This was our third stay at this hotel and it will be our last When we first stayed there no stag or hen parties were allowed. We were in Room 102 and the room opposite was 103 We had 3 different group of guest use that room during our stay. Each one singing and shouting until 4am We went to reception to complain and the night manager did go and have word on 2 occasions but it carried on. We had to go back to the room in the afternoon to get some sleep. Yes I know it’s Benidorm but the hotel needs to clamp down on this very quickly or you will get a bad reputation I fully expect the usual reply from the hotel. We are really sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay with us we have passed your comments to the management team and hope to see you again. Please don’t bother because we will never return.

Lovely hotel situated right in the middle . 3 minute walk from the bars and 7 minute walk to the old town , very clean , all the staff were helpful … swimming pool and bar is very relaxing , breakfast was very nice , lots of selection .. we enjoyed our stay thanks

Lovely little friendly hotel amongst giants around. Amazing location, close to the beach and shops bars and restaurants. Anna on reception most helpful, bar staff attentive. Great roof top bar with small pool. Very clean and smelt like a spa. Only disappointment was the junior suite to fit 3 in a room was large enough but not adequate to suit the sofa bed which I was expecting a bed, to the room. Basically the you would walk into the room into the sofa bed and this would also be in the way of the entry to the bathroom. The low light fitting above the sofabed/ coffee table combo would get in the way and 1 hit my head 4 times

On arrival when I told I was the first floor I asked for a room higher up but receptionist said it was a nice room even though I had asked for elsewhere for the noise of being on a lower level. She said the hotel was full and that wasn't possible. Hotel was not that busy.
Room 110 was above the restaurant which can be noisy later at night when you are trying to sleep.
Bath had no plug. Air-conditioning doesn't put out cold air. Lowest it would display was 10c but this was not the case.
Good location for beach and if you want to beclose the strip.
Old town 15mins away.
Good choices at breakfast.
Pool was closed on second day of my holiday. Under repairs

Ideal location between old town and new. Rooftop swimming pool cold at this time of year but worth a try. Lots of choice for breakfast hot and cold very tasty and filling. Room junior suite very spacious and clean with tea &coffee making facilities available. The bathroom had a very powerful large headed wall in shower with good range of temperatures. View from balcony nice of Mediterranea ***** and with Gerona ***** behind street never heard any noise during the night in hotel or from surrounding area very peaceful. Would definately recommend this hotel to stay and would again , staff very friendly and welcoming.

This hotel is on a great location , 5 minutes either side of old and new town and so close to the beach. My room was immaculate,bed was so comfortable ,slept like a baby. Daily maid service if required. This is a small hotel and easy to get around which i personaly prefer, loved the roof top pool ,the bar wasn't open during my visit but i am sure it would be a great place to chill when the sesson kicks in .

We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay however the room although clean needs a few parts refreshing. We stayed B&B and we was happy with the selection at breakfast, although the hot food wasn't very hot.
This hotel is ideally situated just 1 street back from the sea front and central from everything, the bus terminus is 10 yards from the hotel with lots of buses to various places stopping here. The old town with restaurants and shops is 10mins walk away. We was really pleased with where it was.

Very nice Hotel in an excellent position in Benidorm, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and welcoming and friendly staff! However, they advertise breakfast and dinner, but only serve snacks, i.e croissants, cakes etc at Breakfast, the same for Dinner plus a toasted sandwich or a burger etc! It has to be said there are many Restaurants nearby!

No way is this hotel a 4* and unfortunately me and my friends would not return.
Reception was friendly but other then that, shabby rooms with paper thing walls, you can hear furniture being dragged and noise from other rooms all night.
The pool is not heated as mentioned or if it is it's freezing and tiny. The cocktails were very nice at the pool bar though.
Lifts are slow and feel like they are about to breakdown.
Breakfast not great, probably one of the worst I've had in a hotel. Not a lot to choose from and zero atmosphere.
Beach is just across the road, and if you turn left out of the hotel and keep walking you end up in the new town. However there seems to be a few undesirables who linger on the street outside the hotel.
Have been to Benidorm many times and this hotel was unfortunately a let down 🫤
