The hotel is generally okay, but the cleaning is a disaster. I can't put it into words.

We had the most incredible 5 night stay here, I could not recommend it more. The room was beautiful and the views over the sea were to die for. Food was lovely, always a great choice at the breakfast buffet, and we ate at the hotel in the evening a couple of times and the food was lovely, and there was some live music which was great! The pool area was lovely, we were able to book a sunbed each morning...

Lovely newly built hotel. Some rooms have bad smells! We had the bad ones and managed to change to a room without a smell! Then the hotel is ok to stay! Otherwise, wouldn’t recommended it.

The food is good and varied. The service at the restaurant is prompt and courteous! The rooms are simple but clean and quiet (depending on your neighbours). The cleaning service is efficient. The check-in/check-out is fast and done with all information provided. The two pools are nice, one for the kids and the other more for quiet adult. We travelled with little expectation but we were pleasantly surprised. Room decor a little dated but very clean. stunning seaview facing the Square. Food very good, plenty of choice. we enjoyed afternoon cards and drinks on the terrace served by lovely staff (in fact all staff very friendly) zero complaints from us. We would happily return

Fantastic holiday in Ciudad Blanca!! The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. The food was delicious and there was plenty of variety. The entertainment for children throughout the day was ideal; my children didn't miss a single mini disco! The room was spacious and very clean every day! The hotel is very old, and the "sea view apartment" doesn't actually have a sea view at all. The bed creaks, and the curtains don't block out light. The receptionist has a heavy English accent and is not very friendly. The all-inclusive drinks are watered down, which is a major drawback. The only redeeming quality is that the staff at the restaurant's grilling meat window are very friendly.

The hotel is appears great in pictures and brochures but is quite disappointing. There is a nice atmosphere in the lobby area and has some modern interior design. Just back from a week at this hotel, and have to say it was brilliant, hotel very clean, staff great, kids loved the kids club and couldn't get them out of the pool. Rooms were great, was better than I expected. The pool was cleaned every night with some sort of machine ready for the next day. Food in the diner was great to, lots of variety. Beautiful hotel with great vibes, rooms modern and clean. Buffet food had a good selection but food not very warm and quality was above average. Drinks expensive at dinner and in bar and bar service was poor, not once were we approached by a member of staff to order a drink we had to flag people down. The staff is extremely helpful, kind and professional. I am intolerant to gluten and they were extremely helpful in finding alternatives on meals. The food is great, we tried it as part of the all-inclusive pack and we experienced a lot of meals. The breakfasts were standard but quite tasty, and dinners offered a wide variety of options, especially meat dishes. There are plenty of attractions, pools, kids’ pools, and animations – mainly for children but also for adults. A small rooftop bar with a jacuzzi and a nice view was a pleasant surprise. Not what I booked! I went 3 weeks ago with my son and his family. They booked a 2 bed apartment and I booked a pool view in the hotel. I did not get a room in the hotel but was told my hotel room was in the building next door. My hotel room turned out to be an apartment…the most basic ‘hotel room’ I have ever stayed in…the floor was lifting around fridge, which had obviously been caused by a leak...

Clean, superb room, spacious and had many facilities (cooker, fridge, hair dryer, 2 tvs). Luxurious hotel with 2 swimming pools, jacuzzis, rooftop bar with great view, spa as well. Entertainment on a good level, there was evening event organised for kids.

We had a fantastic family holiday at this hotel in April. The facilities are excellent and food is good. We went B&B but chose to eat the restaurant a couple of nights and really enjoyed the food then too. Very nice resort for family vacation..beach is short distance..food is nice..pools are made for children…maybe rooms are not good sound isolated..we heard a lot of noise from other rooms…parking was under renovation when we were there (it is quite small) so you have to find place on street
