Hotel Temático Costa del Sol in Torremolinos

By far the worst hotel we have been to...
Tiny room, in an advanced state of disrepair: the half-balcony door that loses shreds of wood each time it is opened or closed, the top of the balcony table only holds up when balanced on the feet, completely separated from the rest, slats of the chair broken, the air conditioning must date from the 80s and the same is true of the dust accumulated over 3 cm on each slot of the filter, not to mention the unbearable noise it makes (forced turn it off when it is 28°C at night), the one and only floor overlooks a roof covered with cigarette butts, cans and other rubbish, charming view of half of the hotel rooms, 1 cupboard without shelf with put down a blanket in a ball, no bath towel except on request at reception, mold everywhere on the balcony... only positive point that made us agree to stay there the night: the sheets were clean ...
The only feeling we have as soon as we open the bedroom door is the urge to run away. Small price certainly, but big scam, it would not be worth 10€ per night.

At the beginning when you enter gives you good feelings. Very beautiful and others. But the thing changes when you talk to the receptionist that is quite edge. We booked a Suite more than a month ago and when we arrived they told us that it was not because they had given it to a family 1 week ago and obviously they were not going to take it to give it to us. The thing has started to get worse. When we enter the normal room, thematic has nothing. My grandmother's room is more modern than that hovel. It is too small and we were given a room with a terrace overlooking ... A badge, horrible. The bathroom had a lot of bugs, it was disgusting to go without shoes. The air conditioning, if you are one of those who need absolute silence to sleep, do not even think about putting it because it is very scandalous. The cleaning service only makes you the bed does not sweep you or anything. Something good is that the corridor of the rooms always smelled good. It was also conveniently located near the beach and Puerto Marina. I do not recommend this hotel as it is expensive for what they offer both room and service.

Starting from the base that the hotel is expensive for the benefits it has, we find that the room had the A / C broken and the receptionist of the night shift, after I insisted several times, agreed to leave us another room with A / TO. The bed was hard and the bathroom only had a set of towels. In the end the solution was to leave us another room or pay a supplement for the Suite (room we asked to use the Jacuzzi, but it was broken and still charge the supplement).

We also had breakfast included: Coffee very very bad, industrial pastries (not croissant), and an orange juice bought in a supermarket or summer camp.

Of course they do not cut themselves into putting the night at almost 100 euros (with Arab baths and breakfast, which was 6 euros per person) and that the same staff that cleans the rooms makes you breakfast.
