From the moment I arrived at Hotel Sanz in the heart of Torremolinos, I knew I hadn't just found a small hotel; I had found a home. In a world that often feels rushed, this establishment is a rare gem that radiates a charming, atmospheric ambiance that you simply cannot find in modern, sterile chains.

The Gold Standard of Hospitality in a small standard hotel:
While not officially rated, this hotel is truly worthy of a high 3-star status, driven primarily by a team that possesses a passion for service that is second to none.

Mr. Oscar: A true gentleman and a professional of the highest order. When I arrived, me being an older man struggling with two heavy pieces of luggage, Mr. Oscar didn't just greet me; he rushed to open the door and assist me with the grace and attentiveness of a butler from an 8-star luxury estate. This level of proactive care is a rarity in smaller hotels, and often absent in 4 star and 5 star these days, and proves that he doesn't just do a job; "he follows a calling".

Mr. Jillali: A warm-hearted kareem - karim soul whose presence brings a sense of peace and welcome to the reception. His kindness is genuine, making every interaction feel like a conversation between old friends, a blessed heart to the clientele.

Salima: The charming and "charmant" heartbeat of the house cleaning team. Her friendliness is infectious, and her dedication to her craft is visible in every corner of the hotel, all is clean, and the very white towels are rarity in many other hotels. Nice to feel pampered and clean here, as clean as home shall be.

The basic isn't basic but a comfortable luxury. Hotel Sanz isn't just in the decor; it is in the love and care you experience within its walls.

Impeccable Cleanliness: The hotel is outstandingly clean, maintained with a precision that deserves praise.

Superior Rest: I found the sleeping experience here to be far superior to other hotels in the same price category. The bed linens and room preparation are of excellent quality, and at least no daylight entering with good darkening curtains.

Perfect Location: Situated perfectly in the vibrant heart of Torremolinos, with the added bonus of an on-site restaurant (which I look forward to visiting when they return from their well-deserved vacation!).

Final Thoughts

Very good, very pleased. The price is reasonable. The staff are really friendly, and they have an Indian/ Arabic restaurant on the ground floor. The beach is 10 minutes walk, and also the hotel is in the main town/shopping centre

Will definitely be staying there again next time I visit. I would definitely recommend this place.

visited here for 5 days with a group of friends . Hotel is basic but clean . Rooms are small with no view . Staff are amazing they couldn't do enough for us. Would I return . Yes. Our check out was 12 but they allowed us to keep the room till 6. Carla at reception is a star.

Well located, great customer service and the rooms are a bit small but ideal for holidays as you spend most of the day out and about.

The Prices in Winter / Spring different than summer - Online you can find it between 40 - 45 € .
