Rooms were very small and every noise from next door and above can be heard. Also got lots of bites on my legs (not bed bugs) but something else that was in the room.
The food was nice but glasses especially to get juice or water were very dirty. The food should also be labeled better for anyone who has allergens or intolerances. I don't think I will stay here again and have never been this sick from staying at a hotel.
The food is great, we tried it as part of the all-inclusive pack and we experienced a lot of meals. We went now in August and there is a lot of variety of food and each night we had different food themes like Mexican, Asian, etc.
The rooms have a bad smell of sewers but we figured out it is not a problem from the hotel but from the town. And when we reported and asked for help the staff immediately took measures to help clean the air and made it smell better.
Noise insulation in the rooms is not great but the rooms despite being a bit dated and small are very well clean and functional.
An overall great experience, I recommend it a lot! 🙂

We were originally put in a top floor apartment and when I asked if someone could take the cases up for us was told no, so they put us in a ground floor one. The floor hadn’t been swept properly. The next morning at 7am the kettle blew the electric fuse, so scrambled about in dark to sort it. We were given a new one later in the day. The apartments need an update as very old fashion, but the size is great. The staff were really good, especially Miguel from Sevilla. Nothing was to much trouble. The Christmas Day gala meal was outstanding and so much fresh fish and prawns, we were in our element. Food overall was very good. It is a few minutes walk to beach and bars, plus to a bus stop for Palma. The bar area where the evening entertainment was held didn’t have enough tables and chairs which meant sometimes we had to sit on bar stools, which as elderly people wasn’t satisfactory.
Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.
