While the staff both at the reception and in room cleaning are very friendly and while the apartments are modern, well equipped and clean, it needs to be noted that the location is extremely noisy. The restaurant in the basement moves their terrace tables and chairs inside every night after closing, creating a lot of noise when pushing them around on the stone floor. I stayed in winter so the area was much quieter than in summer ... just how I like it. The accommodation was basic but comfortable and included a studio kitchen with electric hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and cutlery and plates. Absolutely brilliant! Very clean, air con was a god send as it was very hot and humid outside. Powerful shower. Very comfy bed! Well equipped kitchen, fridge very efficient keeping drinks ice cold. A great base to enjoy Palma Nova and magaluf we choose these apartments for their value for money and great location. The room was well equipped and sized, comfortable and overlooking the main road. We did have a blocked toilet which was swiftly rectified, so didn’t spoil our stay. I hadn’t realised when I booked the hotel that the pool doesn’t open until mid May however that didn’t spoil anything...

Helpful staff! Terrible water pressure in the shower. Thin walls, you could hear the neighbors very clearly. Alot of dust under the bed. I would recommend for a short stay

The pictures of the room where the walls are yellow etc are not correct to how the hotel looks now. It is very fresh and clean and all light colors etc. highly recommend this hotel for the money was very very worth. The pool is very fresh and Nice as well.

We visited Samaritana Suites for a short week vacation. From the start of the visit we were given excellent service from arrival to end of stay – excellent dinner on our first night – better than a visit to a Michelin star restaurant in center of Palma – and absolutely fine service around car / parking. The room was spacious, clean and we great comfort. Absolute excellent hotel and staff.

The location of the apartments is very good. Right in front of the Cala Millor beach. From all the apartments beach can be seen. Very close to local shops, restaurants. Excellent view from the apartments.

Stopped here for a few days on the last part of our holiday. The room was very spacious with x2 small double beds and sofa bed. Very good location, decent rooms with a nice shower, the restaurant was also good but lacked a bit of choice (always the same and not enough meat). The staff was friendly and even made a breakfast to go for us before we had to leave the hotel and go to the airport. The gym room does it's job, although the AC doesn't seem to work properly there.

The property had amazing views and great food selection and service. we did the all inclusive which was great. The tv wouldn’t stream the entire time after multiple maintenance visits. no chrome cast of apps like netflix, Prime… already on the tv. The rooms are clean but very dated. The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. The pool and building were very clean and well kept and the food at the restaurant was some of the best I had- outstanding selections and wait staff courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon, so we had high expectations. The reception was friendly upon arrival, and the overall facilities were decent. The room was spacious, though slightly dated, and the terrace offered a nice view — though privacy was limited as neighboring rooms were clearly visible. Soundproofing was also not ideal. The hotel is advertised as four star and we feel it just about merits this rating. Good staff, poor communication and oversell in certain areas.

This property is for the elderly so if you’re over 55 years old I wouldn’t recommend it. Also the hotel rooms are not updated. The property is not that close to the nightlife.

Brutally honest review. Was not informed I had to check in online so late at night was trying to do this. Reception is NOT 24 hours. No one ever there , went 4 times every day to get wifi which has to be paid for, but reception always locked. When intercom buzzed rude woman on other end refusing to come to reception...Even left a single female standing outside because she was half an hour too early...

Basic hostel Very very basic stay, but that was expected from price. Location is super good beach is very close (its second line hotel) lot of shops and restaurants around. Room was clean, they change towels once in 3 days and clean room and change linen once in 6 days. As I say super basic room, but perfectly fine for budget stay.
