Lani's Suites de Luxe in Puerto del Carmen

We had the best experience in the restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday meal really special. Paula decorated the table so beautifully. The service here is 10/10 and the food was also 10/10. This place is a must if you are in the area!

Location was beautiful, rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday. The touch of the treats of cocktails and snacks was brilliant. All the staff were great at breakfast and many thanks to Jonathan & Miriam for their knowledge. Facilities are first class and meals in Restaurant at night were superb!! On what has been our 10th year staying in Lani's Suites it is fantastic to see that the welcome, location and service is still top quality. From initially being greeted by the wonderful reception staff and being shown around the Suite which becomes home for the next 10 nights. The special touches like the fully stocked minibar to the complimentary sun hats, glasses and flip flops add to the dream surrounding. Spending the balmy evenings relaxing in the hottub and dining it what should be a Michelin star restaurant and listening to the waves crashing against the rocks leads you to believe you are in Paradise. The Managers Jorge and Jonathan are always on hand to ensure everything is as it should be. The pristine white surrounding are constantly kept spotless and the swimming pool is heated to just the right temperature. It is absolutely worth every penny because nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to returning again in 2026.

From the moment I arrived at Lani Suites de Luxe, I knew I was somewhere special—but nothing prepared me for just how extraordinary my stay would be. Suite 25 is, without question, one of the most breathtaking rooms I’ve ever experienced. It offers everything I could possibly need… and even the things I never realized I needed until they were there. The balcony alone feels like a private sanctuary—so generous in size that it becomes a living space in its own right. And the jacuzzi? Pure bliss. Sitting there, watching the world go by from warm, bubbling water, became one of the highlights of my trip. Where Lani truly sets itself apart, though, is its incredible staff. A heartfelt thank you to Sabrina, Marina, Amanda, Alex, Jonathan, and every single person whose name I didn’t manage to catch. Your warmth, professionalism, and genuine care transformed my stay from beautiful to unforgettable. You are the heartbeat of this resort, and you’re the reason it feels like a home wrapped in luxury. The entire décor of the complex radiates indulgence—everything is curated with such elegance and intention. The heated pool was always at the perfect temperature, making it impossible not to unwind completely. And the views—whether from the balcony, the pool, or while strolling through the property—are a dream, with the beach stretching out in front like a postcard come to life. Wow ! That sums up the Lanis. The attention to detail at this hotel is exceptional, I cannot think of anything they have not thought of! The rooms, everything you needed had been covered, the decor, was amazing, as were all the staff, who are professional and friendly, and really do care. We arrived as a suprise for our friends 60th birthday, and the staff seemed more excited than us at the suprise, and could not wait to welcome us . The food, service and view in the restaurant was amazing. This really was a very special birthday treat, and I hope to return, in the not too distant future. Thank you to everyone at the Lanis

Our second time staying at Lanis Suites De Luxe and it simply gets better and better. Lanis is five star all the way from the moment you land with a chauffeur transfer, staff waiting to greet you with a warm welcome and cava. The seafront location is truly amazing and so quiet. We stayed in suite 2 which has stunning views from the master bedroom and terrace. Breakfast is so relaxing with a wonderful selection along with friendly chat from the staff and we also had breakfast on our private terrace which was a real treat. Having dinner in Lanis gourmet restaurant for seven evenings, we simply felt we didn't need to leave the place, a superb selection on the menu and the food is the best we have had. Relaxing days, from taking a dip in the sea to swimming in the pool and lounging poolside along with enjoying our private hottub along with the use of a wonderful spa. The staff in Lanis are like friends, they go above and beyond to ensure guests enjoy every moment of their stay. They recommend the best experiences to ensure guests enjoy any excursions. We went on Jetski, had a sunset cruise on a yacht all of which the Lanis staff helped us organise. When you arrive at Lanis, you feel at home and when you have to leave, you simply want to book your return visit. This is a beautiful, intimate complex on the edge of the ocean. The hotel is made up of suites, all the ground floor suites have a hot tub each. There is a beautiful pool with a view over the sea. The food was superb and staff very attentive. A large bottle of Cava awaits your arrival and each day a small bottle of Cava with snacks will be delivered to your room. The hotel is also very helpful in organising excursions or events. There are beautiful views over the sea and a gate leads onto the beach if you fancy a sea swim. Couldn’t recommend Lani’s enough

We are back in the rainy UK now, but our hearts are still very much in Lanis. I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for making my birthday so incredibly special. Every little detail, every kind gesture, you truly went above and beyond, and it meant the world to me. It was our friends’ first time visiting Lanis, and they were genuinely blown away by the beauty of your hotel and the warmth of everyone there. We attended Lanis Suites for a brunch and relax session and it was absolutely wonderful. We were greeted by our massage therapists who gave us a 50 minute full body massage which was so relaxing. The aura in the restaurant and beauty rooms was serene and calm. The massage was then followed by a 5 course brunch, each course providing a taste sensation whilst looking out across the sea. We will definitely be back.
