Lovely hotel with staff so friendly our room was on the 17th floor lovely view and really comfortable beds with a huge bathroom . The restaurant food here is really good with nice restaurant staff also the bar staff are so helpful and efficient i would also like to thank the reception staff always there willing to help the whole hotel is really clean well done to all the cleaners .

We usually go to the Princessa, so this was a smaller hotel for us, but we still enjoyed it. We like RH hotels and will return again. The food is excellent. We had a family week here mid March, 3 superior rooms for 6 of us. We were all very happy with the rooms. Spacious comfortable and extremely clean. I had maid service daily and it was excellent. Bathroom had double sink, bath and shower with toilet and bidet. Hair dryer, kettle, fridge and free safe. Enough closet space. Our balcony had a good view and we could see the sea and pool. Another lovely stay at the Victoria.The kettle in my room would not stay on i spoke to Marcus the assistant manager and he bought a new one to my room.Lovely comfortable bed and a nice big room. We stayed in RH Corona hotel last week, we all were so impressed of cleanest, kindness of the staff and delicious food , everyday you could choose from healthy options,seafood, juices and fruits. Definitely will come back soon.

Fabulous hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff are lovely and friendly. Breakfast was superb. Loads of choices. We've stayed in quite a few hotels in benidorm, but this is by far the best one yet for us. Location is fantastic along the old town. We have just got back from our week holiday staying at this hotel, We arrived on a late check in approx 0015hrs, 6 of us where processed fairly quickly. No intorduction to the hotel was given, just a sheet of paper with meal times and swimming times. Customer service not responding to my emails, which I find terribly rude. We spent 5 lovely days at the magic rock with no complaints. Third year we've stayed at the Magic Rock. The first year being able to use the roof top and bar was great. Finding out last year that the bar was not opening was a major disappointment. Stayed at the Magic Aqua Rock Gardens hotel in Benidorm this last week. The first thing to note is that a transfer coach won't drop you off or pick you up from the hotel due to the tightness of the access road. Stop by at Benidorm and travel to Altea, this hotel is good as a middle point. It's convenient to get to the highway to Altea. The direction for the hotel car park is not clear.

Staff are lovely. Straight up the main road to the beach, about €5-6 for a taxi. It was equivalent to a Premier Inn in the UK. Breakfast was standard buffet breakfast. Pool and rooftop was nice. Bar staff were friendly and put the football on when I asked. First drop on the coach from the airport, 2nd last pick up on the way back to the airport.

The location is excellent and the hotel is very clean. The front desk staff were especially helpful. The pool is beautiful! 🤩! Booked in here for a few nights to meet friends, the hotel is separate to the apartments and takes a bit of getting used to as you have to go through the hotel, walk around by the pools to get to the apartments. Booked 4 nights 3 days, Full board at the Beginning of December. The Hotel is basically fine, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the Food was acceptable. Great location close to lavante beach. Pool and outside beautiful, Rooms are tired as you can see, some rooms small with no balcony or views but you can pay at reception for a from facing and view room if needed and wanted. Really nice hotel we stayed for 4 days. Food was really good with a great selection especially at breakfast 😋 and the pool outside was excellent 👌. We have been there a week. The hotel is simple, but we were very comfortable. Of the rooms I would highlight the beds, they are very comfortable. The food is good and the staff very friendly. I wouldn't mind repeating next summer.

The rooms are okay, nothing special and a bit small, as well as the shower being narrow. All of them have a balcony with views to the pool. Service is good. They gave us clean towels every day and made the beds. There's is air conditioning on the rooms, a wardrobe, tv (which you have to pay a deposit of 30€ to get the remote) a mini fridge and a desk. You can also find a air dryer on the bathroom....

Just returned from a 3 week stay in this very Spanish Hotel. Could not have asked for a better holiday. Every thing was faultless. The staff are great the food was good. The rooms are adequate and well heated. No English TV unfortunately. The cost was cheaper than some of the other popular hotels in Benidorm.

I paid €77 for a room (Travelling alone) Including breakfast which I thought was very reasonable. What can I say about this 3 star hotel. It deserves to be a 4. The location is beach front right opposite steps to poniente beach. Opposite is a children's play area and a bus stop. Right near all the bars restaurants and shops of the old town. The harbour is in sight and a short stroll away with plenty boat tours and water sports. Second time staying at this hotel and it just keeps getting better. Very clean, friendly and an excellent location. Excellent value at bar and the food choice is extensive. Can’t wait to book again.

Rooms/shower/balcony are very clean and modern, new fresh. Food: alot of choices, recommended to come early for your food as it could get really busy and queues when you get in later Staff are all friendly and helpful Hotel is 5 mins walk to the beach with a variety of access on different side streets.. spoilt for choices for food just outside the hotel, aswell as supermarkets..

I was very surprised as did not expect a nice hotel on the Benidorm strip but was very pleased with the whole experience. Though it would be noisy you could hear the music if you go to Benidorm you expect that but slept well. Nice hotel. Modern and comfortable. Good value for money. Fair walk into old town and an even bigger trek into new town. Were in our 30s so had no issues with the walking. If youre older youd be better suited to something closer to the town. Rooms are paper thin. Could hear others from their room next door coming in from a nice evening out, bit of a pain but once they are in and settled its fine...

Staff could off been friendlier. Entertainment was based for the Spanish more. Yes I know we was in Spain. Did have elvis impersonator just looked normal and still only done 3/4 songs. The rest was Spanish ( not elvis) and didnt start Entertainment till 9.30 & 10.15 so only on an hr or so. But room was ok but balcony lights on 2nd floor didnt work. But was out a lot.
