BQ Aguamarina Boutique Hotel in Can Pastilla

We have just arrived back from a lovely week staying at the BQ Aguamarina. We stayed bed and breakfast in a street view room. We found the hotel to be lovely and quiet and slept well although both of us do wear earplugs so that does make a difference. Pool area is lovely with a gorgeous view when sunbathing although it is very small meaning a couple of days we fell unlucky getting a lounger. Breakfast was really nice and the staff so friendly and attentive.
The last two days weren’t quite as peaceful as a stag party arrived, took over the pool area and as they stayed in the rooms below ours we could hear their loud music and chanting. We were quite surprised that a hotel of this size allowed this but obviously it’s the luck of the draw when staying anywhere. All in all though we had a really lovely break and would consider returning but maybe booking a room with a view as street view is most definitely a street view.

The boutique hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally attentive, welcoming, and dedicated to ensuring every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. The food was outstanding — beautifully presented and full of flavour — making each meal a highlight of the experience. The hotel itself was immaculate, well maintained, and clearly cared for to a very high standard. Every detail contributed to a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service.

We’ve have been coming to Can Pastilla for the last 20 years, we have mostly stayed in the BQ Apolo, but have visited two or three others in the area, We had always promised ourselves a stay at the Aquamarina and this year decided to go for it. Can I say from the very outset, in no way we were disappointed, in fact we were delighted, it’s difficult to know where to start, but the most important thing to me is the people we interact with, the staff in this hotel are amazing, they are incredibly genuine, friendly, approachable and helpful, by the end of our week they felt like friends and for this reason alone we are already planning a return visit, to continue, our room was beautiful, well equipped with robes (which is always a plus), luxury shower gel/shampoo etc and a top coffee machine with fresh pods and bottled water provided daily, also daily cleaning with fresh towels etc. The view from our balcony was truly amazing. We were bed and breakfast and the buffet breakfast did not disappoint, a great selection to suit every taste and staff ensured coffee and tea flowed readily, their efforts did not go unnoticed. We did also dine in on a couple of evenings and the hotel has a very comprehensive ala carte menu and the food was fabulous, fresh and beautifully prepared, roof snack bar was also very good.
If your looking for a quiet, intimate, quality stay in a beautiful hotel in an equally beautiful setting then look no further👍

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and this has to be one of the best. Our room had fantastic views and facilities, the location is great and the food good too. The only downside is the lack of parking but this can be mitigated by parking at their nearby sister hotel if they have space. If we come back to Mallorca, we will stay here again. I also had my first bath outside where I needed to wear a hat!

The location is very good. There is a supermarket and a beach downstairs. You can park in the beach parking lot opposite the hotel, but there are very few parking spaces. You have to rely on your luck to find a parking space.

Everything was great, quiet, and in a good location. Close to the beaches.

Beautiful location, 8 minutes from the airport and it is outside the city, so if you are looking for a relaxing and calm place this is the best.
The hotel is lovely, the rooms are amazing, the rooftop swimming pool is lovely and on the lower ground floor there is a Spa with sauna and jacuzzi. You can book a massage in advance if you want and it is worth it.
The service was amazing, everyone is super friendly and they help you if you need anything.

I will come back for sure!!!

I had never been to Mallorca but found this hotel with good reviews and it was convenient to the airport as well (10 minutes if that). Although there were many planes taking off, it was not a distraction and the rooms are very well insulated from outside noise. The rooms were very nice though the air conditioning seemed a little weak as did the refrigerator's chilling capabilities. However, the room was very clean and comfortable and the balcony had a great view. As others have said, the bathroom could be a little awkward. The location was superb with a beach directly across the street and many restaurants and small grocery stores nearby. In addition, it was convenient for the tourist train and a nice walk along the water all the way to s'Arenal The staff was very friendly and the service was very good. Highly recommended.

The view was good and the weather was so good.
