Breakfast was ok although 15 euros was expensive fir the choice of food on offer
Room was extremely clean, cozzy, the hotel staff was amazing, the location is excellent, walking distance from the Cathedral. Amazing experience!
The location is great. It is close to everything, cathedral, museums, restaurants, grocery stores, and laundry services. The room is very spacious. It also has a great view over the terrace and church steeples in the old town. The reception is very helpful arranging transportation services for us. The taxi can get to the hotel door without lugging the luggage on the limited access streets.
The hotel is very comfortable, clean and in a great location. The personnel is friendly and professional. Our stay was amazing!
The hotel was beautiful old and modern at the same time. Location was perfect short walking distance to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff who made every effort to make you comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows perfect. I plan to stay here again next year-and every year I am in Santiago!

Our group of 7 arrived at this hotel at the end of our great walk and were very impressed with the reception and location of the hotel. We had to wait a while before our luggage arrived but we got coffee in the small but comfortable lobby area. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. We went out for food that evening and when we returned, we enjoyed a drink in the onsite bar. After a very comfortable...
Hotel employees always very kind and happy to help. Really nice people
Perfect location. Nicely appointed. Super clean. Excellent staff. Good value. What more could you ask for!
Adequate size room, nice bathroom. The staff at the desk /bar were very friendly and helpful. They were able to communicate well in different languages. I spoke with Sharna one evening, she was very pleasant yet professional, a real asset . We enjoyed our 2 nights at this hotel. Great location also.

This was our hotel at the end of our hiking tour from Porto, where we stayed four days. We enjoyed the little balcony on our room. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. Though our room was to the street, we could close the shatters, leave the noise outside and sleep very well. For Germans the bed is quite small and takes time getting used to. Some of the TV channels can be switched to...

I loved the albergue but the kitchen was not well equipped. I believe they really should improve that since it's a private albergue - that's why I'll not rate it higher. The bathroom was very well equipped and had hot water. The dormitory was very nice with big lockers and very private.
One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in along the way. Super new, comfortable beds, closets, amazing community space, very polite and helpful, open 24hs.
I would not choose to stay here again, it is very difficult to rest in this huge dormitory where guests come and go all night (the albergue is open non stop) and the noise is easily heard. There are no windows so no natural light and ventilation is poor. At 20 euros a night this place is very expensive for what it offers. Kitchen is tiny and toilets are so minuscule that airplane ones will seem luxuriously...
Pretty good. Minor complaints is a lack of "vibe" and no place to hand wash or hand dry clothes outside. That's OK though. Major complaint is no real kitchen!! Only a sink and microwave. Beds have privacy curtains.
Great Hostel with lovely people! You just need to know that you sleep in a big dorm room. Private space is good but of course a bit noisy at night due to so many people. Use ear plugs!
Very nice hostel, good common spaces and possibility to deposit the bags. Highly suggested

Great location, we came to see the Christmas market and we couldn't have chosen a better location. The infrastructure is a bit old, and the room smells a little, but it's clean and nice enough. We can hear our neighbors a little too well. The AC works very well and the bathroom is great!
I really liked my stay here and I disagree with a lot of the negative reviews. They let me check in early since I had been walking in the rain all day, and my room was very clean and pleasant (although I couldn't get the TV to work). I wasn't disturbed by any noise and while I didn't eat at the cafe downstairs I though the staff were really nice too. It's in a great location and a fair price, no...
Small cozy hotel with an excellent location. We got and incredible value for what we paid. Will come back. Gloria and Jorge.
Rooms were fine but if you're trying to get some sleep, go elsewhere. There's a bar with very loud music and lots of loud people until 2:30AM, at least on a Friday
Hotel is in a nice quiet part of the town and within a few meters from the sea. There's only heating in the rooms (loud fan), so it's a bit hot in the summer. Good breakfast and great staff.
Convenient location next to the port with many bars and restaurants, access to bus routes across town close by. Staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.

Great location, every thing within walking. Helpful staff
Loved our two nights here, after walking the Camino. Great apartment - modern - excellent location - fabulous breakfast & lovely staff.
Good location, 5 min walk to the Santiago train station or airport bus stop. Just the price during summer is a bit crazy for a small room.
Great hotel, super well-located away from the crowds and tourist trap restaurants - very friendly staff, yummy breakfast, no complaints :)
Quiet and comfortable Great small Hotel in a good location. Simple breakfast but good quality. Would recommend!
Nice, clean good size rooms and a good breakfast. The staff are good and helpful and as ever work hard. It's slightly outside the historic part of town so a 5-10 min walk in.

Fantastic city location. Clean, spacious room. Comfortable beds. Annoying censor timing light in bathroom going off when bathroom in use. Very small shower towels. Could do with a little maintenance
Nice hotel in the town center. Staff was helpful, rooms clean and big and a communal coffee machine. No ac but fine. Bit loud at night a consequence of good location.
It’s in the heart of Vigo and has a great view of the main square, the apartment and bathroom are quite big and super comfy, we liked everything about it and recommend it for everyone on the camino
Staff were super kind and helpful, especially with recommendations for veggie food and for the rest of our camino! Ended up recommending our favourite meal in santiago. Perfect location and lovely, clean rooms
Perfect location. We came in a rainy day and the room was warm.. heating on. Some hotels when you open the door is still cold and you need to warm up.. Free wifi and many activities around. Walk in showers, nice views, big rooms, well decorated and cheap prices. Excellent.
Terrible check in process The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. Rooms kinda have theme to each of them, but the highlight was the bathroom and wraparound balcony. It felt like I was showering on the balcony in the middle of the city. Amazing. But in the middle of the city so not loud but active.
This used to be one of the old next to the station bed & breakfast style hotel. They have now revamped the whole building and they've done a great job. They left a fantastic looking central hotel. I stopped at the cafeteria to enjoy a drink outside in the evening. The service was very good and I'd definitely stay here if I needed a room in Vigo.
Cozy hotel next to CC VIALIA VIGO.Friendly staff and owner. Will be back soon again.Thank You
It was ok! Make sure you get the new rooms. The old rooms are really ugly. It's ok if you want a cheap stay. Hallway kind of smelled. It's about 1hr away from praia de samil. Close to the port for the boats to cies island and ons island.

Stayed there for one night and was great, have a restaurant that serves yummy food. The hotel staff was very nice and the hotel is nice and clean, strongly recommend
The hotel is aging, with subpar towels and linens. It leaves much to be desired without food or breakfast.
It was a too old hotel. It needs a restoration. Parking is on the streets.
Free Secure parking for Motorcycles. Free parking for our motorcycles in garage. Staff were brilliant. Cafe serving meals on site. Bus stop right out side for getting around €1 anywhere.
We slept in a room with double bed and 2 single beds! The toilet is huge! It has lift at the back which is a plus point! 30mins walk to the town, free parking in front the hotel. Worth for money!

After reading the reviews, I don't think it's the same hotel. The men who greeted us were very kind. They offered us parking since it wasn't full. We were in 209, the Wi-Fi was good, the towels and the bathroom were clean. I only see a negative to improve by changing the very old furniture and the carpeting, the air conditioning worked great but you can tell that it is an old machine because it makes...
We arrived at dusk and the room was very bright with a very large bed. Although the room was a bit narrow, there was a feeling of spaciousness. The only downside that I put is that there was no way to lock the door and you could hear everything that was happening outside... There was a feeling that someone could come in at any time if they wanted to. I didn't pass though. The staff was very friendly...

I chose this for its good price and proximity to the central bus station, but was very pleased with the good quality. It's an older building, but everything was clean, functional, and all the necessities were supplied. My only complaint is that the beds in my room were a bit short. I think they were 6' exactly, and I'm 6' tall, so feet hung off a bit. Great place for a good price.
A good welcome, this place is close to the bus station which made it great for coming from the airport on our first day and for getting to Ferrol the day after. Reasonable price, quiet and clean. Would have stayed on the way back but they were fully booked.
Restfull stay Good economic stay. Well placed for travelling with the train. Nice and friendly owners. Room size ok. Too bad there was no breakfast at the place, but there was a very close cafe that had good breakfast.
The reception staff could speak simple English that helped a lot for the quick checkin upon our arrival at night. Room with basic amentities, valued for money as for a night stay before travelling to Ferrol the next day (bus station in 3 min walk)
Value for money. Rail and coach stations nearby
I will never be able to speak highly enough about the family who run this hostal

Good location. Amazing service, and they are really helpful
Very convenient to the cathedral. Lots of walking involved, however. Especially the stairs are not for the faint of heart. A bit tricky to gain entrance the first time.
The staff speaks English, and the room isn't large but isn't claustrophobically cramped. The room comes with two towels, a TV, and a remote-controlled ceiling fan. The bathrooms are "shared," but clean and sufficient, as there were never any occasions when they were all occupied.
The price/performance ratio is still acceptable
We decided to stay an extra night and staff was so accommodating. Excellent location.

This is an excellent hotel to be at when you complete your Camino de Santiago. Communication after the booking process was very good, Booking allowed me to pay when I arrived, and I was given an early check in. The gentleman at reception is just so lovely and professional. It's in a fantastic location, boasting a unique architecture and interior design. My room has great heating, a much-needed bath...
Nice and clean hotel. Good location between the Cathedral and the train, bus station. Three grocery stores and many cafės nearby. Staff very helpful.
I was wonder that this hotel is 2 STAAR according to reviews. In my opinion is more than 2. Rooms very clean enough space. Great location. Breakfast only 5. Elevator a big plus. People very helpful. I was planning stay 2 nights and I ended with 3 nights. If they will add better amenities like good shampoo and water will be more than 3 STAARS

You will not regret staying here at the end of your Camino. It was an oasis of comfort and a veritable luxury hotel after the shabbier places we had stayed along the way. I have no idea how this compares to the other hotels in Santiago de Compostela, but it's hard to see what you could improve on here. The location just outside the city center is walkable from the cathedral and all the surrounding...
Rooms were great and hotel is well placed. Our group checked out this morning and the receptionist/breakfast lady was irritable as if we were in her way. We were well within serving time. It made our group feel uncomfortable.
After the Camino, this hotel was perfect. The rooms are comfortable. The shower is excellent. The breakfast is not as elaborate as many hotels. The road is very steep outside this hotel, so you will need to walk another hill. But you should be used to it by now.
Basic but comfortable accommodation within a fifteen minute walk of the cathedral and lots of cafes ,bars and restaurants. Great location, functional and comfortable but run down rooms. Parking advertised as 14€ a day but ended up being 38€ so watch out!
We had an 8th floor room. It was nice. The bathroom and shower were fantastic. The bedroom just needs a bit of TLC and modernising. Cream or white paint would be the icing on the cake. It is such a good location.
Well located. Very nice service staff. Well located. And very nice reception service.
Very central and great value for money. Marcelo on reception was very kind and helpful.
Good "vintage" hotel for a night or two Location is perfect. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean and good for a night or two. Price was also great for what you get. Great place to stay. The owner is very forthcoming and friendly. Waking up and going downstairs for a coffee or breakfast is very efficient. Overnight stay and breakfast is affordable on a low budget.

Old premises, which isn't necessarily a bad thing! What's seriously awful, though, is that the walls are extremely thin, so you can hear every sound! Clean spacious , price is fair , bed is comfortable, close to the city center
The stay was overall very good. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the reception staff were helpful and courteous. However, the shower bracket was broken, which caused the shower head to shift angles unpredictably due to water pressure. As a result, water sprayed outside the shower area and left the bathroom floor soaked. Aside from this issue, the experience was positive.

Great place for a cheap stay in the city centre. We got free parking a 10 minutes walk away. Loads of bars and supermarkets to get stuff to eat. Had an early train to Madrid so was just a crash pad but comfy beds, nice bathroom, receptionist helpful. Would stay again at less than than 50 euros a night in August!
I stayed here for 2 nights. It was a good choice: central location, the reception staff was very friendly, the room was very clean. Excellent value for money.
