The hotel is very old, and the "sea view apartment" doesn't actually have a sea view at all. The bed creaks, and the curtains don't block out light. The receptionist has a heavy English accent and is not very friendly. The all-inclusive drinks are watered down, which is a major drawback. Relax and relax I like to stay here. So close to the beach, nice pool area, close to the A32 bus stop to/from the airport or to Alcúdia and to Palma. 5 mins walk to Can Picafort shoping and food street. Friendly staff, good food. The rooms are clean but they need new and more comfortable beds. I stayed here for the 5th time. And I will come or the 6th. Perfect stay for an relaxing vacation.
