This beautiful place is a quiet retreat where you can relax in the courtyard, swim in the pools, walk in the gardens and enjoy the fairly decent food and drink. Great stay - kids loved the pool area and the bedroom for 4 was fine for a young family. Buffet is as you would expect for an all-inclusive package, but the grill restaurant (extra cost) was delicious on the 1 night we had it. Location is fine, in between Porte Pollencia and Alcudia, but plenty of bus and taxi services available to get you where you want to go.

Good hotel for family with kids because there were nonstop events until post 10pm so it’s quite loud and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable-it’s too soft and squeaky and not giving much support for my back. We stayed here 5 nights and everything was really good. Food is ok, we always found something to eat and rooms were cleaned regularly.
