If you want to go shopping, it is quite convenient, in a large shopping mall. It is a bit away from the city center, the room is relatively large, and the breakfast is not too rich.

Practical and convenient. Room was very warm which made it difficult to sleep. No air conditioning just an inadequate fan.

Alright hotel. If staying in a shopping mall rather than the historic centre is your thing. Got dumped there by Vueling when a flight was cancelled. Breakfast was a highlight amongst a rather surreal experience. Pity the meal that was supposed to keep us going for 8 hours wasn't as good as breakfast. Excellent room with sea view. Staff so friendly and very helpful. Nearby parking only a 5 minute walk. Outstanding roof top bar with outstanding staff both at breakfast and in the evening. Great location for waterfront, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

A bit of luxury on our Camino walk! Stayed here during a stop along the Camino. An excellent choice as they treated us well! From check in to check out, we were given excellent service, with clean rooms and great facilities including the restaurant. A lovely location too in a beautiful neighbourhood. Would go again!

So many choices of restaurants along the waters. Very clean! Very close to the Camino trails. Breakfast only starts at 10 am - too late for pilgrims … no coffee available to get you on your way

Staff were friendly and helpful, even though i didn't speak Spanish the lady on the front desk spoke English. I arrived quite early and a room was available for me. It was very clean with a large hot shower and a comfortable bed. I only stayed for 1 night checked out the following morning, they kept my case for me as i was off sightseeing. The air conditioning didn’t work! We had to open the windows and there were too noisy outside, the hotel was so close to the highway. We couldn’t sleep properly. Staff was good, everything was clean

Great hotel close to train station. Staff is really nice. We booked a triple room but we're given a quadruple room with a nice size. Everything worked fine. At check-in breakfast buffet was offered at a discounted rate, it was good and well served. Walking distance to/from train station.

Another hotel that proved to be a very fortunate “find”! With a late arrival by train we selected it because of its proximity to the station (and also to the bus station), but it proved much better than expected. This hotel told me it was full even it accepted my booking. I was sent to another hotel without shuttling service, I paid for the taxi. It’s not a common experience like this. The other hotel, Eurostar Gran has good service, but indeed too old to be fresh.

A short walk from the cathedral and behind the local market. Quiet and comfortable away from the beaten path. The best breakfast in town served from 7-10:30 am. To see the censer at Santiago Cathedral, my original hotel was sold out, so I booked this place. I stayed here at the end of my Camino walk and it was a real treat! Less than a 15min walk to pilgrim office and the cathedral. Wonderful staff, I arrived late the first night and I was still able to get a light meal and glass of wine before bed! Breakfast is also delightful don’t miss it. This is a perfect destination to finish in the Camino! The antique yet well maintained hotel is just perfectly matching Santiago De Compostela! This hotel is very well located in the city center, spotlessly clean, and has a spotless bathroom. The breakfast is adequate, though not exceptional. However, the room is poorly soundproofed. The hotel's underground parking is convenient, but it's extremely difficult to maneuver due to its narrowness, and the daily rate of 16 euros is excessive.

Great place to end my vacation! The bed was perfect, the room spacious, especially loved the little sun room. And the location is excellent for strolling the waterfront, access to good restaurants, and just relaxing. But the true stars are the people. Everyone here is so warm and nice. They made me fall in love with this hotel and this city.

We enjoyed our stay. The shining part being the front desk staff (beds and shower were great too.) We felt immediately welcomed and was given detailed information about local sites and restaurants.

The hotel is very well located. That is the only good thing, as the facilities and furniture are not in line with the stars or price. We were unable to sleep at all due to the discomfort of the beds and pillows. The price paid does not match the facilities.

Great location, with private parking even though you should check as there are plenty of spaces parking free surrounding this hotel. The rooms are big, clean, with perfect wifi signal, the breakfast is of good quality and offers gluten and lactose free options. You wont walk more than 5 minutes to be in all the old city attractions

Nice place to access the town with limited driving It was a convenient stop for our trip. Laundry service close by. Town of Ourense was walkable with a few attractions. Was disappointed that bridge is only lit up on the weekends.

This place is a gorgeous restoration of a "Galician pazo" (a rural residence of the nobles in the Galician region). The main entrance depicts many armory shields (escudos, as the name of the place), 101 of them according to the details i found. The hotel counts with rooms, restaurants, event rooms, a pool and many green areas and gardens. Also the views to the ria are beautiful.

I needed a room in A Coruna after deciding to visit to check out the medieval festival (Fiestas del Apóstol Santiago, St James) post El Camino Frances 25. I found the Hotel Santa Catalina which was a reasonable price for the time. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was comfy with a nice hot shower.

Location is unbeatable. Really near to beach and best tapas bars. All of the reception staff are very kind. We have been grateful for our stay here - cleaning is absolutely impeccable. Strongly recommend. Comfy beds.

If you are looking for a centrally located hotel at a good price, it is not bad. At night on the weekend there is a cocktail bar next door and the noise is deafening. When we arrived we found an unpleasant detail in the room, they had not collected the previous client's trash. Otherwise, all good. The staff is very friendly at all times.

Such a wonderful place to rest on our way to Santiago de compostella. We spent a time in the beautiful spa, which we had to ourselves. There is a fab vegetarian restaurant next door called Shangri La. We loved our stay here in Ourense. Would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was great too.

I can only speak about the spa. We went to spend an afternoon with my wife and the 13 and 10 year old girls. The hotel is located in the center of Ourense and we called because they let children enjoy the spa. It is not very big but it is very good. It has everything that any larger spa has where they do not allow minors. More than 6 people cannot be together in the group. Worth.

Facilities: About the same level as Atour hotels in China. Great location—everything is within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The 6A airport bus stop is just 200 meters away. Overall, I was satisfied (see picture). Spanish hotels are generally much more expensive than those in China, so the value isn't great.

Good hotel for couple of nights after the Camino walk. 5 to 10 mins walk to the Cathedral, 5 mins walk to the start of the Rua do Franco with lots of the Taberna, restaurants and cafes. Room is big, shower is a little dated and only 1 tiny lift.

This is my second visit to Santiago de Compostela since last year. The location is close to the cathedral, bus and train stations. There are many restaurants nearby, and there is a mart on the same line, so the location is the best. You should also try the bakery across from the hotel. They also store your luggage. It's a shame that I only stayed for one day. I want to stay longer next time.

Expected a bit more. This did not feel like 4 stars. The pool was very small and closed while it is almost June. The hotel interior felt dated, lots of things like curtains and room furniture was worn out. The hotel is an okay option if you want to be relatively central and have low expectations.

Small and cost keeping hotel in Lugo, Spain. Excellent service. You have all you need: bed, bathroom and breakfast. Very near (one block) of historic Roman town. I recomens it.

Had a very nice experience over the Christmas holiday week. It can be a struggle in Lugo to find a quiet hotel that isn't full of people having 4am after-club hookups. Not a single disappointment throughout my stay and the ladies were very diligent about cleaning my room regardless of it being Christmas eve and Christmas saggy. I will be staying again.
