Hotel is a little dated, but very clean! Excellent staff. We were an hour bus ride from central Barcelona, but very pleasant area to walk around and very safe. Good restaurants in area, 15 min walk from train station. 5 minute walk to bus stop. Breakfast has a lot of good food

Well the hotel was ok. But im little bit disappointed about toilet and switch power. Some plugs was not working. Our room blind was broken nobody came to sort out. The customer service was poor. Breakfast was very horrible. No any halal chicken. I did like breakfast here in hotel. Eggs was very cold. Mostly food was cold.

Wonderful front desk, helpful, informative, cleaning staff spoke everytime we passed in hallway, and resturant was unbelievable good and breakfast was also great! Front desk was able to get me a cab even with the rest striking dowtown!

The 24-hour reception is appreciated; nowadays many hotels and hostels give you codes and check-in is limited to specific hours that don't allow for flexibility. There was a noise in the room; I wasn't sure if it was from the old refrigerator they installed or from outside. The cleaning staff could be less noisy and should know which rooms are being checked out that day so they don't have to clean them until noon.

Hospitable & very caring & friendly staff, first day of our holiday we faced a sad setback when my husband’s wallet was stolen, Marcos & his team helped us, even took us to police station to report the crime, excellent service, always a friendly helpful person in reception, breakfast was also good included in price, lunch/ dinner option also available. Room is clean spacious with balcony, everyday room cleaning available. Very happy to choose Flora Parc at Castelldefels, a beautiful safe area with quiet beach with easy public transport connections to main city Barcelona. Absolutely love our stay with my family. Will definitely come back soon.

Location is excellent for public transportation. However, room amenities need to be updated. No hair shampoo — from dispenser — I have to use it and I have to press hard to get it in both — while taking a shower and washing hands in the sink. That soap is not good for hair and I know all hotels and motels provide shampoos and conditioners for all guests. The bed comforter is not comfy at all. They need good-quality cotton ones. I asked the front desk to give me a different one but they said they use only that rough comforter which is not good for sleep and skin. I can't sleep at night because of this. Otherwise, facilities are good, and getting into the city by bus is convenient. Breakfast is provided and good too.

My family and I had 3 rooms at this location and I must say that it was very reasonable priced, close to the airport, train, shopping mall, restaurants and most of all very safe. Staff were extremely friendly, especially Loraine and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was included so that was a plus. Thanks Ravi
