We immensely enjoyed our time at Hotel Ritual. We stayed for 6 nights and we mostly impressed. The location is excellent, the spa facilities are lovely, and the rooftop pool was bliss. The staff were accommodating.

We had a sea view room, and I can confirm the curtains are very much blackout (perfect if you want a lie-in). Much needed as they are flooded with light.

The breakfast was plentiful and decent for the price. It is superbly located for the town's many attractions.

There are two reasons I cannot give it 5 stars. The beds were perhaps a little too hard. And sometimes the staff in the rooftop bar were on long breaks, which meant we were without service for a decent amount of time (people left to go elsewhere).

Would any of this put me off returning? Absolutely not. We are already planning our return.

I stayed at this hotel and I do not recommend it at all — absolutely not, not, not.

I left my card in my room and 50 euros were stolen from my room, and my card details were also compromised. I want to repeat this very clearly: money was stolen from my room and my card details were taken. I had 50 euros in the room and they disappeared.

This is absolutely unacceptable and terrifying. When I reported this at the reception, I was told that it was not their problem and that they have no cameras in the hotel, which is shocking for a place that is supposed to be safe for guests.

On top of that, the rooms are old, outdated, and poorly maintained.

Overall, this was a horrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, but unfortunately it did not live up to expectations—especially for a winter visit.
We arrived on New Year’s Eve and the hotel seemed to be gearing up for a private party rather than focusing on guests. The reception staff were not very friendly on arrival, which set a disappointing tone.
The room felt very tired and poorly maintained. The shower head was broken, and there was no smart TV in the room, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard.
All of the bars were closed during our stay, and the spa facilities were also disappointing—nothing seemed to be working properly.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel for a winter stay.

Rooms are very dusty 😢 needs a bit more care , breakfast was dull 😑 not much choice and what was supposed to be warm was cold ,Evening food was good😋
Had a horrible 😪 😫 night on 25 December, next door arguing all night !(screaming and banging)Phone reception nothing happened, complain to reception in person 🙄 😒 she said we didn't phone back and assumed everything was OK, piss poor care .
The same lady who told us not to be comfortable on a sofa on day we were leaving, you chose to work them days darling, get a grip miserable cow!
Little things perhaps, but I expect better after spending that amount of money.
Wouldn't recommend it .

I enjoyed stopping here. Poolside vibes, nice chilled atmosphere. There's a barber shop at the hotel and you can book through a QR code. My hotel room had a shaving pack which was a nice touch... i'll definitely come back again.

Spa is good, however should be included in cost of the room.

The location is fantastic, and the staff were very friendly and always helpful. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired—there was noticeable dust on the furniture and quite a bit of hair on the floor. A little more attention to cleaning would make this place much better !

Well known place to stay for gay travellers. The hotel was a fun experience. The friend I was going with had to cancel so I was there by myself and I made lots of new friends from around the world. Everyone is there to have fun. I enjoyed getting sun by the pool during the day and the hotel is very close to most of the well-known clubs and bars. The staff were friendly and housekeeping kept the room clean every day. The gym is very small and basically equipped. The rooftop pool is always busy. You have to get there when it opens to get a chair. The main pool is very large and easy to find a spot to have some drinks and enjoy the sun. The restaurant is buffet style. Basic food but a good variety. People come here for the social aspect. If you want a luxury resort experience then you will probably want to stay somewhere else. I would stay here again.

My partner and I liked the location of this hotel and the size of the rooms but unfortunately the room was lacking in comfort. First the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable I could not get a good nights rest on it so I tried sleeping on the chase lounge in the room which was about a foot too short but still more comfortable than the bed. The second issue was the bathroom: the sink was very slow to drain, the lighting was horrible, the shower was tiny and the shower head hose leaked. This hotel does have great views and a very beautiful pool area off the ground floor along with a rooftop pool which neither of us used. We did have the breakfast, which was included, but it was pretty mediocre.

Incredible. Spanish tapas with an Asian fusion twist. I got the Tapas Experience. Elegant presentation, a variety of unique flavors, and absolutely delicious for a very reasonable price. The view of the beach is amazing and the staff is super friendly. Say hi to Lola the house cat! Must experience.
