We visited as a last minute booking but didn’t want to leave.
The staff are very friendly and helpful (something we have struggled to find on other holidays) rooms are cleaned daily and always stocked with required items such as toilet roll.
Restaurant staff are very attentive and food is fresh and plentiful something for everyone
The location is great with various bars shops and eating areas all within 2 minute walk. Beach is well presented and 5 minutes by foot.
All in all the best hotel and holiday we have ever been on. We are now in process of booking for next year along with other family members
Different rules on different days, I was saying goodbye to my family who were staying next door and I was told to move away from the front of the hotel.
Left one day and went to the beach, returned later in the day wearing a crop top and shorts (perhaps an inch of mid-drift showing) and was refused entry back to my room because I didn’t have another top- I was told it was too much like swim wear, had to buy a T-shirt from across the road to get in. Similar outfit the previous day - no problem, asked why policy had changed I was told that was Tuesday, this is Wednesday.
My room faced residential apartments with dogs constantly parking, and there were pigeons nesting on the bathroom windows.
I travel often and I always look to provide balanced reviews but I genuinely cannot find any positives.
The food is excellent and offers a wide variety of choices.
There are, however, some things that could be improved: the cleanliness of the plates and glasses in the dining area, excessive air conditioning in the dining area with the risk of getting a cold, and the gym equipment, which is too old and often broken, in addition the smell of dampness and mold in the gym caused by the near spa area.
We really enjoyed the food here. Although it was quite loud with lots of people, the atmosphere was lively. I also really liked the swimming pool. During our last holiday, we came from Germany, and there happened to be a coach who organized different activities every day—playing with the kids or leading aqua fitness sessions.
The housekeeping staff were friendly and greeted us whenever we passed by. There was no discrimination against guests from Asia, which we really appreciated.
The hotel is situated in the Fenals area of Lloret de Mar 10/15 minute walk to the bus station and town centre/beach front. Alternatively the nearer Fenals beach (5/10 mins) is beauiful and well worth a visit. There are plenty of coastal walks to keep fit. Local bus L11 does a loop of the area from the cental bus station ever 30 minutes. There are excellent connecting bus sevices to Tossa de Mar, Girona and Airport.
