It’s in the heart of Vigo and has a great view of the main square, the apartment and bathroom are quite big and super comfy, we liked everything about it and recommend it for everyone on the camino

Perfect location. We came in a rainy day and the room was warm.. heating on. Some hotels when you open the door is still cold and you need to warm up.. Free wifi and many activities around. Walk in showers, nice views, big rooms, well decorated and cheap prices. Excellent.

Terrible check in process The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. Very nice place. Quiet, clean and a good value for not much money. Close to beaches for families and naturists. Grocery store and restaurants only a couple of blocks away. Decor is dated but a working jacuzzi bathtub is hard to find. LOL, mind you any bathtub is hard to find nowadays.

The location, the little breakfast the cleanliness and the lift all perfect. But it was Superwoman Charo who made our stay memorable, she was receptionist, housekeeper, waitress concierge, cook. Whatever they are paying her, they should double it. She carried out her vast duties with kindness and a smile.

The room was very comfortable and was in a good location and near parking which you had to pay for at an additional cost but good price, I would recommend. If you are travelling by car I would advise to park the car first and then go to the hotel because you cannot go infront of the hotel with your car but it is in walking distance.

Located in the city center, breakfast is good, and there is an elevator. However, on weekends, there were people reveling outside the window and I needed to wear earplugs to sleep!

Rooms kinda have theme to each of them, but the highlight was the bathroom and wraparound balcony. It felt like I was showering on the balcony in the middle of the city. Amazing. But in the middle of the city so not loud but active.

This used to be one of the old next to the station bed & breakfast style hotel. They have now revamped the whole building and they've done a great job. They left a fantastic looking central hotel. I stopped at the cafeteria to enjoy a drink outside in the evening. The service was very good and I'd definitely stay here if I needed a room in Vigo.

It was ok! Make sure you get the new rooms. The old rooms are really ugly. It's ok if you want a cheap stay. Hallway kind of smelled. It's about 1hr away from praia de samil. Close to the port for the boats to cies island and ons island.

Hi, I really enjoyed staying at Hotel Lino. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff were very efficient and freindly, and the location was fabulous close to all my needs. I would stay there again.

This hotel is well placed in a great location. If you check Google maps there is a whole area of clubs and bars within a two minute walk just slightly down the hill. You can walk to the old town down a long gentle slope in around 15minutes, plus you have one of the main bus/train stations next door which is also covered by a mall, and an elevator down to sea level. The location of Hotel Panton is amazing - it is only a short walk of 4 minutes to Vigo-Urzáiz train station and the main train station and a 20-minute walk to Vigo Guixar train station. The hotel is aging, with subpar towels and linens. It leaves much to be desired without food or breakfast.

It was a too old hotel. It needs a restoration. Parking is on the streets.

Free Secure parking for Motorcycles. Free parking for our motorcycles in garage. Staff were brilliant. Cafe serving meals on site. Bus stop right out side for getting around €1 anywhere.

We slept in a room with double bed and 2 single beds! The toilet is huge! It has lift at the back which is a plus point! 30mins walk to the town, free parking in front the hotel. Worth for money!

I chose this for its good price and proximity to the central bus station, but was very pleased with the good quality. It's an older building, but everything was clean, functional, and all the necessities were supplied. My only complaint is that the beds in my room were a bit short. I think they were 6' exactly, and I'm 6' tall, so feet hung off a bit. Great place for a good price.

A good welcome, this place is close to the bus station which made it great for coming from the airport on our first day and for getting to Ferrol the day after. Reasonable price, quiet and clean. Would have stayed on the way back but they were fully booked.

Restfull stay Good economic stay. Well placed for travelling with the train. Nice and friendly owners. Room size ok. Too bad there was no breakfast at the place, but there was a very close cafe that had good breakfast.

The reception staff could speak simple English that helped a lot for the quick checkin upon our arrival at night. Room with basic amentities, valued for money as for a night stay before travelling to Ferrol the next day (bus station in 3 min walk)

This hotel is situated just outside the old town, close to a bus stop for the airport. It is clean, quiet & comfortable. The bedroom was a good size with a great en-suite shower. Breakfast was more than adequate. Great value.

You will not regret staying here at the end of your Camino. It was an oasis of comfort and a veritable luxury hotel after the shabbier places we had stayed along the way. I have no idea how this compares to the other hotels in Santiago de Compostela, but it's hard to see what you could improve on here. Rooms were great and hotel is well placed. Our group checked out this morning and the receptionist/breakfast lady was irritable as if we were in her way. We were well within serving time. It made our group feel uncomfortable.

After the Camino, this hotel was perfect. The rooms are comfortable. The shower is excellent. The breakfast is not as elaborate as many hotels. The road is very steep outside this hotel, so you will need to walk another hill. But you should be used to it by now.

Basic but comfortable accommodation within a fifteen minute walk of the cathedral and lots of cafes ,bars and restaurants. There is a kettle in the room but no tea ,coffee or milk.Close to the market and all that is happening in Santiago de Compostela.There is a great bar five minutes walk away called Momo 38.Continental breakfast is available for 5 euro.

We unfortunately had only one night there as we had to leave early because of a death in the family but everything was great at the hotel

Great location, functional and comfortable but run down rooms. Parking advertised as 14€ a day but ended up being 38€ so watch out!

We had an 8th floor room. It was nice. The bathroom and shower were fantastic. The bedroom just needs a bit of TLC and modernising. Cream or white paint would be the icing on the cake. It is such a good location.

Good "vintage" hotel for a night or two Location is perfect. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean and good for a night or two. Price was also great for what you get. Note that you can get a basic breakfast (croissant, donut, coffee) downstairs for a good price. Staff was very friendly, even though their English wasn't great (not a problem).

I was wonder that this hotel is 2 STAAR according to reviews. In my opinion is more than 2. Rooms very clean enough space. Great location. Breakfast only 5. Elevator a big plus. People very helpful. I was planning stay 2 nights and I ended with 3 nights. If they will add better amenities like good shampoo and water will be more than 3 STAARS

Very basic rooms, but comfortable. We did not like the choice of the shower glass door. Only covers half of the length of the shower place and it is hard not to make a mess by spilling water out of the tub area.

Very nice hotel located in the city cente and 10min walking to Santiago de Compostela cathedral. Receptionist was very efficient and polite . The comfy room was very clean. The bathroom has a small bath provided relaxing warm water for my feet after 5 hours of pilgrimage walking to Santiago. Strongly recommend this property.

Super clean, centric and great value

I've wanted to stay for sometime. A very accommodating hostal with clean rooms and a lovely set of staff. Sure the rooms are noisy but what do you expect when staying in a city and a great value for money. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. The owner is very forthcoming and friendly. Waking up and going downstairs for a coffee or breakfast is very efficient. Overnight stay and breakfast is affordable on a low budget.

Friendly and accommodating toward my need for flexibility during my stay. Booked 2w stayed 4w. Single room while small is perfect and probably the best value for money since I was only there to shower and sleep. Wifi was very reliable. Plenty of cafe/bars and places to eat at better than 'in town' tourist prices. Big shout out to Mezopotamya Donor Kebap shop for excellent pizza and kebaps...

Good value for the money, clean and very nice staff. When I got sick they fixed it so I could stay in my room one more night just hours before checkout. You have a key so you won’t see them exempt check in. Would stay again

Small and cost keeping hotel in Lugo, Spain. Excellent service. You have all you need: bed, bathroom and breakfast. Very near (one block) of historic Roman town. I recomens it.

Had a very nice experience over the Christmas holiday week. It can be a struggle in Lugo to find a quiet hotel that isn't full of people having 4am after-club hookups. Not a single disappointment throughout my stay and the ladies were very diligent about cleaning my room regardless of it being Christmas eve and Christmas saggy. I will be staying again.

Old premises, which isn't necessarily a bad thing! What's seriously awful, though, is that the walls are extremely thin, so you can hear every sound! I heard snoring for two nights, and despite banging on them, I couldn't get any peace. It's a shame, because the staff is actually very friendly and accommodating. The stay was overall very good. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the reception staff were helpful and courteous. However, the shower bracket was broken, which caused the shower head to shift angles unpredictably due to water pressure. As a result, water sprayed outside the shower area and left the bathroom floor soaked. Aside from this issue, the experience was positive.

We received such a friendly welcome from Amanda, who made us feel at home. Our room was clean, bed and pillows super comfortable, spotless shower room with nice products and despite being on a main road was quiet at night with a great sea view. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Easy walk to the beaches and promenade and into the old town. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everyone at Hotel Mar del Plata were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and very comfortable. And the breakfast buffet was very good with an excellent assortment of fresh fruit, bread, pastries, eggs, ham & cheese and other condiments. And my cafe con leche was always replenished! I highly recommend the hotel.

Great Location near the city centre. We had the economy room with large space and functional equipment. Opposite to the hotel is a private parking garage with affordable costs. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee freshly prepared. Nice and very committed staff!

The cleaning wasn't notable, when we arrived the toilet bag wasn't working and we had to wait until it was fixed.

This is a modest and simple hotel with a great potential for a boutique hotel. The location is perfect to explore the city. A good breakfast included in the fare: the traditional handmade bread is really good, great coffee!

We only stayed for a few hours, but the apartment was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the hot water took a while to heat up in the shower.

Great location, though beware the chances of finding free onstreet parking are close to zilch. I paid 12 euros per day at the parking lot (that's about 10ish min away on foot) with the parking lot's discount (which was better than the hotel's). The room was nice, the bed was comfy and it was very clean though it lacks a fridge (I missed that "small" detail when I booked it) but what I just can't overlook...

Recently renovated 2 star European hotel. Convenient location and fair price. Coffee downstairs for breakfast and few blocks away from downtown/ historic center. Good place, I would recommend if you are on a budget and stay a few days. Don’t expect other services or big lobby. It’s just ok.

This was a bit of a last minute booking on a business trip to Vigo and was not totally sold due to only a 2 star rating. There was a strange problem with my business card for payment remotely. Quiet, safe and easy stay with walkable distance to much of the city around (equidistant from train station and the old city. Easy access via the bus from the airport).

The staff was lovely but ******* was errant in saying the room was. 55€ and when I checked in I was told it was 74€ so therefore I will not use ******* to book another stay and will tell my friends as well

They won't let you check in before 4pm. That's preposterous considering check out is at 12pm. Besides that, rooms are renovated and decent, the area is safe and not too far from the center but the bathroom lacked a bidet.

Arrived early and the lovely receptionist let us put our bags in the hotel, whilst we enjoyed the sun! On return at 2pm, our room was ready. The room was fine. It was clean, lovely thick curtains, quiet. The only issue was that the double bed was 2 singles pushed together. For a couple, this was less than ideal as cuddling up did mean a fall down the hole in the centre 😅 Breakfast was very basic....

Affordable place to stay overnight. Not romantic, but okay to just stay overnight. Anyway there is so much to do in A Coruna that it does not matter if the hotel is not a palace as long as the room is clean, bed good and breakfast good, as it is here.

A perfect stay after our Camino walk! Monica at the front desk was terrific and welcomed us warmly. The breakfast is a nice touch.
