Reviews
There is a mini park on site and crazy golf course. The food was good and the kids and the bonus of hot dogs/ burgers/ chips and rolls to name but a few during the day.
Fully recommend this hotel for children the age of mine.
Yes, the hotel room was small but the bathroom was more than adequate.
The all-inclusive part (dinner) left more to wish for.
Pool area got quite crowded, but still very nice with professional service personnel.
First, the room and the entire hotel had an extremely strong chemical smell that made it uncomfortable to stay inside. We had to keep the windows open most of the time, which wasn’t really a solution.
We specifically chose this hotel because of the advertised kids' club, but in the two full days we’ve been here, we haven’t been able to use it even once. The activities are scheduled in the middle of the day under the strongest sun, at 12 PM, and there’s no option for the children to stay indoors with air conditioning. Completely unsuitable for families with young kids.
Breakfast was terrible — the food was of poor quality and very limited. We actually had to leave the hotel hungry and find proper food in town.
The room itself was disappointing: old furniture, uncomfortable mattress and pillows, and our “view” was just of the parking lot.
On top of this, when I tried to pay for a children's mini-golf game, they insisted on cash only and refused to add it to our room bill or accept card payment. When I raised the issue with reception, I was shocked by the response I received.
Pati from the reception told me directly, "We have enough tourists without you" and added that I should always carry cash in case of a power outage. I also interacted with Elly at the reception — she showed the same indifferent and dismissive attitude, with no intention to help or offer any reasonable solution.
The hotel was an excellent choice!
Food was lovely with lots of choices throughout the day all freshly cooked and prepared. The chefs and staff were amazing. Every request was acted upon instantly which was appreciated.
The children’s entertainment was fantastic especially since this was the last week of trade for the hotel. There were no compromises. Cesar and all the animation team were exceptional. They kept everyone motivated even throughout the rainy days - thank you.
The reception staff were wonderful too and always ready to help.
The apartments were cleaned dally without any exceptions and extra towels were always available when needed.
Thank you for a wonderful experience at the hotel. We will be back again someday soon !!
Strongly recommend it
The hotel was very clean everywhere and can't fault it for that. The food was also very good. Decent selection each day although the snack bar could have a bit more variety, especially in healthier foods.
Drink options, for all inclusive were pretty good, an alternative beer other than San Miguel would have been appreciated. Some time's cocktails were hit and miss some were well made but some were pretty awful. The sangria de cava was always good though.
Bar staff were at times very picky about timings, I went to get a beer at 22:58 and was standing in the line when I got to the front of the line it was 11:01. The guy wasnt happy but gave me a beer anyway.
The rooms aren't brilliant. They serve their purpose but the walls are paper thin and the decor inside, apart from the bathroom, was a bit dated.
It's quite a crowded hotel. Not overwhelming but there's a lot of folk packed in a small area.
It's location was terrific, 2 minutes walk to the beach and the same for shops, restaurants and cafes.
I'd recommend for families but if you want a less busy environment it might be worth spending that bit extra.
We stayed in a fourth-floor apartment with a view of the mini golf area and parking. This turned out to be the perfect choice, as it was on the side without direct sunlight, which was ideal during the hot July-August weather. The hotel and the apartment side were both beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. We were impressed by the diligent staff who cleaned daily, attended to the rooms, and changed towels consistently. The air conditioning worked perfectly (and logically required the balcony door to be closed), making our stay comfortable despite the heat.
The culinary experience was outstanding. While breakfast offered a familiar spread each day (which was fantastic in itself), lunch and dinner provided a delightful variety of dishes that changed daily, ensuring there was always something new to try. Over our 9-day stay, we didn’t even have enough time to sample everything! The slides and water activities were a hit with all ages, providing endless fun and entertainment.
One of the small yet significant details we appreciated was the welcoming atmosphere created as soon as you stepped into the hotel. The cool air conditioning paired with a pleasant fragrance provided a refreshing and warm welcome, instantly setting a positive tone for our stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near the sea, adding to the appeal of its location. We also found the hotel’s parking facilities very convenient, especially given how busy the area can get. The entertainment team was fantastic, always ensuring there was something fun and engaging to do. Additionally, the presence of a security team and lifeguards made us feel incredibly safe throughout our stay.
Traveling by electric vehicle (EV) from the Netherlands, we found France to be well-equipped with charging stations approximately every 40 km along the motorway. While Spain had fewer chargers, we still managed to find them in the cities, making our journey quite manageable.
In conclusion, after reading some negative reviews before our visit, we were pleasantly surprised and somewhat puzzled by the contrast. From our perspective, the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. The hotel’s cleanliness, proximity to the sea, exceptional staff, and delicious food made it one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. The management and staff clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in every aspect of the guest experience.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We truly had a fantastic time and look forward to returning in the future!
Thank you!
