I paid for breakfast which was a buffet style, it was okay with many options available.
The local beach with a parade of shops and restaurants is only a 15 minute walk from the hotel.
Overall this hotel is lovely for a few days or an over night stay.
I’m British. So no kettle in the room was a shock.
But a lovely hotel, close walk to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.
The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the staff is nice and it’s clean. However, beyond that, I didn’t have a good experience. The pillow and bed quality are poor. The air conditioning is very noisy. The breakfast, in terms of variety, feels more like a 3-star hotel quality. The bakery selection is poor and limited. I expected better from a 4-star hotel. As for the El Arenal area, in one word, it’s terrible and low-quality.
