Very familiar and welcoming hotel, I came for work and I felt like one more in the family. The rooms are very correct and clean, quiet place. Now it's time to stay with the family. :D

A pleasant hotel on the outskirts of Lugo. Quite hard to find but worth the search when you get there. The hotel is clean and the rooms large and comfortable. Located in a rather industrial area but there are buses in Lugo and getting to the centre is simple. Good value for money.

Breakfast was good but only do a cooked menu del dia Monday to Thursday. But there is a nice, but noisy, restaurant/bar in walking distance but you have to cross the main road by bridge to get there. But food and price good

The location was decent, not far from the sea, but the rooms were very small, and the bathrooms even smaller. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast was à la carte, costing around 10 euros per person. I paid a tax upon arrival, but they asked for another one upon departure. I told them I had already paid, and then they asked for a deposit. I was about to leave and didn't understand what deposit was needed...

The third adult's bed was neither a bed nor a sofa bed. A disaster. It was a single-person armchair with a narrow slatted frame. The reservation was for 3 adults, not 2 adults and a child.

We traveled to Santiago for 5 days. The hotel is cozy and very close to everything. The staff and service were wonderful. Very grateful for everything.

Stayed here after completing Camino. Staff was excellent, location was in easy walking distance from Cathedral, good breakfast. Beds ok for tired "pilgrim", otherwise not good (rooms small - no amenities really). Not in a location with a view of anything. Not really a complaint on these last couple - just obseevations.

When booking the hotel, it was described as having air conditioning, but upon check-in, the AC didn't work, and there was only a fan by the bed. We asked the front desk, but they simply said we'd booked an economy room without AC, adding that a fan was provided. They said the Ctrip description was incorrect and that we'd need to pay an additional 20 euros to upgrade to an air-conditioned room. While...

It was a goodmplace to stay and to rest after a long days of trekking the Camino de Santiago. Accessible to restaurants and most specially to the train station

We stayed here for 1 night in August and really enjoyed our stay. The standout was the amazing customer service from Carla at the front counter. She went out of the way to make us feel welcome and help us find our way around. We will definitely be back thanks to Carla!

The room was OK, but it was really noisy, which was not conducive to my sleep as I am a light sleeper. However, the location was really convenient, within walking distance of the train station and bus station.

Excellent location, only worth for then location. I think we might have gotten the tiniest room of all, we could barely fit (2 adults with little luggage). I appreciated the elevator. The shower is tiny. Frontdesk was staffed but not all the time. The room doesn't have a refrigerator, which is a bummer. There's a refrigerator in the lobby with free water bottles, but a fridge in the room is a must...

City hotel , cheap and cheerful. Annoying that you have to pay to park your bike in garage and when checkout came i did not exspect to be navigating my way through 50 new bed matresses out side our room and in reception.

It is great value. Close to the old town. We have stayed here before and the bathrooms have been recently renovated. A great option for a short stay on a tour around this beautiful part of Spain.

Safe parking for Motorcycles. First Class Hotel. On-site underground parking for Motorcycle only €6 a night. Everything first class no complaints.

I only have one star off for the area around the location because it’s extremely loud - nothing that could have been done different by hotel but important to consider if that’s something that bothers you.

This is a lovely hotel with such a nice bed bathroom and view of the market. It's in a great location to explore and their restaurant downstairs was amazing. I'd recommend going to eat there even if you don't dtsy at the hotel.

Friendly English speaking reception staff were very helpful and were kind enough to chill a bottle of champagne for us on New Year's Eve. At present there are no mini-bars in the rooms, however our accommodation was very good. Super comfortable bed and a jacuzzi in the well appointed bathroom. All in all a most enjoyable stay, and we would certainly return. Many thanks.

The rooms were really nice and big, bathrooms are a piece of art. The only downside is that in some rooms the internet signal is not available.

This hotel is well placed in a great location. If you check Google maps there is a whole area of clubs and bars within a two minute walk just slightly down the hill. You can walk to the old town down a long gentle slope in around 15minutes, plus you have one of the main bus/train stations next door which is also covered by a mall, and an elevator down to sea level. The location of Hotel Panton is amazing - it is only a short walk of 4 minutes to Vigo-Urzáiz train station and the main train station and a 20-minute walk to Vigo Guixar train station. Facilities: Basic facilities, large bed, floor-to-ceiling windows with large windowsills, along the street. Hygiene: The hygiene of hotels in Spain is very good. This one is relatively average. Environment: It is the most central downtown area in the city, surrounded by many night bars. Service: basically self-service, enter by code. If you have any problem, find the old man in the bar next door

The location of the house is easy to find, not far from the train station, and the price is not expensive

The hotel is incredible well located, surrounded by wonderful places to eat. They even have a super-good restaurant that serve typical and regional food. It is clean and the staff is super-friendly and helpful. Next time in La Coruña I will stay there again.

The place is very good for the price, but there will be some small issues. The corner of our rooms wall is chipping paint and discoloured, and the bathroom door doesn’t latch or lock. Otherwise, everything was good, comfortable bed and all works great. Very easily accessible lights and the location of the building itself is very convenient for our needs.

There are things to improve that may cost money. I'm not getting into that. It's true that the prices are very cheap and you couldn't ask for more. I stayed for one night. The room was very small and had no natural light, as the window faced the skylight, which made you feel depressed ,all night raining cat and dogs. Hotel located 10 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the port. The beds are large, but there isn’t much extra space in the room – though honestly, what more do you really need beyond a comfortable place to sleep? I did miss having a kettle and some coffee. Good price for a perfectly located room. It has everything you need. Unfortunately, for me it was really difficult to sleep because of the noise in the streets of people partying until 4am and cleaning staff being loud in the morning while setting other rooms. People at the reception are nice. Also: no AC and no elevator (not a big problem for me as it wasn’t hot in mid June)

Ideal for what we wanted. Very clean, cleaned and refreshed every day. Small but functional bath/shower and toilet. I would recommend this hostel if you just want a base as it is very central to the old city.

I had a great stay here. The location is superb. Close to the center and 10m from the beach. The hotel was very clean. The staff is very nice, specially Jani (girl from Cuba) she was extra helpful, professional. They changed my room, after I complain about the noise. High value of money! The hotel is very well located, the pictures shown in internet don’t represent how all rooms look like. Some rooms have a very ugly view like the 102. Bathroom is nice although the door doesn’t close, some maintenance is needed.

I recently stayed at Hotel Alda Orzan in A Coruña and was thoroughly pleased with my experience. The hotel’s location on Rua Sol is excellent, placing you within walking distance of Orzán Beach, the city promenade, and many key attractions. Tucked away in a quiet street yet having views across the Ria de Vigo from the back, we were pleased with our stay. Very friendly staff on reception who also serve in the small bar in the foyer. Very homely rooms comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Only a few minutes walk from the main shopping street and a short distance from the old town and the harbour. Vigo is a real Galician Spanish town...

This hotel was booked because it was suggested by a friend. To be honest, there is a lack of stars to be rated in service. People in charge of reception were the best of the best. Gave me excellent price, gave me check in in advance, take care of the bar in order to have a beer and coffees with friends, took care of luggage after check out, help with directions. No words to express my gratitude.

We liked it a lot, it is very close to Príncipe and therefore to the center, the hotel has the typical services and although it is a little old, it has everything, even for a little more you can have breakfast right there. The bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious as is the closet. The bathtub was a little battered as was the sink faucet but for the price it is very good.

Great experience check in was fast and stress free which was great especially after finishing the El Camino de Santiago. The hotel is only a short (10min) bus from the centre and cost us €1 each which brings your right outside the hotel. The reception was very pleasant. They gave us complete and specific information. The double room for our two girls was very adequate and comfortable. We decided to have dinner at the hotel, where the restaurant offered wonderful service. The Galician broth and the scallop and shrimp salad were magnificent. It wasn't noisy. The buffet breakfast was small but varied. The Santiago cake was wonderful....

Perfect half way stop for us as we had to reroute our trip to Bilbao from Portugal up the west coast to avoid driving through central Spain and the terrible wild fire 🇪🇸 My thanks to the very helpful and understanding lady on reception who helped overcome a stressful situation for us. A lovely evening meal on the terrace was an added bonus.

Somewhat small room with a renovated but small bathroom. Acceptable cleanliness. The buffet breakfast was rich but lacking in variety. A couple of juice flavors, few pastries, and only a few cold cuts, and even a few savory ones. Dinner was a set menu with two options. Generally acceptable, but one day they served meat in an inedible sauce. The staff at both the restaurant and reception were very friendly...

The hotel was amazing for its pricing, nice clean rooms with perfect AC. The reception spoke english perfectly and the bar also. It's a bit far from the city centre but a short 10 min drive with a taxi and you're there. I would stay there and recommend it to my friends.

A well-located hotel for exploring Santiago de Compostela and the rest of Galicia. The bus stops right outside the hotel to take you to the center of Santiago. By car, the center is a 10-minute drive away, and parking is available at a reasonable price in a parking lot next to the Cathedral. The hotel has easy access to the highway, allowing you to explore the rest of Galicia without any problems....

The cleaning wasn't notable, when we arrived the toilet bag wasn't working and we had to wait until it was fixed.

This is a modest and simple hotel with a great potential for a boutique hotel. The location is perfect to explore the city. A good breakfast included in the fare: the traditional handmade bread is really good, great coffee!

We only stayed for a few hours, but the apartment was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the hot water took a while to heat up in the shower.

Clean, modern and comfortable room. A bit of a walk to old town, but there’s plenty of cafes and bakeries on the way. I parked my motorcycle on the road just outside the hotel and it was all okay overnight.

The room had what we needed but you could hear the wind whistling at all times. You could hear other guests clearly. The parking is bizarre. They have to let you in and out so you have to tell the front desk. The hotel felt eerie, I was uncomfortable walking alone in the area even before dark. There is no fridge.

This was a bit of a last minute booking on a business trip to Vigo and was not totally sold due to only a 2 star rating. There was a strange problem with my business card for payment remotely. The hotel was fantastic though with Laura saying no problem just pay when I arrive. On arrival check in was easy and quick and Laura on reception was fantastic again. Quiet, safe and easy stay with walkable distance to much of the city around (equidistant from train station and the old city. Easy access via the bus from the airport).

The staff was lovely but ******* was errant in saying the room was. 55€ and when I checked in I was told it was 74€ so therefore I will not use ******* to book another stay and will tell my friends as well

The 3 of us heartedly recommend it. For people with walking issues, please be aware that the hotel is located 25mn from Santiago’s cathedral.

Furnishing is slightly out of date, but its clean and very tidy, not worned out at least. Ask for the street view, its much better than the mall view. Housekeeping is top notch, cannot get any better. The reception was great and very friendly, we had bikes stored in their store room and had to collect the keys from them. The hotel is bicycle friendly, expect the shopping mall lifts don't operate...

Just finished the Camino. We arrived here after an extremely long walk and were treated warmly. The room was adequate for our needs. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice and two coffee makers as one was not producing coffee quickly enough.

After hiking for 17 miles on El Camino, we arrived in Vigo for a one night stay at Hotel Ogalia. The welcoming, friendly staff helped us settle in quickly.
