Hotel Helios Lloret in Lloret de Mar

The location is In the main area with Bars cafes on the street. It is excellent for the Bus Station + to walk to the shops and the beach. It is approx 40 mins from Girona Airport. There are buses or Taxis. From Girona ( worth visiting) you can also get trains from there . You can get the fast Bus to Barcelona from L'lorett but , you should book that . Also there area Buses to take you up the coast , Tosse Del Mar is worth visiting. Cafes shops small bay, Old Castle and town high up lots of steps but very fascinating. One of Monty Don's Gardens of Spain is a bus ride away from L'oret but, it' has quite a lot of steps. L'lorett The town has a lot of streets and many shops and is really worth exploring if you like shopping. Leave room in your bag or suitcase for shopping!! There is also a huge market on a Tuesday on the road going out of L'lorett I'm not sure if this goes on in the winter but, I imagine it would as it's very busy. Fantastic fruit and veg . The Hotel is always clean ( I have stayed here twice) . The reception staff are excellent and very helpful. The Dinning room is downstairs ( with a stanner chair for anyone with walking difficulties) . The buffet style food is ample and offers a wide range of choices. There are chefs who cook a few bits to order + oversees the food generally. The staff in the dining room are very helpful. There is a swimming pool. The spa area for sauna etc , is additionally charged. You can pay a deposit for pool beach towels which is refundable. This is a central location hotel in a busy area . I stayed Oct 8th/15th 2025 . Highlight of this trip was The Salvador Dali museum in Fuegeris ( I went by bus and train).... Worth going book tickets ahead if you can as it's VERY BUSY . It has quite a lot of steps, you need a minimum of two hours in here . The town was a pleasure to walk around, fascinating, typically Spanish ( although a lot of french is spoken here). Very reasonable to have coffee and eat lunch . My reason for staying again in Lloret de Mar is it's a very good location to see the area on my Map, has a good bus service and links to other places. There are organised coach trips to many things if you prefer. Tip. For Barcelona Book the open top bus from the bus station in Lloret de Mar. .. book anything like the church or cathedral in advance queues are huge . You cannot see Barcelona in a day . But the open top bus gives you a great idea of it. ( You really need 4/5 days there). Enjoy.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel the service was exceptional from start to finish. The daily breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of continental and hot options, along with sweet treats, fresh fruit, and made-to-order pancakes, omelets, and eggs prepared right in front of you. The rooms were spacious, modern, and cleaned daily, with additional amenities provided promptly upon request. The hospitality and customer service were outstanding, especially from the manager, José, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. The spa facilities were excellent as well, with private access for our small family a wonderful touch. The hotel was consistently clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout our visit. A big thank you to José and all the staff for making our experience so memorable!

My group of 6 stayed here for the past 4 nights . I’m actually so pleased with my stay that I’m writing this review as I wait for my airport transfer . From the moment we arrived we were looked after so well from reception to dining room . This hotel is spotless !! Food is actually delicious with numerous selections to suit every taste . 10/10

Stayed here with my wife from September 29th to October 6th.Its fabulous hotel ,spotlessly clean ,modern . Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool area also. Would recommend to anyone .Thanks for a lovely week's stay.

The rooms are comfortable. The service is outstanding in all departments. Enjoyed the pool and yoga session. I can’t say enough good about the food. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide choice. The dinner was also a buffet with amazing choices. I especially liked the fish that was prepared fresh while you wait. Definitely a very good experience from start to finish

we was only here for 2 nights out of 7 and the 2 nights we had were fantastic can not fault this hotel anyway shape or form , the hotel is aboce clean ,food was great even get a free drink when you arrive everthing was just great

Perfect hotel! The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were given a free room upgrade, everything was clean and well maintained. The food was varied and delicious. The location was excellent, and our room faced the pool – we didn’t hear any noise at night.

We like this Hotel ,have been there several times,friendly staff , they do everything for tourist ,very delicious food in breakfast and dinner , very various list of meals for everybodies. Everything is very clouse ,bus station ,beach etc. Big thanks to Hotel staff for nice vacancy !

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with fresh options every day. The location was perfect — close to main attractions but still peaceful. Every detail felt thoughtful and high quality. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

The hotel location is superb, in the city center, and the beach is only 100m away. The food is absolutely amazing - especially during dinner. Everyone is very nice, neat, professional and makes sure that you enjoy your stay. Rooms are kept extremely clean, pillows are very very comfortable and we slept like babies. If you are looking for a stay in Lloret De Mar, look no further than Helios.
