The hotel boasts a great location, quiet and situated by the sea. It's also very close to the subway station, about a 4-5 minute walk. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the beds are comfortable, and even the single beds in the standard rooms are larger than those in typical European hotels.

The hotel service was very attentive. The sea view room had a decent view, though unfortunately, there was a building directly in front of it partially obstructing the view. I thought mineral water was provided daily during the stay, but the front desk said it was only on the first day. However, for the last two days, the cleaning staff kindly provided bottled water, which I really appreciate! ^_^...

The room was great! My Visa card suddenly stopped working when I was trying to pay for a taxi, and the hotel security guard was so kind to cover the cost for me. He also helped me with my heavy luggage and provided excellent service with a constant smile throughout.

I didn't have any problems during my visit, The views from the top was lovely, the breakfast buffet on the 24th had Dual sided views of both the Sea and City. The bed was super duper Comfy. I really enjoyed jumping into bed and nice night of peaceful sleep. We had access to the Level lounge on the 25th for Snacks and drinks which was very nice too.

This was the only hotel on my entire Europe trip that let me check in as early as 12 PM! The location and basic amenities exceeded my expectations, with a supermarket and public transport (bus and metro) nearby.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place genuinely felt unsafe. There's a huge bar downstairs and another one on the 10th floor. The hotel is conveniently located, everything is within walking distance. The staff is friendly. It's important to note that the spa is an additional fee and is accessible to children over 14 (I don't remember exactly). But most importantly, it's not allowed with small children. The hotel really need to raise their bar. They are charging you a really high rate night when they do not meet the expectations. Room was not cleaned properly, for at least few weeks, as there were dust bunnies and dust buildups in more than one place. The roof of the bathroom was falling down.
