Worst breakfast experience ever!! They have a sign of non smoking in the area and they gave an ashtray to a lady to smoke exactly next to me with 3 babies/toddlers. They also put me at risk as I have severe asthma and thought I’m in a safe zone. Ended up needing medication exactly after to avoid an asthma attack, even though I left exactly when I realized that someone was smoking. The cafeteria did nothing except argue in Spanish and the receptionist said the hotel has no control over the cafeteria that provides breakfast. Worst hotel experience ever!! Avoid.

Very centrally located, the beds are very comfortable and the facilities are good, as expected for the hotel's category. In my room, there was no street noise, even though it was right in the city center, but you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms.

Excellent value for money, I would stay again.

The location is good, but the facilities and cleanliness are very poor. It's okay if you're just using it as a place to sleep after being outside all day.

Old rooms. Hot pot in common area. No refrigerator. Price's too high on weekends for what they offer- only location near restaurant & 🛍️💸

The hotel has a great location in the city center, about a ten-minute walk from the cathedral and royal chapel. It's very clean every day and quiet at night. There's a common area on the first floor with a kettle and microwave. There's a coffee shop on the sixth floor offering à la carte breakfast, but I didn't try it.

This was OK but not great. Room (108) was very dark and we found it quite noisy. We were disappointed not to have the facility to make a hot drink in our room.

However, it was OK for a couple of nights.

Excellent location with all the shops nearby. Room is basic but sufficient. Not very sound proof so you can hear when others outside are walking or going in or out the room.
