The place is located in a perfect area near the Bear. The amenities are fair. Could do with a new toilet door as it’s disintegrating on the bottom part.

Well priced apartments in a fairly central location. There is a slight hill upto the apartments but it wasn't bad and wouldn't say it was a struggle as in other reviews. 200 euro deposit, which went straight back on my card. They didn't even check my room but I always leave accommodation spotless anyway. Only issue was been asked why I haven't checked out a couple of days before my departure day, but...

Rooms are fine you just have to empty your rubbish and strip your beds at the end of your stay to make sure you get your 200 euros deposit back...dont believe the reviews that the staff are rude as we found them very polite and helpful..

Stayed here over the fiesta, the apartments were as expected, nothing wrong with them but nothing fancy either, also not the cleanest! The staff are lovely, the hotel isn’t the best but you get what you pay for it’s a little dated don’t like the fact that there’s no balcony’s the food has been woeful for the 5 nights we’ve been here breakfast has been cold after getting down there 10 mins after start. me and my boyfriend booked this abit worried!! as the reviews worried me!! however this hotel is absolutely lovely!! quiet the food was adequate and the view was AMAZING, they were really friendly and the hotel was in a really lovely area catching the sunset every night. the hill was a 2 min walk up but we found some steps which was a lot quicker. i would definitely come again!!

Would give the Hotel possibly 6-7 out of 10 however the hotel is having a major refurbishment in November so can only score the hotel as it is today. Great location close to old town. The rooms are lovely and modern and the rooftop pool and bar are lovely. The staff are pretty friendly overall. The hotel is very hot in the communal areas, no air con in reception or lifts or hallways etc which was really disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Food in the restaurant is ok but not the best quality, and probably not 4 star worthy

What an amazing hotel! For the money we were shocked, fantastic staff, spotlessly clean and they even bought me a cake, flowers and cava for my 50th. This is a 2 star but don't be fooled, if it had a pool it would easily be a 4, nothing is too much trouble for the amazing staff. Everything has been perfect! Arrived 9th Nov..didn't get too reception before 1;30 which we knew wouldn't make it to get keys...we had one big case and two holdalls which we took with us to a little resturants around corner and stayed there til we get keys at 4pm at Don greggio 5 min walk from our apartments... which was fine... got keys and went to apartment...it was OK basic just somewhere is all you need...cheap... could do...

Restaurant is lovely. Sadly they have put a water sports thing in front of restaurant so it spoils the beautiful view but food very good. Not stayed in hotel. I did look into that but not sure the hotel seems very good but restaurant is. I had the most gorgeous lunch of garlic prawns.

Booked for a solo long weekend. This hotel was perfect for me. The view is spectacular! My room was dated but everything you needed including a full size fridge. The shower was powerful and hot. Extra blankets and pillow in the wardrobe. Free use of safe. The breakfast is small but plentiful, Sausages were my favourite. A bin for the room would be better than just the small one in the bathroom.

It's 3 star hotel but it's just great. Easy to get to, no parking but street parking not too far away. Lovely view of the whole bay

Had a lovely stay here for my first time in benidorm. Very welcoming staff who were more than happy to go the extra mile to help you with anything. 24 hour reception, rooms nice and clean and a fresh breakfast every morning. Thank you members of staff. I will definitely recommend to others 👌

Santa Faz was absolutely above what we expected! Ok the rooms are tired after 70 years but for a 2* rated hotel it was amazing. It’s located in the middle of old town and less than 200m from the beautiful beach. Breakfast is good and filling. The staff are brilliant and tend to your every need,always with a smile and we will definitely visit again in the future.

Basic but clean hotel with good staff. Food was a bit of a challenge lol. We managed to find something every meal. Go with open mind give it a chance. A few other guests had high expectations and were disappointed. But I think they missed out.

Great hotel, I went with some friends and had two rooms. Friendly staff in the hote. We had only once breakfast on site , which was great. The other days we ate outside. The hotel is close to the streets with souvenirs, restaurants and tapas. Not far from the beach, so ideal for us. Clean hotel.

An hotel in the heart of the Old town Simple in design and very clean. My room was on the first floor. Compact but All you need. A balcony to sit out on with a table. I found the bed comfortable. Breakfast was in the dining room. A buffet style where you helped your self. Always being replenished by the staff. Location is perfect to explore the local shops and bars. Enjoyed my stay.

Highly recommend this place!!! Great location, very clean, and fantastic breakfast with gluten free options (just request ahead) but most importantly, the service of the staff from the cleaners, to the cooks, to the reception, was amazing. Everyone is so helpful and so lovely! The beds aren’t suuuper comfortable but other than that this place is perfect.

Some of the Stars must have fell off the sign this is much higher than shown . A bargain and a great hotel.

This hotel lives up to its fabulous description. Better than most 3 or 4 stars I've stayed at. Clean fresh and central look forward to staying again in the autumn 🙂

Hotel Rosabel is perfect for couples and the older generation as it's in the quiter older part of Benidorm which has a much more Spanish feel to it with the classy bars & restaurants! The hotel itself has a lovely room with ensuite & balcony and can also use it's sister hotel across the road for it's facilities such as their pool and restaurant. The place has everything you need except WiFi but its on the beach . Although you have to do it all yourself like wash all the towels. And clean the place but we are well used to that. I had the privilege to live in this 5*almafra camping site. for one year. I can’t not fault this is anyway as through experience, front reception, to entertainment, the cleanliness, from the presence of the owners they make sure we’re looked after. Keep it going guys as you’re the best!!

Visited the site in July. Everything very clean and well managed. Facilities are excellent with value for money bar and meals on offer. Entertainment is good with varied types of acts performing nightly. Site very secure and safe with good local transport links.

This really is a five star site, so clean and well run. We are currently in the process of purchasing a property here and recently visited the site, and found it to be exceptional in every area. It is so clean and well maintained, really looking forward to our next visit.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They did all they could for us, since we had to change place to stay while we were in Benidorm, in the high season with almost no available places. And they did what they could to make our stay with them as comfortable as possible.

Excellent accomodation just fringing the old town, friendly staff, I also liked the request by the property to keep noise levels low after 10pm , we were beach front sea view with wonderful views , yes there is a road but never heard in rooms of an evening, but to be honest it's a 10 k an hour polocie and pedestrians are priorities, yes would thoroughly recommend,
