The room smelled so bad we could barely wait until the morning.

Convenient location with amazing oceanfront views

Great location and clean and room was very nice too.
Check in was very slow and breakfast was cold.

From the moment we arrived this lovely hotel exceeded expectations. The staff was delightful, helpful, full of information and very welcoming. Very special shout out here to Arantxa and Carlota!!! The service was exceptional. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The lighting was excellent and the bed very comfortable. The location was perfect, so we were able to enjoy the many restaurant options along the water by the hotel or take it easy walking on the promenade. Job very well done!

We had a business meeting here so it was a group booking. The hotel staff was amazing! I had informed I would be traveling from the US and arriving early(~11:00 AM). They had the room ready! Thanks Jose Gonzales and Alexy for making the trip comfortable by having the room ready even though I checked-in earlier than the time! After a long flight, I just needed a shower and sleep.
Shutout the blackout curtains and went off to sleep to recuperate. Enjoyed walking on the beach in the afternoon/evening. The hotel is right next to beach.
The breakfast lady was a little rude the first day (a confusion with respect to breakfast start times), but she made it up the following days and was nice for the rest of the days. The breakfast spread is nice and varied as well. Loved the mushrooms, sausages, smoked salmon and the fresh orange juice.
The hotel is clean and staff very friendly, and very eager to help when we ran into issues in the meeting rooms. The supplies in the meeting rooms and breakout corners was well stocked.

Great location and view of the beaches from our room. Enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from the nice size balcony with a table and chairs!

Others in our party had rooms too and the ones facing the mountains were small
Others in our party had robes and slippers in their room, ours did not - poo!
Small pool area, but… AWESOME BEACHES across the street!
Would love a box of facial tissue in the room. They do provide a “travel size” tissue packet.
Would like more towels in room. Showered often to clean off the salt water and sand from self.
No bottle opener in room. I kind of get that, as I bet they once did and got tired of buying them.

Overall great stay and wouldn’t hesitate booking here again. The breakfast alone would make me come back, and add the AMAZING service of the staff here, a no brainer.

Just not a 5 star room, but the team and food was.

I really wanted to love my stay at Calipolis and I did! the Team at the hotel across the board could not be more welcoming helpful or friendly! I had a few issues booking but the speed of correspondence from the hotel was superb and they more than composated for that!
One small area is just the size of the pool making getting a sunbed sometimes challenging and also noisy with kids. The beach is right in front of the hotel though and the provision of Towels, Chairs and Beach umbrella is perfect.
Breakfast was superb the room spotless and the view from my room unmatched

I've been hearing about the Calipolis Hotel for a while, and I finally stayed there. It lived up to all my expectations. The 6th, 7th, and 8th floors have a water view, and the terrace is a special treat. The renovations are excellent, considering the hotel isn't exactly brand new. I'll definitely be back again.

Booked a sea view room, the view is very beautiful, the balcony is very large, the interior of the room is a little too simple, the 17 euro breakfast buffet is quite satisfactory, overall it is good
