Friendly staff and clean rooms. Information from the reception before we arrived with gps locations of the hotel and parking lot realy worked well. We were welomed with Cava in the reception. The room way very well constructed with one story for cooking, one for staying and one for sleeping.

This place is amazing, with great people and a fantastic location. I’ll definitely be back. The only downside was that the walls in my bedroom weren’t soundproof. I could hear the toilet flush from the next room.

Where to start! A perfect mix of a hotel and an apartment. There was 3 of us and the hotel room was a prefect size for us. The complimentary cava at check in is a lovely gesture and a great way to start a city break. The rooftop pool and sitting area gives brilliant views. Would love to stay here again!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at one of the suites. It was beautifully furnished, the rooftop was a great space for relaxing. The breakfasts were excellent. The hotel is listed located in a quiet area but still very convenient for the city sights. I really appreciated the reception staff too who were very helpful. Its a great hotel that offers everything to adults with children. A complete entertainment with all inclusive packages plus games for children of all ages and for adults. I’ve never seen a place cleaner in my life, perfect for me and my wife, especially with my two young children friendly staff absolutely electric, I have never had a better holiday and would throughput recommend to people of all ages an unforgettable getaway.

We stayed here a week, we knew what we had booked and didn’t hope for anything special, for the very accessible price, it’s fine. The apartments are ok, they definitely need a little maintenance, there is a strong smell coming out of the shower, and it’s generally a little under-kept and dirty, but nothing that we didn’t already know. We have just come back from here, cannot recommend highly enough!! Absolutely spotless and kept lovely by the very respectful staff, no fighting for sunbeds as nobody rushes down with towels first thing. The room was modern and clean. However, the bathroom smelled musty, even after the cleaning staff had come. The view from the balcony was great; unfortunately, there was no parasol or anything similar, so having breakfast on the balcony was difficult.

The location is the strong point of this establishment, as is the size of the apartments. The pool is clean and quiet. However, beware of theft from the rooms; I advise you not to request housekeeping (it's sloppy anyway) – you risk being robbed! And my complaint to the staff was useless! (My designer perfume, barely opened, disappeared! Beyond its monetary value, it has priceless sentimental value...

Very close to the main Santa Ponsa beach and nightlife but far enough away to be in a quiet area, highly recommended. Nice small and quiet place. The apartments are small but they work well and are well equipped. the pool is small but you can walk to the beach in 2 minutes. The only big minus is that we have had both shoes and clothes stolen from the clothes rack on the terrasse , so it is recommended not to have anything of value left outside.

My favorite shop to rent bikes from. Not the latest or greatest road bikes but the price is great and the couple running the store are friendly and honest.

Great location, short walk to the Main Street and beach. Hotel has all amenities needed, staff is always helpful and friendly. Rooms are good size, we always choose seaview with balcony. I prefer the old building but this is purely preferential. Both buildings have the same rooms. Some more modern than others. Bathrooms are all the same. Breakfast buffet is great, selection is more than enough.

Very good, family friendly hotel, suitable for a vacation with little kids. Accomodation, meals and pool are of high (****)standards. After reading the recent reviews I was worried. I knew what to expect and it wasn't as bad as I had imagined. The living room and kitchen were very run down but perfectly usable, the patio doors were shabby and didn't lock but that didn't worry us as we were on the 3rd floor and the balcony wasn't accessible. Overall, a very positive experience. The location was good. The staff were incredibly friendly. The cleanliness was excellent. The pool was fantastic, and my children absolutely loved it.
