There are two pools, one with two slides plus a little splash area that was perfect for younger children. On the top floors, there is a small gym and a sauna, and there is also a game room with machines and a PlayStation, which kept both kids and adults entertained.
The animation team was wonderful, keeping the children busy throughout the day but also involving adults in fun activities. The buffet food was excellent, with plenty of variety every day, including different fish and meat dishes. Our room was cleaned daily, and the staff were always attentive, welcoming, and smiling.
The only small downside was waiting for the lift during peak times, but this was minor compared to everything else the hotel offers.
Overall, I highly recommend RH Arena. We had such a relaxed and chilled holiday, felt very well taken care of, and would love to return.
The service was quite good, the receptionist was very friendly and knew english, but some of them spoke little to no english, which wasn't so good, but I still had a nice experience.
Location was also pretty good, you could see the hotel from far away, and it was close to the beach which I really liked. Only bad thing was that I saw a live cockroach on the street which scared me, but only one.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by Mady, a wonderful and charming person. She explained everything about the hotel, the facilities, and everything else to us. Every time she saw us, she greeted us with a smile. She's truly a wonderful person.
The chef who makes the pancakes, among other things, is super friendly and has a smile too.
If I could, I would live at the hotel for real; the food is varied and delicious.
We had a minor mishap, and it was resolved immediately.
It's truly a pleasure to visit hotels like this.

The buffet is very good, the food is good and varied. One thing I really liked was the individual desserts, so no one manipulates them.
The entertainment is great, for both children and adults. Performances every night and games during the day.
The all-inclusive is very good, worthwhile because it includes top brands.
The staff is great, all very friendly and attentive, including reception, the restaurant, the cafeteria, and the entertainment team. I have to give a shout-out to Juan, Rocío, and Adriana, who handled my food allergies with great professionalism, ensuring every day what I could and couldn't eat. Everyone was very attentive.
I think it's a very well-run hotel.
This is the first time I've stayed at this hotel, and it won't be the last. Highly recommended.
