Clean spacious room. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Parking off site is available for a charge. Able to unload the car outside the hotel was an advantage as the car park was too far away. Close to the old town.

This is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms gets cleaned every day. There is a fridge in the room but you have to ask reception for a kettle - €10 returnable deposit (which is fab as other hotels charge you the full €10 for the privilege of using it). We love their luggage...

The room had no proper window which you could look through, but was in central location and clean. Overall, I was happy with the reception, the bathroom and anything else I needed. I stayed for a night in Benidorm.

Second time staying at this hotel and for the money you pay its excellent !! Its not 4* but nether is the price!!!! Tamara on reception was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel welcomed. We regularly visit this hotel and on every occasion, our stay has been consistently excellent and the best value for money. We have a Cockapoo dog who is also made to feel welcome with a bed, bowls and a small treat. Rooms have a mini-fridge (no kettle or coffee making facilities in the room, but reception have them if needed). With all the staff, nothing is too much trouble. Location is fantastic...

Except the pool on the roof, everything was very good, the food and cleanliness were phenomenal, I loved the foam party, the cleanliness was very good, the restaurant was very clean and varied, the views of the hotel are not very good. It only faced a narrow street but generally everything was fine, but they didn't give me the all-inclusive option and it's one of the things I always look for.

Our favourite hotel! Absolutely spotless, smells so fresh and clean. Breakfast is the best ever and the service is second to none. My only little snag is that it can get a little noisy outside in the early hours of the morning, in our experience loud Spanish men who have had a few too many!!

Brilliant staff, fab breakfast, lovely to find out they have a roof terrace with hot tub. Clean rooms with a king size comfy bed and great power shower. The only small negative was the windows aren’t sound proof so unfortunately we were woken up by a bit of noise on one night in the early hours.

My second time stopping at RH Canfali and it won't be my last. This occasion was a 5 night stay with my wife and it was perfect. Christian on reception is a real asset to the hotel. His friendliness and attention to detail is perfect. We had a slight problem with our room and Christian dealt with it in a professional and timely manner. We do not eat breakfast, but where ever we stay, we buy breakfast, just drink the coffee and take a bacon sandwich / boiled egg to eat later, this it seems is no longer allowed, signs on every table state food must not be taken from dining room. Terrible stay. The noise levels were impossible to cope with. Fully aware it was new years eve but when the hotel bar is blasting music outside at 3 o'clock in the afternoon with obviously no consideration for the rooms directly above. The hotel room was clean and tidy, a great position close to beach and restaurants not far from old town as well. We were there when the power cut happened. This place is great, took us in without notice when we had a problem with another accomodation, staff is kind and helpful, located in a very nice area with all kind of services around, room are spacious and sparkling clean with great A/C and the buffet breakfast is delicious and varied !!

arrived after a tiresome journey the owner came out to take our cases in,checkin was swift room with a balcony at front of hotel daughter in next room great the room was great beds wow and soft, all the staff wwere great food a ok bottle of wine on the table at meal times although the hotel was 90% full no waiting for a table staff were on the ball would I use this hotel again YES.

Had a lovely stay at Hotel Colon. We both loved the sea view room and sitting out on balcony. Truly worth paying a bit more to wake up to each morning!! All the staff were extremely helpful especially storing luggage because had a late flight. A self service breakfast which was very filling and still enjoy the sea view! We will definitely be back. The negatives are meal time (evening) was like a stampede no queuing in an orderly manner people just pushing in not a big choice of hot food (well cold food really) meals not described in English, entertainment not geared for the English and finally not very good if you have mobility issues as the ramp to the hotel is very steep

This was my second time staying here. I like where it's located, maybe a little too far away from everything for some people, but if you prefer a quieter spot in Benidorm this is ideal. Went there with my parner for a few years before he passed away always had a good time. the room was clean And staff frendly. This is a wonderful hotel with amazing bedrooms and the staff a great. However, for a 5* hotel, the breakfast was barely warm and in some cases cold, this was everyday we stayed there. On our last day I purposely went down for breakfast as soon as it opened but still the cooked breakfast wasn't warm enough to eat. That is a disappointment for a 5*hotel.

The only down part was the dinner. Way to greasy and not yummy at all.

Bad, the bathroom needs urgent renovation, very old and the air from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. is very bad, in the mornings you get hot in the room, and when it works you can't set the temperature you want, it's standard

2 star hotel with 3 star service. A bit out of the way, but not a massive walk into the Old Town. Clean rooms, serviced every day, with air-conditioning in the rooms. Staff are very attentive. Me and six friends stayed for the benidorm fiestas for four nights. The hotel is in a great location, a 15-minute walk to the new town and old town and 10 minutes to the beach. Check inn was very slow but the staff were friendly. Our room 711 was a good size with a double and single bed. With a bath and shower over it. Definitely no soundproof in the room as you can here conversations from next door...

Brilliant hotel, peaceful & quiet which is what we was looking for. Staff were lovely rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. 2 lifts to choose from, games area,ballroom, pool with jacuzzi. Levante beach is 10 minutes walk away. There's also a little hut around the pool that serves soft drinks, snacks, alcohol & food. Would definitely go back.

This hotel is on a great location , 5 minutes either side of old and new town and so close to the beach. My room was immaculate,bed was so comfortable ,slept like a baby. Daily maid service if required. This is a small hotel and easy to get around which i personaly prefer, loved the roof top pool ,the bar wasn't open during my visit but i am sure it would be a great place to chill when the sesson kicks...

On arrival when I told I was the first floor I asked for a room higher up but receptionist said it was a nice room even though I had asked for elsewhere for the noise of being on a lower level. She said the hotel was full and that wasn't possible. Hotel was not that busy. Room 110 was above the restaurant which can be noisy later at night when you are trying to sleep. Bath had no plug. Air-conditioning...

Lovely quiet hotel in a good location very clean and comfortable rooms a little dated but can't fault it.good choice at breakfast and again very clean and well organised. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.we didn't use the pool so can't comment .we would stay there again.

The staff are all lovely and friendly. We loved the food. The room was great second floor with pool view. Spotlessly clean throughout. We also like the location its perfect for us. Small issue with noise late at night from other guests. One night there was a awful argument going on and we feel the security let it go on too long. We do like the castilla and would return

This was our second visit to the hotel Castilla and it didn't disappoint from the moment we walked into reception all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful all areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean and the food was of a good standard with a relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant, the hotel is in a quiet area of benidorm but only a few minutes walk to the clubs & bars and less than 10 minutes...

This hotel is a short walk to virtually anywhere you want to be. Bars are not too close which is great for a good night's sleep. Plenty of options for bars nearby. And the old town is approximately a 20 minute none strenuous walk away. Plenty of sun loungers to top up your tan top.

Very good hotel well situated for everything that one would require, great staff & very helpful reception, comfortable rooms & exceptional cleaning staff & all this at a competitive price, would highly recommend.

Great location between old & new town quiet at night too. Hotel reception very helpful rooms nice we were on the 8th floor overlooking the pool which got the sun later in the day. Pool nice & plenty of sunbeds you could also hire a towel €20euros which got refunded when returned. Breakfast ok but not a great choice for fruits, nuts, cereals or nice yogurts so basic for 4star imo but fine. Would return...
