This hotel is very well located in the city center, spotlessly clean, and has a spotless bathroom. The breakfast is adequate, though not exceptional. However, the room is poorly soundproofed. The hotel's underground parking is convenient, but it's extremely difficult to maneuver due to its narrowness, and the daily rate of 16 euros is excessive.

Great location, with private parking even though you should check as there are plenty of spaces parking free surrounding this hotel. The rooms are big, clean, with perfect wifi signal, the breakfast is of good quality and offers gluten and lactose free options. You wont walk more than 5 minutes to be in all the old city attractions

Nice place to access the town with limited driving It was a convenient stop for our trip. Laundry service close by. Town of Ourense was walkable with a few attractions. Was disappointed that bridge is only lit up on the weekends.

Overall, the hotel was very good. The room was spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable. However, it is unacceptable to have a double bed for a couple that is only 135 cm wide. For a hotel of this standard, a proper double or queen-size bed should be the minimum. This significantly impacted the comfort of the stay and should be addressed.

I really liked this hotel. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The entire hotel was clean and in good shape. Nice/friendly front desk staff. And I really enjoyed the breakfast; fairly good variety and all the food choices were very fresh. They have a shuttle that’ll take you to downtown but I believe it’s unavailable from 1-5pm so just plan accordingly. Watch out for the bathtub, I found the bottom...

We stayed in a villa which was spacious but dark. It also wasn’t super clean (cobwebs everywhere) and the service left much to be desired. I would say it’s good for a 3 star hotel as far as service and amenities, but not a 4 star.

The huge minus of the room (room "Villa") is the strongest smell of dampness and old furniture on the first floor of the room, which was impossible to air out even with the balcony and windows constantly open. There are lots of nice restaurants and shops close to the hotel, with the city sights a nice walk away (the beach was also only a 15 minute drive in a reasonably priced taxi). The hotel is super clean, the rooms are spacious, the staff always pleasant and polite. The breakfast bar always comprises fresh food with enough choice…even for gluten free. The 3 of us heartedly recommend it. For people with walking issues, please be aware that the hotel is located 25mn from Santiago’s cathedral.

Furnishing is slightly out of date, but its clean and very tidy, not worned out at least. Ask for the street view, its much better than the mall view. Housekeeping is top notch, cannot get any better. The reception was great and very friendly, we had bikes stored in their store room and had to collect the keys from them. The hotel is bicycle friendly, expect the shopping mall lifts don't operate...

I needed a room in A Coruna after deciding to visit to check out the medieval festival (Fiestas del Apóstol Santiago, St James) post El Camino Frances 25. I found the Hotel Santa Catalina which was a reasonable price for the time. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was comfy with a nice hot shower.

Location is unbeatable. Really near to beach and best tapas bars. All of the reception staff are very kind. We have been grateful for our stay here - cleaning is absolutely impeccable. Strongly recommend. Comfy beds.

Nice hotel with perfect location

If you are looking for a centrally located hotel at a good price, it is not bad. At night on the weekend there is a cocktail bar next door and the noise is deafening. When we arrived we found an unpleasant detail in the room, they had not collected the previous client's trash. Otherwise, all good. The staff is very friendly at all times.

It was an OK stay. Room 320 had a very distinctive smell of cigarettes paticularly early morning and evening. Other guests were noisy but that not hotels fault. Nice and modern hotel with rooms big enought.We were missing only the fridge (but you can use fridge on reception).If you have a luck, you canpark in front of the hotel free, otherwise they have underground parking for €10/day.

Better Ibis Style hotel for the price you paid. Bad location, as you are far from the city center. Good amenities, good service. Do not stay here if you want el be close by downtown. If you do not mind, it is a good option

I can only speak about the spa. We went to spend an afternoon with my wife and the 13 and 10 year old girls. The hotel is located in the center of Ourense and we called because they let children enjoy the spa. It is not very big but it is very good. It has everything that any larger spa has where they do not allow minors. More than 6 people cannot be together in the group. Worth.

Correct rooms, minimalist touch. The spa is the best of the hotel, we have been able to enjoy it alone in the late afternoon. I can not rate more because they asked us about breakfast time and at 9:30 there was no juice or fresh bread left. And no hotel staff was anywhere to be seen. We will return but without breakfast.

Totally recommendable hotel, good location, it did not seem expensive to me to be a 4 * and to have gone in August. The room is large and has a shower tray (with a height of 2cm). The hotel is very nice and the attention is great.

Parking: Opposite there is an underground car park where you entrust the vehicle and key to the guards after checking in. €10 per night and works great. Service: friendly but no English Rooms: perfectly fine Location: getting around the hotel is, well, very easy. But you are in 2 minutes in the old town. Spa: not tried. Costs extra.

This hotel is fabulous. The spa adds a special charm and allows you to completely relax after a day of enjoying the beautiful city. The location is close to the historic area and the rooms have modern, minimalist decor that I loved. The staff goes out of their way to help you and make you feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel.

Aside from the location being fairly convenient, there really isn’t much else to praise. It’s a hotel with no facilities at all , not even a bottle of water is provided, so you’ll have to buy your own from the supermarket. As for toothbrushes, slippers, shower caps or kettle, those definitely aren’t included either. One thing worth mentioning, though, is the very friendly male staff at the front desk...

It's within walking distance, making it easy to get there by bus and lug your luggage. It's also not far from the cathedral. The facilities and service are relatively satisfactory. The only downside is that the bathroom lacks shower amenities. Otherwise, everything was good. There are also two large supermarkets nearby, making grocery shopping convenient.

Enjoy your stay at Zenit in the city center I always stay at Zenit hotel , it is located in the heart of city and very near to ocean . You can walk near the ocean and enjoy and relax at the bars near to the hotel. The hotel is clear and the price of the hotel is reasonable.

You have to drive into the city at Porta Mina to access the hotel’s very convenient parking. The staff was friendly. Front desk staff Zelta was a pleasure to deal with. The property itself needs a bit of upkeep but the property is pleasant. While it has room for improvement my only thorn was the pool area/service. While I understand that there is a schedule being told the pool is closed in an abrasive manner topped with "I have to leave and I have something important to do" did not settle well with me nor my family...

It deserves its four stars. The room is incredibly wide. (a triple one). It looks like that there is a living room if it hosts just two guest. Two safes. A very big wardrobe. And the wc has a washing department an the bathing department. I have missed a toilet brush just to keep “the seat” clean after use.

Great location, close to everything. The window overlooks the courtyard. The electronic door lock is rather inconvenient; it doesn't work right away, so you have to hear the infamous "door is open" sound from the neighboring rooms down the hall.

It's a great hotel with a 24-hour reception. It was clean and the facilities were good. I had to take a taxi at dawn, but they kindly called me and took good care of me. I would like to stay here again next time I go to Santiago.

The location was decent, not far from the sea, but the rooms were very small, and the bathrooms even smaller. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast was à la carte, costing around 10 euros per person. I paid a tax upon arrival, but they asked for another one upon departure. I told them I had already paid, and then they asked for a deposit. I was about to leave and didn't understand what deposit was needed...

The third adult's bed was neither a bed nor a sofa bed. A disaster. It was a single-person armchair with a narrow slatted frame. The reservation was for 3 adults, not 2 adults and a child.

Stayed here after completing Camino. Staff was excellent, location was in easy walking distance from Cathedral, good breakfast. Beds ok for tired "pilgrim", otherwise not good (rooms small - no amenities really). Not in a location with a view of anything. Not really a complaint on these last couple - just obseevations.

When booking the hotel, it was described as having air conditioning, but upon check-in, the AC didn't work, and there was only a fan by the bed. We asked the front desk, but they simply said we'd booked an economy room without AC, adding that a fan was provided. They said the Ctrip description was incorrect and that we'd need to pay an additional 20 euros to upgrade to an air-conditioned room. While...

An excellent family run hotel located very close to the train and bus stations. Also, the regular bus from Vigo airport (cash payment only) stops only about a 10 mins walk from the hotel. My room and the bathroom were very clean. Brais, the Manager and his team were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. As I was happy and satisfied with everything, I will definitely return!
