Limited light in the room, phones not in working condition, limited amenities.
We very soon realized that this was not the hotel for us (no need to go into details) and we're willing to forego 4 nights to move to another hotel along the beach.
We called ******* and they negotiated an amazing refund for us (even though we were in a "non-refundable" position). The bottom line is that for an additional $80. 00 we moved 300 ya
Really good kids club. That is the reason why we come again and again.
The kids club facilities really needs an upgrade because the equipment is warned out.
The breakfast is good.
The pool towel rules are strange.
