Room good No interaction with staff apart from check in which was terrible

We are regular guests at this aparthotel. It offers reasonably priced, basic accommodation in an ideal location in Benalmadena Costa. It is always clean and comes with lovely views from all rooms

We love coming here location is perfect and no fighting for sunbeds etc. This time there seemed to be quite a lot of noise early in the morning think the cleaners doing rooms etc from 7.30am moving furniture etc wasn’t like that before. Doesn’t put me off but not ideal if you like a long lie.

I had an exceptional experience at Sunny Beach Aparthotel, thanks in large part to the outstanding management. The manager consistently went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcome and cared for. From the warm greeting at check-in to the attentive follow-up throughout my stay, their professionalism and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression.What truly stood out was the manager’s personal touch — always available, approachable, and eager to assist with any request, no matter how small. They clearly take pride in maintaining high standards of service and creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that perfectly complements the hotel’s ideal location and great amenities.It’s rare to find a manager who combines efficiency with such sincerity and charm. Because of their dedication, my stay at Sunny Beach Aparthotel felt seamless, comfortable, and memorable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service and a personal touch — five stars well deserved!

Not the first time we have stayed here and won't be the last. Great location as you can see by the pictures other people have posted on here. The hostel is a bit dated but your not paying 5 star hotel prices. Very clean and functional. Staff really friendly. Love it here.

We've been here a few times, very friendly place, absolutely stunning sea views from every balcony. The apartment is basic, but we know that. No air con, but I think you can hire a air con unit and there is a fan provided. However, my only gripe this year was the shower! The shower tray easily overflowed, only a thin shower curtain to keep the water in. I frequently flooded the bathroom floor and kitchen because the water from the shower could suddenly come out very forcefully. Nightmare! So I spent a lot of time mopping! ( we werent the only ones with this problem!) I think a better shower cubicle or shower glass would've kept the water in better) also, nothing to hold onto in shower, no hand rail or anything, so dangerous when slippy! Apart from that, we had a brilliant time! Pool small but clean, lovely place across the road for breakfast and beautiful Paloma Park just behind you! Shops, bars, bus stop and taxi rank just behind you too. Beach directly across the road, 7 euros for one sunbed. Perfect!

Second time at Sunny Beach and we love it. Won't stay anywhere else. No thrills, but just how we like it. Perfect location with sea views in all rooms. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and beach across the road. Beautiful Paloma Park just behind and the Marina 15mins walk down the coast or longer if you stop off for drinks along the way. Basic rooms, clean, comfortable and that view, Wow! Staff at the hotel are friendly. Nice pool with sunbeds always available. Look forward to staying there again on our next visit to gorgeous Benalmadena.

I can’t lie, we weren’t sure what to expect and we’d seen some reviews with it being a two star. But we really had nothing to worry about. Location wise it’s perfect, the beach is across the road, it’s surrounded by restaurants and bars and public transport links are right outside. There are several shops right outside too. There’s no doubt it’s basic but it was spotless, with fresh bedding & towels twice during a week’s stay. There’s a kettle and cutlery in the kitchen and we bought our own brew making supplies. The beds were comfy too surprisingly! It’s really all about the sea view which is stunning and lived up to expectations. There’s no on site cafe but you don’t need one. The pool is lovely, plenty of space and sunbeds even when busy. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. You pay for the safe but get that back when you check out. WiFi is free throughout. There wasn’t air con in our room but there was a decent fan which was fine, I think they hire out the air con units from July. We just hand washed clothes and left them on the balcony they dried so fast in the sun. Hop across the road to the beach or walk along the sea front and there are loads more bars. The marina is 15 minutes or so away we could see it from our room. The road is busy around it but we didn’t notice that too much and we didn’t hear any coming and going in the night from other guests. They do turn the rooms round quickly, check out is 10am and they knocked on our door at 9.50 to remind us, the cleaner was downstairs waiting for the key, and someone else was in the room by afternoon! We had a later flight so left our cases then used the downstairs shower and toilet to freshen up before we left. I would definitely recommend this hotel, yes it’s budget but couldn’t fault it and hope to go back soon.

This hotel is great. Location is excellent with great views of the beach. You are within walking distance of everything. The bus stop is across the street. The rooms are a little tired around the kitchen area but absolutely spotless. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are cleaned every 2/3 days. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area again is spotless and there are plenty of sun beds and parasols. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely return.

What can I say such a lovely place to stay , super clean , sea views , great location , staff always happy to help . Great gluten free bakery that also does the most amazing food too ! And so cheap for gluten free . It’s called yummy . A brilliant paddle in the sea gluten free cake on the balcony , .. can it get any better !! Pool is lovely and clean . We didn’t go down much as we used as a base for exploring .
