Service is Rubbish staff are rude towards non spainish people and give little care towards others.

Hotel has lots of stairs and only 2 lifts on each wing of the building this is not enough for
the amount they take in
Location is poor as it is on top of a steep slope and is unacceptable for disabled people aswell as the area itself which is notable for its steepness and amount of stairs

even mobility scooters have problems
I noted the shower was fabulous and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was nice the staff was super efficient however I couldn't hear myself think for the noise in the dinning room. People were shouting to each other because the dinning room was packed.
Note It's a bit of a walk from the beach however if you're looking for a cheap all-inclusive holiday out of season,
this is your place.
Food in the buffet was okay, there would always be something you could have and the snack bar was decent. We managed to book into the restaurant in the hotel for one night and was happy with the service we received.
The location was good, being close to the high street and not too long of a walk to the beach and local to the lift if needed.
There wasn’t much entertainment going on during the day, there’s only 2 pool tables that are out of action during the day as they’re in an entertainment room and locked up. Not much for kids.
Overall, I think this hotel was good but really needs some improvements, especially the rooms, I would stay here again only if the price was a factor.
A good value for money hotel, always clean with a good standard of food and drink with excellent service. Like all hotels of this age it is in need of some improvements and updating but overall the experience was positive
