However, the walls are so thin that I experienced my neighbors’ entire cardio routine in surround sound.
At one point, the dramatic vocals next door were so intense that I genuinely wondered if someone was giving birth or auditioning for an opera.
The best part? My own bed started vibrating in sympathy. I didn’t realize I had booked a room with built-in seismic effects.
If you enjoy immersive audio and light tectonic activity while trying to sleep, this is your place.
If not, pack earplugs.
Facilities great with loads of loungers around the pool so no need to rush in the morning. Breakfast had a large choice with bubbles if you wanted a glass or 2, egg station, fruits, veggie corner and pastries. Check out the orange juice machine, delicious.
Good location situated near the most fabulous sandy beach reminiscent of Miami beach. Great bars and restaurants within walking distance and bus stop nearby to get to the old town, railway station and bus links
👎During my stay, I experienced a frustrating miscommunication caused by the language barrier and lack of clear information. I ordered room service breakfast, assuming it was included in my rate since my booking stated “breakfast included.” While I was aware of the room service delivery charge, I wasn’t informed that the breakfast itself would be charged separately. The hotel’s website and staff failed to make this distinction clear. I called reception and they told me to call room service. Despite confirming my room number and inclusion of breakfast when placing the order, I was later charged for the full meal at checkout, the story flipped, stating that the receptionist made this information clear to me, when i actually spoke with room service staff. The issue wasn’t about the payment itself, but the lack of transparency and accountability from the staff, which left me feeling misled. 1. Charges and conditions were not clearly communicated or displayed online. 2. Conflicting explanations from different staff members caused further misunderstanding. 3. Staff did not take responsibility for providing or confirming accurate information. So with that being said, I hope nobody experiences any kind of misleading as I did.

The whole experience there was unreal and we can not wait to book in the same hotel for 2026
The process was extremely slow, and the attitude of the manager and other staff members was very disappointing – they were just walking around without offering any assistance to speed things up.
After a long flight and more than an hour of traveling to get here, this experience was unacceptable. The check-in system is poorly organized, and customer care is almost nonexistent.
