Extremely helpful staff. Despite few things that would be better, we would ho back for memories made and friendly staff
Warm staff made me feel in a familiar environment during the 2 days I spent there for work. Clean and walkable distance from the airport. I will repeat for future work trips to Vigo
Perfect for a night stay near Airport
Very useful, friendly receptionist and understanding catering staff, willing to stay longer hours behind to serve late dinner.
Property could offer free breakfast or packed breakfast if needed that is not the case.
Cleanliness is spotless and no issue there.

My partner and I went there one night, and we loved it. When we arrived in the morning, the girl at reception was super nice and friendly. We loved the room, which was super comfortable.
Airport Hotel did not wait for delayed guests
Would book again
Just a 1 night stay to be walking distance to the airport in the morning, Staff was great, room was clean and bead was comfortable. Simple but effective and safe.

Great location. Very friendly staff - especially Julia - nice traditional Spanish Hotel
Shopping cafes ocean all close by
The room was clean & comfortable, the bathroom is big compared to most European hotels. Stag was very friendly and helpful on restaurant suggestions & directions. Hotel
Is centrally located so walking distance from the most important sights.
Arrived via car service where we started our Camino walk. Check in was easy. Elevator was a great add. It's very close to the port with cruise ships. Rooms clean and comfy. Can't comment on breakfast I only have coffee. Side note if doing the Camino follow your own map it is a little challenge but we didn't we followed others we would have stayed on our path.
Great location. Staff friendly- room lovely and clean. Close to downtown. Recommend this hotel for sure.
This is a nice hotel in a very good location that is close to the water, shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms are comfortable and decent size. Beware you can hear everything from all the rooms around you..very poor noise insulation.

Clean, modern and comfortable room. A bit of a walk to old town, but there’s plenty of cafes and bakeries on the way. I parked my motorcycle on the road just outside the hotel and it was all okay overnight.
The room had what we needed but you could hear the wind whistling at all times. You could hear other guests clearly. The parking is bizarre. They have to let you in and out so you have to tell the front desk. The hotel felt eerie, I was uncomfortable walking alone in the area even before dark. There is no fridge.
Limited availabikity of hotel rooms when we travelled. A little way out from.old town, 30 mins walk, more for budget travel than relaxtion. That said, clean & secure accommodation, street parking.
Very nice and spacious room, totally new furnished. Very Comfortable bed.
The from is very clean and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
Modern, clean and with a very good gym. Value for money!
Amazing place! Very modern, lovely rooms, and wonderful bathrooms. One of the best features was the bed. Very comfortable! It's not within the city walls but within a walking distance. I would have stayed longer.

Just finished the Camino. We arrived here after an extremely long walk and were treated warmly. The room was adequate for our needs. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice and two coffee makers as one was not producing coffee quickly enough.
After a long day of walking the Camino from Baiona, this hotel was most welcome. It was nice and clean, and the breakfast provided in the morning was adequate. Our stay was booked by Santiago Ways, and our provided dinner was at a restaurant about 10 minutes walk away. The hotel staff provided good information on the restaurant and directions. The hotel is located near a very vibrant section of...
Stayed here for one night after a full day of hiking the Camino. The hotel is just outside the city centre but there are plenty of restaurants around (although lots are closed on a Monday). We chose to go to Bar Imperial, you must visit, it’s about a 10 minute walk from the hotel but worth it! When we arrived the staff were helpful and the rooms were clean, comfortable and warm. Which was just what...
After hiking for 17 miles on El Camino, we arrived in Vigo for a one night stay at Hotel Ogalia. The welcoming, friendly staff helped us settle in quickly. Beers with friends in the hotel bar were a relaxing prelude to our dinner in town. Accommodations more than met our needs. On a special note, my wife left a hat behind in the hotel lobby when we left the hotel. Upon returning home in South Carolina...
Excellent location. Cleanliness 10. Hotel Central and in a quiet area. The Christmas lights begin right next door. Vialia Shopping Center 100 m away. I want to highlight the attention and professionalism of Diego, willing to make the stay of all guests unforgettable. He is a very nice, involved and empathetic person. We will repeat!!! Thank you so much!!! It has been a perfect bridge!!!

good hotel for finishing the Camino del Santiago. A good location for the center of the city and the Cathedral. Rooms were adequate and the staff were super helpful
The hotel is very close to the old town and the cathedral. The room was very charming and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Had a great stay staff were friendly and helpful
Great place to stay
The location was great. I enjoyed the stay the staff were friendly and helpful
We had a basement room.
Nobody was taken care of breakfast.
Not orange juice refill,no tortilla available
A very old stone building very nicely renovated and modernized. Our room had small windows but the stone fireplace and old sink were gorgeous; the A/C worked great. We had the hotel breakfast one morning--it was fine, reasonable cost; but there are plenty of cafés nearby as well. Alda corp evidently runs several similar hotels in Santiago.

Beautiful rustic room, just as described, 5 min away from the cathedral, conveniently close to a multi-storey car park, where you’ll receive a discount. Room is comfortable and quiet, and staff extremely helpful. Excellent value too, so would not hesitate to recommend to anyone travelling to this bustling city.
We loved our stay here! Quiet and cozy with a large bathroom. Steps away from restaurants, laundromat, Alameda park and the cathedral. Manager was helpful when we did not know how to operate the air conditioning.
A very welcoming and accommodating lodging.
We were early, they worked to get us in our room earlier. The clerk was so friendly and helpful through our whole 3 night stay. The room was comfortable, clean, pretty and a pleasure to stay in - enjoyed the free coffee and made use of the community room downstairs while waiting for our room.
The location was great but more importantly that although there is not staff at premises, Maria was very responsive to our request for early admit and her assistance on getting around and facilitating our final transport out. It's when you see that people makes the difference in hospitality and Maria it's a great asset to your location.
While we enjoyed our stay, the bathroom was a bit tight and the electrical outlets did not all work properly. Otherwise, the hotel was located in close proximity to many of the sites worth seeing.
This hotel should have a much higher rating!! Stayed here for a few nights when visiting family. Compared to the other hotels, this was much more affordable. I arrived late at night but check in was very easy. Rooms are large and beds very comfortable. Excellent location very convenient beautiful and clean. *****
The hotel has a perfect location, near the cathedral.
It is very clean, and the receptionist is very nice and warm.
The only thing I was on the 1st floor and you hear everything from the lounge that the hotel has, It is very noisy.
Also, the internet is not very stable.
Other than that I will stay again in that hotel
Overall a good hotel to stay in. Very basic amenities. No save, frigde, microwave, paper cups, tea, nothing. Bed is in smaller size. It has elevator. Location very close to interesting places and St. James Church just go out to the left, voila. There's the main side door

Staff are friendly. Room is clean & quiet.
I experienced EXCEPTIONAL customer service at this location. I never leave reviews, but it didn’t feel right not to in this case. I sent another box through the Correos company (who sent it to the wrong location). The women at the front desk helped me try to track down my things for...

I am sad and a little disappointed. I was a guide with a group of 10 people, and it was my second time in this hotel. And one old lady from my group forgot her glasses case on reception. Clean, with everything I needed. VERY nice front desk reception. 7-10 min walk from train and bus station (the end of the street leads to the station) excellent! Would stay again!
It's a very simple and easy going hotel option in Santiago. The room was pretty small and rather dark, with the only window facing the inner shaft, but for the price you can't potentially get better than that. For the price, it’s a very good deal. Great, clean room with great service and bath.
We stayed 2 nights after walking 130 km on the Camino. 20 min walk from the main church. The only complaint was the final morning a speaker in the ceiling was crackling loudly!!! This began at 530am! No one to alert about it. Lucky we left at 715 am. UNACCEPTABLE
Best night I've slept on the Camino. Great breakfast, clean room, and especially kind and capable staff.
My room was on the highest floor of the hotel, so there was no noise from the street or the other guests.
I would normally not spend this much on a room for myself, but I'm tempted to stay here again before my flight home next week.
Pretty central location and Barry nice staff. Breakfast was good. Parking was... Challenging but expected in this location

This hotel is housed in a historic building, but the interior decor and amenities won't make you feel like it's an old hotel, allowing you to stay very comfortably. There are also many Spanish and creative cuisine restaurants nearby. But be mindful of the opening hours!
We really liked this hotel. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. They gave us a room with balcony facing the sea, which was great. The housekeeping was great. Located just outside city centre. The check in was smooth. You pay a city tax at check in. The room was decent and clean. Wifi worked well.
The bed was so squeaky that I had to put the matress on the floor so I could sleep and the noise insulation in doors was also bad as I woke up in morning to the sounds of people walking in the corridor. Rooms were otherwise tidy and in good condition and good quality to price ratio. The staff was very friendly and helpful as I struggled to get a taxi to the airport.
The Loop Inn was amazing. Everyone was so friendly, it was an easy walk from the train station (about 30 min). It was clearly marked, which made it easy to find. The room was lovely, kitchen great, breakfast was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
Excellent breakfast with lots of options! Coffee and juices were plentiful. Lots of pastries and breads. A couple of sliced meats and cheese options.
Cute place, but bed too hard for me. Very clean and good breakfast !
Located about a ten-minute walk from the cathedral, the kitchen is large and well-equipped, allowing multiple people to cook without feeling cramped. The buffet breakfast, while simple, is delicious and offers a distant view of the cathedral. For a private room, it's a good choice.

I loved the albergue but the kitchen was not well equipped. I believe they really should improve that since it's a private albergue - that's why I'll not rate it higher. The bathroom was very well equipped and had hot water. The dormitory was very nice with big lockers and very private.
One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in along the way. Super new, comfortable beds, closets, amazing community space, very polite and helpful, open 24hs.
I would not choose to stay here again, it is very difficult to rest in this huge dormitory where guests come and go all night (the albergue is open non stop) and the noise is easily heard. There are no windows so no natural light and ventilation is poor. At 20 euros a night this place is very expensive for what it offers. Kitchen is tiny and toilets are so minuscule that airplane ones will seem luxuriously...
Pretty good. Minor complaints is a lack of "vibe" and no place to hand wash or hand dry clothes outside. That's OK though. Major complaint is no real kitchen!! Only a sink and microwave. Beds have privacy curtains.
Great Hostel with lovely people! You just need to know that you sleep in a big dorm room. Private space is good but of course a bit noisy at night due to so many people. Use ear plugs!
Very nice hostel, good common spaces and possibility to deposit the bags. Highly suggested

Excellent service and facilities, very centrally located. If I return to Santiago, I will definitely choose it again.
Very good and reasonable breakfast. Good and clean rooms. I would return.
Very central and comfortable hotel. Spacious and new rooms, varied breakfast. Convenient for spending a few days in the city center.
Facilities: About the same level as Atour hotels in China.
Great location—everything is within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
The 6A airport bus stop is just 200 meters away.
Overall, I was satisfied (see picture).
Spanish hotels are generally much more expensive than those in China, so the value isn't great.
Good hotel for couple of nights after the Camino walk. 5 to 10 mins walk to the Cathedral, 5 mins walk to the start of the Rua do Franco with lots of the Taberna, restaurants and cafes. Room is big, shower is a little dated and only 1 tiny lift.
This is my second visit to Santiago de Compostela since last year. The location is close to the cathedral, bus and train stations. There are many restaurants nearby, and there is a mart on the same line, so the location is the best. You should also try the bakery across from the hotel. They also store your luggage.
