Great location. Very friendly staff - especially Julia - nice traditional Spanish Hotel
Shopping cafes ocean all close by
The room was clean & comfortable, the bathroom is big compared to most European hotels. Stag was very friendly and helpful on restaurant suggestions & directions. Hotel Is centrally located so walking distance from the most important sights.
Arrived via car service where we started our Camino walk. Check in was easy. Elevator was a great add. It's very close to the port with cruise ships. Rooms clean and comfy. Can't comment on breakfast I only have coffee. Side note if doing the Camino follow your own map it is a little challenge but we didn't we followed others we would have stayed on our path.
Great location. Staff friendly- room lovely and clean. Close to downtown. Recommend this hotel for sure.
This is a nice hotel in a very good location that is close to the water, shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms are comfortable and decent size. Beware you can hear everything from all the rooms around you..very poor noise insulation.

The minimalist newly refurbished room, where everything worked.
Great location, though beware the chances of finding free onstreet parking are close to zilch. I paid 12 euros per day at the parking lot (that's about 10ish min away on foot) with the parking lot's discount (which was better than the hotel's). The room was nice, the bed was comfy and it was very clean though it lacks a fridge (I missed that "small" detail when I booked it) but what I just can't overlook...
Recently renovated 2 star European hotel. Convenient location and fair price. Coffee downstairs for breakfast and few blocks away from downtown/ historic center. Good place, I would recommend if you are on a budget and stay a few days. Don’t expect other services or big lobby. It’s just ok.
Altiana is a good choice I had a short one night stay; nice, clean room; ventilated bathroom; free wifi; good breakfast; central location; good room rate. I have no complaints.
Very nice. The staff was very helpful.
very modern, great location, friendly staff. and there's a cafe/pub in the first floor - perfect for morning coffee/an evening drink

Nice breakfast, though not an extensive buffet. Room was huge: small apartment rather than a hotel room. I forgot an item at the hotel and they kindly sent it on to my final destination after I sent them a stamped envelope. I really appreciated that.
Nice place! Wonderful customer service and good location. Comfortable bed and a nice kitchen area. The only 2 things that I think would improve the stay is 1- shampoo in the bathroom. 2- trash can in the kitchen.
Low cost. Convenient for one night. Nice service at reception and cafeteria. Clean.
Lovely hotel, helpful staff. Parking for an extra charge but limited space so book in advance, but you would expect this as just outside the city. We were in an apartment, which was great as included a double hob with kitchen but no cutlery, pots, pans, plates etc. So bring your own. 5 minutes walk from city walls.
Value for money and good location. They gave us a room with bathroom, living room and kitchen (without utensils). For 34 euros you can not ask for more. And very clean. Breakfast included and it was very complete.
Cheap but unexpectedly comfortable

The staff were very helpful and attentive. Excellent service overall.
I am walking(ed) the Camino and my grand finale at Santiago on October 7th, 2025 was complete with an EXCELLENT STAY here. I was greeted by Roberto whose ENTHUSIASM is contagious, extremely professional and helpful, within minutes I was settled. Before I rate the establishment as a whole, I will fast forward to the next day ( 8th) I was greeted at Breakfast by Manuel. I was again blown away by how...
We had a bedroom in the attic which was great, different but great
Excellent service /lovely comfortable hotel for our end of Camiño stay. Special shout out to Robert who goes above and beyond to look after his guests in a very professional way. We would highly recommend this hotel. Trish and Sinead / Dublin
A perfect stay after our Camino walk! Monica at the front desk was terrific and welcomed us warmly. The breakfast is a nice touch. Our first morning, there was a problem with the food provider, but the hotel provided us breakfast two doors down. The hotel is modern and minimalist, but very comfortable. Would stay here again on my next Camino!
Not very clean The property is very plain. Not so great location. The hotel needs overall maintenance. Not too clean. There was a centipede in my room, which are usually present with dirtiness

the rooms are very clean and cozy. Really comfy beds and silent during the night. The location is great and the owner + entire team is really welcoming and friendly.
Great stay for a break day after the Camino (apprx 900KM) before catching a flight to Madrid. Clean and closed to the cathedral and places to eat.
Quiet lil room on third floor. Very cozy staff were excellent. The fan in room did not work though. Luckily weather did not require
Got this room through the booking agency we used for the camino. It’s a nice enough hotel but more than a bit tired. Coffee at breakfast was good but the rest was mediocre. The beds are not comfortable…by far the worst of our trip. It’s close to the old town but I’m sure there are better places for the price. Would not choose this place.
A nice stone building with modern styled reception and rooms. This gives a nice atmosphere. Little breakfast cafe area and a basement restaurant. Very close to the old centre with lots of restaurants, cafes and beautiful streets. The Cathedral is about a 10min walk. I found the location very good and the airport bus route passes the door. At only €1pp per trip it's great value.
I loved my stay here, for the price I think it's good value.. my attic room was rustic and large with three single beds in it, so plenty of space for up to three people.. having a bath was also a luxury I wasn't expecting and was very pleased to indulge in.. being just outside of the main old town, it's close to a great street for restaurants a park area and a short walk (15min) to the train/bus station...

Centrally located just a few meters from the old town and close to beaches this competitively priced hotel was ideal for a few nights in Galicia. Good transport options to local towns e g Santiago d C and Ferrol
Very small and slightly querky. Great for a few days, but too small for longer stays. Breakfast and restaurant were super. A very friendly and a nice place to stay. Free WiFi worked perfect for our group. Ear plugs maybe for light sleepers as very old building without noise isolation
IT IS SITUATED CLOSE TO THE RESTAURANTS, NEAR CAR PARK AND NEXT TO THE DOWNTOWN
Great location downtown, big public parking nearby, easy check in and pleasant and clean. Great stay, great value!

The food was extraordinary! Truly a hommage to the pilgrims! The chef was very kind and he lived up to the expectations! 10/10 would come back to eat here!
Not a bad place. A bit outdated yet very clean and with charm. I booked a double bed room. I didn't try the restaurant. Allowed me a good night sleep. I have to say that when my noisy neighbors were talking loud, I could hear it, but fortunately they slept early ☺️ Bed is comfortable with nice clean sheets. Close to a Dia Supermarket. Just brilliant value, really nice quiet room. Should have tried the attached restaurant which looked nice. Very helpful lady running the reception.
Pleasantly surprised how good the evening meal was, really good. Best dinner of the trip 🎉 Excellent food and wonderful waitress service, yes the rooms are tired but they were are spotless. Didn’t stay for breakfast as up and out early. Bon Camino
Great hotel and central location. We stayed here whilst walking the Camino and decided to have dinner here too. My husband had the pilgrim menu (4courses) for €18, it was like a meal from master chef and buy far the nicest pilgrim menu. The hotel is nice, clean, and in a great location. Really convenient and comfortable stay.
Good It was a shame the bar was closed on New Year's Eve
A good place, very closed to Vigo cruise Terminal and well served from public transport. This hotel has the best position to join on board of your cruise and, if possible to travel around Vigo's center.
The hotel staff was very helpful. The hotel location is excellent. The room and bathroom were clean. But the hotel needs a "deep facelift." The hotel facade was very dirty and neglected. The hotel window frames must have been 40 years old. In the bathroom, the bathtub, sink and toilet were also noticeably old.
The location is great, however the amenities might be better. Breakfast was just Ok and could be a bit better
Air conditioning was working very poorly There was a smell of “old” every where and in the room. Room spacious. Clean.

Excellent three night stay in this beautifully restored centrally located granite town house. Fernando and his father José are delightful hosts and very helpful. The hotel is spotless and beds very comfy. Do expect some usual busy city centre nighttime noise. Subsidised parking east in the nearby underground car park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
So nice we didn’t want to leave. Excellent service. Beautiful, clean rooms. Right in the heart of the historical area. The rooms were so comfortable and unique. Lots if bars and restaurants nearby.
The stay here at Puerta Gamboa was above expectation. Fernando made sure that our stay was fantastic and I could not recommend this place higher. This hotel is a beautiful and charming boutique hotel located just on the edge of the old town in Santiago de Compostela. Rims are stunning and full of charm with exposed stone and tasteful decor. After the Camino, all I needed was a hot shower and a soft bed. But this small, cozy hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s close to all the main spots, with a clean, comfortable room and a great bathroom — the tropical shower was amazing (if you’ve stayed in small hotels, you know how rare that is!). The perfect final stop after the Camino. And falling asleep to such an incredible view? Absolutely priceless
This is a small but perfectly formed hotel, right in the heart of the city. Whilst there is no bar, it has everything a budget hotel can offer, including fantastic views of the Cathedral. I’m writing this short review from my stay last year, as I’m about to rebook the hotel this summer again.
We stayed 2 nights having completed our Camino. Unfortunately we didn't get a room with a cathedral view but our room was a good size with a good sized bathroom. Got newly renovated room with a balcony For incredibly good rate fresh sheets towels etc Cannot fault the hotel on anything They have a breakfast area with a kettle microwave etc which hotels guests can access
Good location in Vigo, but the hostel doesn’t have any common areas. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to gather your things in the morning without being too loud. There is also no kitchen. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, and there were curtains on the bunks. Only complaint was the lack of common area really.
Clean comfortable stay at Hotel Nautico: comfortable bed, great location just near the harbour. The service at reception was fantastic, I was very grateful for the tips and advice they offered into the local area

Great central location and beautiful old building . Room was simple and pleasant - perfect for me. They won't let you check in before 4pm. That's preposterous considering check out is at 12pm. Besides that, rooms are renovated and decent, the area is safe and not too far from the center but the bathroom lacked a bidet.
Arrived early and the lovely receptionist let us put our bags in the hotel, whilst we enjoyed the sun! On return at 2pm, our room was ready. The room was fine. It was clean, lovely thick curtains, quiet. The only issue was that the double bed was 2 singles pushed together. For a couple, this was less than ideal as cuddling up did mean a fall down the hole in the centre 😅 Breakfast was very basic....
Affordable place to stay overnight. Not romantic, but okay to just stay overnight. Anyway there is so much to do in A Coruna that it does not matter if the hotel is not a palace as long as the room is clean, bed good and breakfast good, as it is here.
Awesome hotel not too far from the center and close to great breakfast joints if you don't want to eat at the hotel such as La Granera.
