The bar outside is playing mind numbing bass music most of the time, would never have come if I knew this

Great location with plenty of nice bars and eateries. The Pantry does lovely meals. Sunday dinners are brill but you have to book if you want one.

Probably my favourite hotel I’ve ever been to. Everything you need at your doorstep, mini market inside the resort, a couple of restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. 2 huge pools. 1 of them is so deep. Nice big balconies. Friendly staff. Poor bar, cheap drinks. Clean rooms, new towels and a room clean every 2 days, we loved it. The only thing I will say is the beds were really hard, didn’t have a comfortable sleep but it was nice and quiet didn’t affect my stay.

It started with arrival at the hotel to find we couldn't get into our room until 4pm due to the previous occupants paying extra to extend their stay. We had booked this through Love Holidays but when contacting them by telephone to find out what was happening, the blasé attitude of the person I spoke to was something else! Once in the room, the standard was terrible. The shower had parts missing that only allowed the use of the hand held section. This was reported the next day but not repaired until late on our penultimate day. The electrics, especially in the bathroom were in a dangerous state. When the light to the mirror was used the front of the switch came away. The whole body of the plug pulled out when trying to unplug anything. Every dining chair in the apartment was split. Edges to the dining table were broken. The curtains were stained. No soaps or shampoos in the bathroom. The base of the shower was full of mould and the fridge hadn't been cleaned down before we arrived, the front was full of hand marks! When these things were reported to the hotel manager, her attitude was equally as poor!

I've stayed at Pueblo Torviscas from 27.09.25 for 8 nights. Before the arrival, I sent a request for a room with sea view which I've been told that is possible if I pay an €80 (€10 per night) fee so they can reserve the room, otherwise they will allocate me whatever room is available. I agree to pay the amount for a better room. They replied very fast to my emails, in minutes. We arrived on Saturday at around 12:00AM at the reception. Be careful that there are no signs where is Pueblo Torviscas reception, they have a small office inside the Sunset Harbour Club reception, and because the reception for Pueblo Torviscas is open just Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00, the Check-in and Check-out was made by the Sunset Harbour Club reception. If you have to pay something at the reception, has to be cash only, they don't accept card. And due to their limited opening time, if you are away in trips, you won't find them to help you out. The room we had was K-1-3 (Block K, 1st Floor, Room 3). A beautiful studio flat with amazing view and a balcony. The room contains 2 single beds on wheels which can be push together, very comfortable mattress and pillows, extra blankets if you need. Outside temperature was around 26-29 daily but indoors was cool and nice. The room has an AC unit and a ceiling fan. You have to pay extra €10 per day for the AC unit. On Sunday my partner identified that the hairdryer does work and we asked at the reception to replace it, which they confirm they will do it, but they haven't done it, I end up going on Thursday to tell them again. The reception had the impression that the maintenance team done it already. They brought us a brand new hairdryer. On Wednesday we used the iron when we realised that some of the wall plugs don't work, including the plug for the TV, ceiling fan, internet and some other random plugs around the room, luckily the fridge and bedsides were working. We reported at the reception and the maintenance guy came in 20 mins and fixed the issue. Luckily for us that we didn't need the internet, the tv and the fan ceiling. Multiple people reported cockroches in the room, maybe this period is not their season, but I've seen just 1 in the room which we killed, but even outside we barely seen any. So this wasn't an issue. The Block K is located next to Unique terrace which they have loud music until midnight, so if you are going to sleep early you will hear the music. But the place is still open after that and possible you will hear some drunk people. This wasn't an issue for us. Next to the Block K is a supermarket shop with everything you need in the room. The hotel is located next to the beach (2 mins walk), shops, market and restaurants at a walking distance. Great location. The pool booking rule, I think it's great! There are a number or sunbeds around the pool, but not crowded which ai loved. Everywhere around world people are leaving their towels on the sunbeds and dissappear for hours, but not here! If

Fantastic location a few minutes walk to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Restaurants on site were very good as well. Staff at the complex are very helpful and friendly. The apartment itself was basic but clean and had everything you need. We had a studio but it was a good size and had a well equipped kitchen. There was no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan but you can hire fans for €2 a day or air con for €10 a day, which we did as it was very hot. My only issue was the shower as it was very small and the shower tap took up quite a bit of room so I had to shower with the door open otherwise I kept hitting my back on the tap. The pool area is lovely and kept very clean. You can hire pool towels for €4. You do have to reserve sunbeds the day before but there were always beds available later in the afternoon if you don't book. Overall a really lovely complex, the rooms just need modernising. Would definitely stay again though.

Sat in the reception now waiting to be picked up to go home. We've had a brilliant 10days. The accommodation is spotless. Staff friendly . Lovely little shop food in pool bar and club house very good and good prices. The resort had everything we wanted. Tanya just outside the entrance is great for nightcap. Cheep and cheerful. All we can say is we will definitely book again x

My daughter and I stayed in a top floor studio in N block. Perfect location by the mini market - well stocked & well priced. Clean, large apartment with comfy beds (extra pillows) and a private balcony area. Lovely, warm pool. Prebook your sunbeds two days in advance. It’s a good system once you get used to it. Food is excellent at pool bar and restaurants onsite. Lovely location by Fanabe and Pinta beaches.

We stayed here for a relaxing family holiday - and that's exactly what we got! Two adults and a 15 year old. We stayed in A15 - a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony that had a view out over the front/side of the complex - which was over Solis Bar and partial sea view. It was lovely - no noise annoyance from bars in the vicinity. The downside of this apartment was no A/C - however we hired a portable unit and additional fan from reception (€10 additional per night) with it being the height of summer - this was non-negotiable for us as the ceiling fans were not sufficient to cool the apartment down (this is the sole reason for the review being 4*) The sunbed situation is unique - the booking system takes a bit of getting used to/understanding but we had, at least 2 beds every day, most days we had 3 and a parasol. Pools were both lovely, entertainment was minimal (aquagym/pool olympics/kids club) Location of the complex is perfect - walking out the back or front of the hotel - in any direction you are met with an unbundance of bars/restaurants/shops. It's also worth mentioning that the on site shop/pool bar are very, very reasonable and serve great food. The fresh bakery items from the shop each morning were delicious!!! Also to mention, we stayed in the first floor, had 1 cockroach the entire stay (11days) and a few other tiny bugs - but nothing to stress out a 15 year old who is terrified of every bug going! We would not hesitate in booking to stay here again - but would ensure, if staying in the height of summer that the apartment we book has A/C rather than needing to hire a unit.

Just returned from our 3rd stay here, over 5 years. This time we were in block D, on the third floor. The apartment was a good size, with Sunbeds on the balcony. It was clean, but very dated. The apartment was overlooked by the hotel opposite, and was like trying to sleep in a nightclub, the noise of the music from the street was horrendous til about 1am, then it was people walking home. Cockroach’s.. we had a couple in the apartment, but because we had left a window open. Sunbeds.. it sounds worse than it is. The lady who organises it does her best to accommodate everyone. We never queued, but spoke to her after 11, and she’d dealt with the queue, and asked what she’d got left for the next day. Only on one day out of 10 we couldn’t get them, but by 2pm people start to move & go in, and some become available. Also they had lots of extra beds delivered while we were there. Definitely recommend the Clubhouse Regent Street, on site for breakfast..

This hotel is amazing for the price, me and my boyfriend booked this as a last minute getaway and was relatively happy with the experience. Pool is fine, however we found it weird u had to book your sun-beds in advance but once u get a routine together it’s not too bad. The location was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for more from it however my biggest worry was cockroaches. I’m horrible with bugs and i understand that u can’t stop them permanently but if u are like me i recommend u book the top floor. We did this and didnt see one in our actual room but there was a lot of alive and dead ones scatter throughout the outside area, for that reason i personally wouldn’t stop again but for the price you cant complain!!

Very good staff .We had a really nice meal a couple of nights ago in here .
Eating in tonight but wanted to have a nibble out .
The bread basket with dips and the olives were all we wanted tonight .
Enjoyed them
And booked a table for Saturday .
If you are in the area give it a visit .
You won't be disappointed .

Bit of a wait, but well worth it. Gorgeous food. Much smaller menu than surrounding places, must keep their skills honed on them.

Great service from the two waitresses, tapas was reasonable for what we paid but not the best we've ever had. Tried the local red wine which was decent. Probably better than most of the restaurants in this area.

This place is a little hidden gem, I eat outside of the resort as the food is so over priced and rubbish! This however is the best restaurant in the area and I can't wait to come back, being a regular visitor or Tenerife they will come to know who we are...the best thing the food was so good and cheaper then what we expected! Live music also lovely little place.
