Perfect location close to the waterfront. Small hotel with rooftop pool and lovely staff. Amazing value out of season. We had a brilliant time walking, sunning ourselves and eating in the restaurants locally.

We loved our stay in Mallorca at this hotel. It is very conveniently located on the main square. It's nothing fancy but the price to value ratio is excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would stay there again.

A beautifully decorated and serviced hotel, part of the Daina hotel. Staff were amazing and the food delicious. The roof top terrace and plunge pool were absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend.

Just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel. The check in process was smooth, although it was at the sister hotel, which is 2 minutes away by foot. We had standard rooms, which were small but very clean and well appointed. I would choose a balcony room if I was to visit again. The breakfast offering was varied and served to you(which I prefer, rather than a buffet). The seating outside looked over the square and was a nice way to start the day. We also used the bar in the evening, with outdoor seating(same area as breakfast). I must point out the staff, who were all excellent. Professional, courteous and always happy. Special mentions to Alfonzo and Pere, who looked after us. The location was perfect. 5 minutes to the sea and 5 minutes to the bus stop. We used local buses to travel around, which were cheap and convenient.

I had a truly lovely two-week stay at this hotel and honestly can't fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth, welcoming, and thoroughly enjoyable. The rooms were lovely which an outside terrace (room 109), tastefully decorated, and cleaned to a high standard every single day. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes — everything was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Their professionalism and kindness made us feel right at home throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others. A big thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable! Look forward to visiting again.

I have visited PP many times - 1st stay at cultural hotel and it was lovely - downside is that if you arrive after 12 there is no lift available and have to carry luggage up the side stairs which would be a problem if you have a disability- same for early checkout - we had to leave at 6 am. Windows in some rooms are not easy to open and there is nowhere to dry swimsuits. On a positive note the hotel is in a perfect location, it’s clean with a daily maid service- the room was comfortable (no long mirror) air con was quiet, beds were super comfy and the staff were amazing. Great menu choice for breakfast and super early evening cocktails overlooking the square. Have booked to stay again already. Would definitely recommend.

Attended the cafe in the Square attached to the hotel - service awful and member of staff rude - chap with a No10 tattooed on his arm - was rude to my 82year old mother and when I ordered a chocolate milk for my daughter he took the order and did not return - I managed to catch his eye but he looked at me smiled broadly and walked away. Was even difficult trying to pay the bill. totally ignored. After waiting 30 mins I went inside and asked to settle

We've just returned home from a 10-night stay at the Cultural Boutique hotel. The hotel is lovely and has a great location, right in the heart of Puerto Pollena, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. We had a standard room, which we booked via TUI. I tried to upgrade to a balcony room directly with the hotel before arrival, but unfortunately, no other rooms were available. We weren't thrilled when we opened our bedroom door and were practically on top of the bed! Our room was very small - perfect for a weekend city break but not for a 10-day beach holiday. There was nowhere to hang anything to dry, and very little storage space. You had to carefully manoeuvre around the bathroom door to sit on the toilet! However, the shower and air conditioning were good. We found the staff to be very friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfasts on the square, although the service was a bit hit and miss. The sundeck on the roof terrace is lovely, but very hot! We only used it a few times and mostly had it to ourselves. Overall, this is a nice hotel and a good place to stay in Puerto Pollensa. The room was just a letdown for us.
