Always wanted to go there one but every time I refrained from booking by seeing the old-fashioned pictures. Finally booked a night and I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality offered: staff, bed quality (Frette!) and excellent breakfast (despite rather limited choice). Relax and relax I like to stay here. So close to the beach, nice pool area, close to the A32 bus stop to/from the airport or to Alcúdia and to Palma. 5 mins walk to Can Picafort shoping and food street. Friendly staff, good food. The rooms are clean but they need new and more comfortable beds. I stayed here for the 5th time. And I will come or the 6th. Perfect stay for an relaxing vacation.

It was very good, and the location was perfect.

The hotel has an excellent location and great amenities. The staff are quite pleasant and helpful. Breakfast always seemed like a chaotic event and the coffee and juice machines were out of service on most days. The hotel wifi doesn’t work very well and the room wasn’t cleaned very well. Overall, I had a lovely stay. I would expect a bit more from a 4-star hotel though.

Fantastic holiday in Ciudad Blanca!! The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. The food was delicious and there was plenty of variety. The entertainment for children throughout the day was ideal; my children didn't miss a single mini disco! The room was spacious and very clean every day! We had a wonderful time at this hotel and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The hotel is very old, and the "sea view apartment" doesn't actually have a sea view at all. The bed creaks, and the curtains don't block out light. The receptionist has a heavy English accent and is not very friendly. The all-inclusive drinks are watered down, which is a major drawback. The only redeeming quality is that the staff at the restaurant's grilling meat window are very friendly.
