Yucca Park Aparthotel in Adeje

We would choose this apartment again from the same owner in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. Our apartment was nice, stylish, with big terrasse and all equipment we needed for a holiday. It was relative new. Other not so good reviews are maybe applicable for the other apartments in Yucca Park. Safe surroundings. You hear people returning from the city until like 23:30. A lot of services, restaurants, massages just nearby. 5 minutes to the beach.

Normally scroll past when checking out Yucca Park but we are over again in November. 1 star review caught my eye. Took a second look and thought BBC reporter must have written it. 😂 I notice the author is from London area and using a collection of numbers and letters as a name.I am not Scottish but from Lytham. My name is as stated, I’m in my late 70s and have learned over time not to judge people by where they live I believe the phrase is “othering” when not bantering and this is not banter. Appears the reason for a one star is that pool bar opens, sells drink, people on holiday enjoying themselves can be rowdy shock horror. The fact that they are “ northers” makes them exceptional. However I’ve been in company of cockneys on holiday and they were able to party like a jock. A terrible report in my opinion, baseless and biased against anyone north of M25. As it happens I wrote a 5 star review in 2024 about the pool bar. If you are thinking of hounding to Yucca read my previous review for balance.

Undoubtedly a fantastic location! Close to Fañabé beach, which is virtually on the doorstep and Playa Del Duque, which is a short 5-10 mins walk. There is a taxi rank and supermarket and all amenities very close by. This is a quiet, small, pretty and well maintained complex with lots of lovely plants and trees set around the landscaped gardens and pools. The apartments are all privately owned and different inside, some beautifully renovated and modern and some not so good. We stayed in a beautiful modern apartment with air conditioning and a washing machine and English TV. Ideal for mature couples wanting convenience and self catering. The pool bar on site opens sporadically, snack food and drinks available and showing mainly Scottish football when it’s on. Generally very peaceful here. We will definitely be back again.

Had a apartment near the back, quiet at night and large balcony to relax on, room was clean and good value , only downside was bed was slightly uncomfortable, pool area is clean and nice to relax around in the day. Overall a decent visit with friendly staff and people.

Review is for the bar only as found this lovely bar within Yucca park run but 2 young Scottish boys First point the boys are very welcoming and polite , they’d offer breakfast and lunch menu and Tennents on tap for anyone looking for a proper pint Bar area is spotless and great place to chill out or watch sports open to anyone hours are 8am to 5pm until summer when the guys are hoping for some busy night. The pool area is not to large so people are more likely to be more friendly and this is what we found , would stay here just for the company at the bar friendly , fun , welcoming and Scottish beer

Just returned from a stay here and I must say it was fabulous. Our apartment was equipped with everything we needed for the week. Lovely quiet complex. We were initially worried as our bedroom backed on to the pool but this did not hinder our sleep in anyway. The Scotsmen bar has essentialls should you require anything but the nearest supermarket is a short walk. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, maybe a little dated but nothing worrisome. Gunita who checked us in and the gents running the Scotsmen were all lovely, accommodating people throughout our stay. Would definitely return again.
