Reviews
Standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel are excellent.
Bar prices are fair and reasonable.
The children’s entertainment is enjoyable, with a disco provided each evening.
Areas That Could Be Improved:
Breakfast queues can become congested, as the same line is used for fried eggs, toast, and pancakes. A clearer system might make this smoother for guests.
Some of the cooked breakfast items, particularly the bacon and sausages, were on the fatty side.
Sunbeds are in high demand, and many are reserved early in the day, which can make it difficult to find one later on.
The rooms are a little compact, which may not suit everyone.
Overall, these are relatively small points in what was otherwise a very pleasant stay. The hotel represents good value, and I look forward to returning next spring.
Bathroom decent, shower was good. Little balcony was fine.
The staff were amazing with the kids, very entertaining and engaging, fun games etc through the day and evening entertainment kept them amused. Crazy and Raul were great fun (there was a very pleasent girl who also helped, she was far more calm/restained, didnt get her name).
Drinks and snacks reasonable compared to what was around (ice-creams same price as little shops, drinks obv more than cans as you expect).
Pool was nice, part hot some shade which I thought was a bonus. Little kids splash pool was good.
We were half board, I liked the food, plenty of options for the kids.
Would def stay again, for the price we paid it was great.
Enjoyable for us all.
The evening events were great, the people that organise the activities are happy and loads of fun.
Bedrooms were comfortable and clean.
Rooms are on the small side, with limited storage and no bath, but the bed was comfortable and everything was kept clean. For us, that trade-off was fine since we spent most of the time out and about. Food was pretty good overall, with lots of choice each day—salads, grills, pastas, and rotating hot dishes. We liked having the flexibility to swap dinner for lunch, then head out for dinner some nights to try local spots.
Location is handy, staff are friendly, and the entertainment team (especially Danny) really makes the hotel feel welcoming. If you value lively atmosphere and solid food variety over room size, Belvedere is a great pick.
The rooms are clean , some staff are polite. Entertainment could of been better.
The food! There wasn't really much option for children at all so we ended up eating out everyday. I wouldn't come back here just down too the food, which really let it down.
Pool was great for kids too.
The hotel and rooms are very clean and well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful — definitely a highlight.
Regarding the meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), drinks are only included with breakfast (juice, tea, and coffee). At lunch and dinner, the only included beverage is tap water. However, when requesting it, the waiters seemed uncomfortable serving it, which made the experience a bit awkward.
The quality of the main dishes and desserts was underwhelming. Meals were made with very basic and inexpensive ingredients such as eggs, bacon, sardines, sausage, pasta, and chicken. Desserts followed the same pattern: they all included whipped cream and were paired with simple items like yogurt, gelatin, and basic ice cream.
The food is generally well-prepared, but if you enjoy more refined dining, I wouldn’t recommend choosing the full board option. Breakfast alone is worth it for the convenience.
AVOID AVOID AVOID !! Absolutely never again. Throughout my stay I could only count on one hand 2 staff members actually said good morning and helped me where i was stuck. Staff are ridiculously RUDE. I feel this hotel only caters to Spanish or French and leaves the English out. Food is so cold and undercooked, repetitive buffet everyday.
The swimming pool is small for the amount of guests that attend this hotel, people line up and literally rush for the deck chairs and stay on them all DAY not allowing others to have a seat with their family.
The room hardly fits any suitcases if travelling with young children yourself an your partner might aswell sleep on the balcony.
There is hardly any information on entertainment for the children to know what happens each night.
Felt so uncomfortable. Holidays are meant to be enjoyable.
I will not be staying her again, actually spoilt myself and my children's experience.
Only thing that went right was the beautiful weather we had everyday. Ohtel belvedere needs to DO BETTER FAST.
🤢🤢👎
Great for families.. slides and daily entertainment for the kids until late. Or you can beach like we preferred.
Down sides, it’s busy round the pool daily, the usual towel nonsense, and the internal cafe/bar is slow. It’s a loud hotel 9:30- until 11pm, so if that’s what you’re after then great.
Special note to the hotel that secretly put a bottle of cava, t-shirt and chocolates in my room on my birthday, no I didn’t tell them.
Great family time and lovely stay
