Starting with the room - the beds were very firm but are generously sized, bigger than a single but not as big as double. The room was clean and serviceable, but there were some age-related marks on the walls and ceiling. The shower was hot with decent pressure, but the bath is quite low down. There is a safe included in the room, but no kettle or ironing board. There is also a TV in the room with British, French, Spanish and German channels. You have to pair the remote yourself, but the instructions are only in Spanish. There is a luggage room downstairs if your checking out before your transfer.
The rest of the hotel is very modern and the pools are very well maintained, clean and checked very regularly. If you want a sunbed, you best be at the pool 8am SHARP to reserve yours. We paid 10e tourist tax for 3 people for 4 nights which was reasonable.
All of the staff were friendly and accommodating, with most speaking some level of English.
The food is the biggest let down. The cooked breakfast was very poor, the bacon and the eggs were incredibly greasy and the sausages were dry. The evening meal was a hit-and-miss, some nights very good and other nights, not so much - but that may be my personal preference. There is always a good selection of food, from themed foods (we had seafood, Mexican and Spanish). They did Tuna fillets on some nights, which was very well enjoyed. There is a regular output of food so even if you're not at the door of the restaurant for 7:30pm, you still get fresh food.
The kids club also didn't start until 9pm, by which time my daughter was exhausted from the day and just couldn't muster the energy to take part. It would be good to have some entertainment before the evening meal.
The hotel is very well situated, plenty of shops selling inflatables, souvenirs etc and bars for those who want to eat/drink out. The area in front is pedestrianised so great for a walk on an evening.

We travelled with a group of friends and family 12 in total . The hotel was nice clean and tidy as where the rooms . But we found the beds to be very uncomfortable even after asking to have something done (mattress and pillow)
Then the first evening about 7.30pm we all went downstairs for the buffet dinner .
It was the first and last time 8to 10 of us used it . The food was very poor quality and poor selection. Felt like a big waste of money been all-inclusive .
But when at the pool the simple things like ham toasties or burger/hotdogs and chips , along with drinks .
They kind of made up for it during the day at the pool or in the evening before going out .

Food was terrible, always stone cold when it came to meal times.
Life Guards none existent, even when they are there, they are either on their phone or playing football. My niece had 2 incidents, one where she fell and got her leg twisted on the ladder in the kids pool and another where she was struggling to swim, life guards were nowhere to be seen on both occasions, when we informed the reception the lady did not seem to care.
The hotel rooms are basic.
Location of the hotel is good, short walk to the beach and is on the same strip as all the shops.
Overall i wouldn't recommend this hotel.

This hotel has as many positives about it if you look. The food is good and varied. The location is ideal. 10 minutes walk to the beach and come back through the town or vise versa. The room was cleaned daily. The bar staff are happy and industrious and reception helpfull. If you can find her try and get to the area in the restaurant where Lamia operates. She's about as lovely and smiley as anyone you'll meet working in a busy restaurant. She deserves heaps of praise and I hope they management appreciated her. There's a few negatives like the lifts but there only really a problem at breakfast. You have to move your sunbed around a few times during the day to keep up with the moving sun. I'd recommend this hotel as long as you don't over pay for it. Nb. Tarragona is definitely worth a visit.

Chose this hotel if you want to stay somewhere where cleanliness is almost non existent, bed linen is only changed the day before you leave, it takes 4 days for the shower to be properly cleaned and not have lots of long stray black hairs in it from the time you arrived. If you want to eat undercooked chicken and overcooked fish , poorly presented and also cold meat that when serving tongs are picked up from the floor by kitchen staff and put back on the trays of cold meat. I bought all these points to the manager and was asked if I would like a late check out. No thanks I couldn't wait to leave. Then book this hotel. Good luck, I shall not be returning

Noisy from the bars until 3am every morning
Food was awful/raw and they were handling cooked food with the same utensil as the raw one, and paying all inclusive, was really disappointed. Ate out most days.
Air con is shocking
Room wasn't cleaned first 2 nights
Didn't bring children but there was nothing for the kids to do apart from swim
Trees covering sun beds and Infront of balconies.
LOTS of pigeons so poo everywhere
Friendly staff and drinks choices were ok.
Unfortunately will not be visit again

Just came home today . Was a lovely place to stay . A lot of lazy people not using the bins unfortunately. Food at hotel was really good . Couple days were not so great but majority was good . Service at hotel was really good , rooms clean and tidy every day ! Local to many shops within walking distance.
Bad points Spanish, German, French foreign visitors were very rude . Always pushing people at the line on meals or blocking of the kids entertainment and not allowing wheelchairs through . Pushing into elevators barely allowing people to get out of them . This was a massive downfall for us tbh .! Very selfish .
Other than this let down the holiday was really good definitely recommend this hotel and pool facilities

Hotel is based along the main strip, so shops and restaurants are pretty close. Not long a walk to the beach, very nice and friendly people. Would highly recommend going here, had an awesome stay

Fantastic family hotel. Pools hit with kids .staff work hard. Lovely snacks at bar .chips. toastys ,burgers hotdogs and nice ice cream included esp pirelo brand. Lovely cocktails .Good entertainment. Had a amazing time, and we will be back!
