I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s always been a favourite of mine—but the recent changes have taken it to a whole new level. I’ve already visited three times this year alone, which says it all about how welcoming and enjoyable it is. The pool bar is now under new management, and what a difference it’s made. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the service is spot on, and the food is genuinely fantastic. It’s great to see the place brought back to life and thriving again. A big thank you to Anita and Jim—you’ve done an amazing job. I’ll definitely be returning again soon!

Absolutely stunning hotel rooms beautiful clean.Never been here before but it was absolutely 💯 amazing fantastic in everything you see and do.Pools are beautiful clean staff amazing and so friendly everything we wanted and more it was an amazing holiday hotel views and bar and restaurant was great to so would highly recommend for anyone from single married friends children families it's amazing in everything already looking forward to going again next year. Taxis into town and other places are good value.

Thanku for a very relaxing stay. A quiet location considering it was close to the busy beach area with a not very steep walk up the hill. The accomodation was of a high standard, clean with helpful and kind staff offering to clean the room daily. Good facilities with a very warm swimming pool and a tennis court as well. Hope to return if I have the opportunity again.

Location was 10/10, the rooms were fabulous, and the sunset view from the balcony did not disappoint. Would strongly recommend. Especially if you rent a car — they offer a massive parking lot for free, and the location is literally just a 5–10 minute drive from the nicest beaches.

Was made very welcome by all staff, good communication by WhatsApp room was lovely and clean and had everything in the room what you needed. The pool was just right and location was great. Also birthday cake was a really nice surprise and Wi-Fi was excellent.

Excellent stay for such a budget price. We’ve been to Tenerife many times over the last two years. We would come back here. Every where was spotlessly clean and tidy. Rooms were lovely and well equipped. Hair dryer and iron in rooms. Cleaning booked on the days you want. Very helpful reception staff. A few bars and restaurants close by and just a short walk to the main area of Costa Adeje. Bus stop across the road for access to other areas

20 of us ages ranging from 8 year olds to 80 year olds stayed for my 40th birthday. All the accommodations we had were clean tidy and a great base. The on site bar was reasonable and the bar near the reception served lovely drinks and great food. This is our second visit and we will definitely be visiting again

2nd time staying in malibu park and wont be the last from check in to checkout was superb reception staff very friendly and helpful T at the splash pool bar is a great laugh everything you need is in the rooms the WhatsApp idea is great if you need anything
