Best thing about this hotel is the location on the first line of the beach, in a quiet part of the resort. There are many fish restaurants and shops. Near the hotel there is a bus stop, the road connects with the city of Los Cristianos (to the left) and Playa Del Duque (right). There is a spacious pool, simulating the effect of the sea. Popular in its category hotel. Recommend for young people and couples.

Amazing complex. Service and food fantastic. Very friendly and professional staff. Fabulous location near beach and so many restaurants. Apartments spacious and very clean. Highly recommended.

There are steps everywhere, many without rails so are dangerous for this 82 yer old. Steps to the front of our room without anything to hold onto which for me could be unsafe. The location is wonderful, near the sea and multiple restaurants so couldn’t be better. My main gripe is that we booked a pool View room which sounds very nice. The room is very modern and clean but although we have a pool View there is no direct way to get to it. We have to go down a ramp into the road and back into the main entrance of the hotel and carry on from there. There was no way we could know that the pool View rooms were in an annex separate from the main hotel. My recommendation is to book a room but ensure that it’s in the main hotel. Even if you have mobility issues that will be fine. Ignore the pool View rooms. My three grade is based on my own experience. I can see that many guests would see this as a brilliant place to stay.

we booked this hotel as it was advertised for being family friendly we are currently staying here and i would not recommend it for families . There is no activities during the day for children, the park is very small, and the pool although advertised for being heated is not heated ! i have a 5 year old and a 1 year old the water is too cold for them to be in. We are not allowed to play bowling after 2pm for the rest of the day as the people below may be sleeping all this not documented on there page

Fantastic location, plenty of restaurants outside the hotel. very clean refurbished one bed apartment. Everything you could ask for breakfast. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers. Cold pool but kids didn't care. Staff very helpful. Couldn't ask for more

The location is absolutely beautiful, right opposite the beach, so the views from the balcony are truly amazing, overlooking the pool and the entire beach. The beach is about 100 meters away. Unfortunately, the rooms sold as “premium” are not actually premium at all, they are the smallest rooms available. A huge downside is the presence of cockroaches, some as big as half a finger, which is a serious negative. So a big minus for the very small rooms, even when you pay for a premium or x-premium option, and a big minus for the cockroaches. The only real plus is the location, as it is truly right by the beach. The staff are friendly and polite, and the food is very good.

I couldn’t be happier with my choice of hotel. The man at the reception is amazing — incredibly kind to everyone, and especially sweet with my 3-year-old son, who already calls him his friend.

Our room faced the beach and had a spacious yard. It was spotlessly clean — 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. They clean and change the towels every day — truly top-notch housekeeping!

Beautiful place, right on the beachfront, on the main street. It takes me just 2 minutes to walk to a clean, calm beach with no waves, pleasant water, and no wind.

I absolutely loved it — I’d come back here 2,000 times. And I will!

I came with my family, and everyone loved it.

We stayed here recently and had a great experiience. The location was idea, central to many nice restaurants and the beach. Check in was very efficient, apartment was lovely and clean spacious and had a lovely seaslview wity large balcony. It was a 2 bedroom suite with plenty of space for 5 people. Fresh towels were replaced everyday which was great. Breakfast was nice and easy every morning, a nice selection for everyone, couldnt find anything to fault and staff were all friendly and helpful. Could not fault and would happily stay here again 😊

Went for our 6th visit here on 30th Oct 2025 for 7 nights, must admit only 6th visit because of the location not the reception staffs good nature!! Given a 1 bed apartment thats we paid for (s×it hole) took a day to get moved....cats everywhere in the bowels of the hotel...these rooms should imo be told to guests that is what they are getting (they should be given to them at half price with their knowledge)...anyway we were eventually moved to a nice room but 24 hours out of a weeks holiday...not really acceptable...the basement rooms should only be given to folk that know what they are coming to....you may get a sh#t hole or you may be given a decent room, it's a hit or miss and it SHOULDN'T be!!! We (2 people) paid £1700 for 7 nights, no one wants a basement room with no view except a wire fence and cats !! Unless you like cats lol....this hotel has lost 2 returning guests because of the bad state of the room we were given....don't want this hassle after traveling for 12 hours

After reading some of the recent reviews,I was worried about our trip but I need not of worried, it was fabulous, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the food a bit hit and miss, we had a beautiful modern room, with the best sea view ever. It was my birthday celebration and the hotel decorated my room, cava and chocolates too. I could not ask for more.

A lovely hotel very close to the beach. Area very busy and noisy. Lots going on. Turns out the hotel was In the process of upgrading the facilities which led to a nicer than expected room. Our room was right opposite bars though so quite noisy. Air con worked well. Staff helpful and food very good, but very dark trying to find our way around at night as outside lights didn’t seem to work.

Ordered a dry-aged rib-eye on the bone for 23.40€. It was decently cooked, although a little too pink for a medium well. Steaks menu was otherwise also nice.

** TIP: The waiter advised while we were paying that we could have asked for a table grill to cook the steak ourselves. **

My parents went for mussles and a pasta (which was hand made), they were both very happy with their choice.

Ok alcohol-free drink, for my taste the alcohol free choices could be better.

Waiters were very friendly, though at times not attentive. The waiter told us before we left that they were severely understaffed for the amount of guests.

Big place with big steaks. You feel a wee bit lost in the mix when the restaurant has 70000 tables but the waiters did a good job and both food and drink came in reasonable time.

We brough along a sleeping baby in a stroller which was no problem but the music was loud so that is something to be aware of if you got small children.

Food was excellent. One in the party ordered the ribs and said it was the best he’d ever had.

Good, typical steakhouse :)

We had a good lunch here. There was enough served. It was tasty and the staff did their job well. I consider the price a little to high for the quality of the food. Therefore there is one star reduced. The price to quantity ratio is fine.

Overpromise, underdeliver! This place did not impress us. We had to send back the sirloin steak twice. We ordered the steak medium rare, but got it well done. When they came back with new ones they were almost raw. They then took it back but did not change the steaks but just cooked them again despite us having sliced them through the middle. Avoid this place!

Restaurant is very noisy and they don't really wash the dishes. I ordered chicken and I got raw chicken. I cannot recommend this place.
