Great location, right on the boardwalk of Roses. The beach is just across the street. Wifi was great. Lots of shops and restaurants in the surroundings. Breakfast was superb 👌. Will stay again next time I visit Roses

Excellent location. Stayed here twice now and paid the little extra for sea view and balcony and worth it!
Very clean, A/C brilliant. Cleaned daily with towel changes and toiletries.
Breakfast is rather unimaginative and unchanging but ample and decent quality.
Parking inRoses is a nightmare so if you have a hire car beware!!! You can park across the road but it will cost you dearly!

Needs better bathroom shampoo. Air con excellent. Would stay again as location is great. Public carpark opposite hotel so parking easy.

Everything is great, but it's not right on the beach, so you have to travel a bit. It's very close, and I still recommend it. The area is very lively and full of restaurants.

The Hotel website looked nothing like the room we where given, we tried to change rooms willing to pay the extra not allowed told no rooms available.
We looked at the hotel website rooms where being offered as available on the hotel website ?, our room was the worst room we have ever stayed at and we have travelled the world,

Very disappointing, no soundproofing. A main ventilation system that prevents us from sleeping.
It's impossible to adjust the heating; the room temperature reaches 25 degrees despite being set to the lowest setting (we had to turn it off).
