Description

Luxury hotel is within a 10 minute drive from the town of Sitges, with a great SPA-center and a wide gastronomic choice. The main drawback, but at the same time, and the dignity of hotel is its remoteness from the city. Train station or town centre need to take a taxi (10 euros one way). At the same time, the property boasts panoramic views of rare beauty, it is a bit of Russian tourists. It is ideal for those who wish to spend time in luxury and away from the bustle. Recommend for couples and for business trips. Special mention deserves also an extensive Congress centre, fully equipped with the latest technology. The beach is reachable by car or transport organized by the hotel in the summer.

Situated at 35.8 km from Barcelona airport, 50 km from Barcelona and 70 km from the airport of Reus, 62 km from Tarragona. The beach is a 5 minute drive (2 km), reachable by taxi or hotel transport (important: in case of morning departure (not before 11:00) Shuttle service must be booked in advance, the last Shuttle is at 18:00).

We had an underwhelming experience
We booked 4-5 days to relax, swim and have nice food. But some nice restaurants were closed at night, our booking for some reason didn’t include breakfast and since the pool outside was closed for winter the only option was to swim indoors, but for some reason they wanted to charge us for each visit per person for 90 minutes use of the indoor pool and spa area. It all felt very transactional and cold and we travel often, we didn’t expect that from a 5 star hotel. We wanted cosy, relaxing but it felt more commercial and more catered for b2b conference goers than couples

I called this hotel to gather some basic information before possibly booking a stay for my partner’s birthday, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. A woman named Maria answered the first call and immediately transferred me without saying a word. I called back and she cut me off whilst I was talking transferring me straight to “reservations,” even though I clearly just needed general information. I tried calling a third time and got nowhere.

Very poor customer service — not a great first impression.

Not sure where to start, but this was definitely not a 5-star experience. The walls and shower were dirty, and there was an exposed floor stopper in the middle of the hallway that I hit my foot on.
Additionally, the walls looked unclean and having to pay €18 for the spa is disappointing.
Sorry, but this was my first and definitely my last stay here.

Hotel quite far from the centre but the provide free bus during the day, swimming pool looks like it needs maintenance and good clean

A hotel at the far edge of Sitges, so you'll need to hire a car, taxi, or e-bike to get around. Convenient to nature walks and secluded beaches. Great views, ok service, good rooms. They don't tell you this on the website, but to get your Eurostars member discount, it has to go on your room. The staff were great and fixed up the missed discounts for me. Pool, spa, and room service are significant extra charges, so it would be easy to rack up a large bill. The hotel is well maintained, but some areas are showing their age. The hot water in my room varied from warm to cold, and the staff were unable to fix it while I was there. (I was offered another room, but having a quiet room away from residential construction noise was more important to me.) I saw multiple roof leaks in the corridors. Service was mostly good in person, but one reception phone request was forgotten, and the online chat and email frequently had long delays. Always call or go in person if you need it done! Unfortunately some staff worked while sick, one sneezed over me while clearing my plates. They were sneezing a lot, they shouldn't have been near people or food.

Amazing hotel located in Sitges, amazing view over the Mediterranean Sea and the golf.

The area is super safe, relaxing and very premium environment as you have tens of amazing penthouses / villa around the hotel.

The staff is friendly and professional

Amazing spa, we got our massage done by Esther and Dania, very nice staff ! Thanks to you
