apartments, it took us over an hour to open the door, as no one had informed us that the lock sometimes turns and is impossible to open in that position.
The cleanliness and condition of the apartments also left much to be desired. Very dirty corners and walls, broken sofas...
