I’m just back from two nights at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. I had one of the apartments on the 9th floor of the separate block. It was well equipped and spacious. I just ate breakfast which was ok. The hot food could have been a lot better but it was still possible to find enough to do. The staff were friendly. Booked in here for a few nights to meet friends, the hotel is separate to the apartments and takes a bit of getting used to as you have to go through the hotel, walk around by the pools to get to the apartments. Our apartment was huge with a large balcony. Carlos on reception was very helpful and sorted out the car parking for us. Its was a tight squeeze in a 4 x 4! Pools were clean and not too busy...

Actually this is hotel with 3 stars.Hotel is old and beds are very umcomfortable.We csn try to change the room but they are not responsoble. Cleansing rooms is good. We got some old rooms. Air condition doesn't work. They don't deserved more than 3 stars.

Not a bad hotel, although very disappointed in the spa area we had to pay 16 euros each to use , jacuzzi was cold , heated longer n jet showers not working . Water jar empty so couldn’t even get a drink of water .

This hotel is a short walk to virtually anywhere you want to be. Bars are not too close which is great for a good night's sleep. Plenty of options for bars nearby. And the old town is approximately a 20 minute none strenuous walk away. Plenty of sun loungers to top up your tan top.

We've been to Benidorm a few times and stayed in different hotels. This was the best so far. It's a modern hotel with great facilities and a really good location. My friend and i stayed for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time and met some amazing people (shout out to Andy, Chris and Mandy!) Staff were very accommodating and service was quick. Always a good selection for the buffet, we preferred the cold options rather than hot. Was a bit of a walk to the main strip and the old town but we were prepared for this and would definitely stay here again.

We had a family week here mid March, 3 superior rooms for 6 of us. We were all very happy with the rooms. Spacious comfortable and extremely clean. I had maid service daily and it was excellent. The shower room needs updating. Very out of date. The shower is from the hot water taps and cold water taps. Then having to reach to put the shower on the wall not good when you are over 70yts old. The other complaint is the breakfast. The only item that was hot was the egg because we had to wait for it to be fried. The rest was barely warm. Must have been made at 7am. I will not book there again.

We arrived late on New Year’s Eve and the man on the front desk was spot on and very helpful. The room did have odd marks on the walls, but it was clean. I would recommend this place and would stop again.

A lovely sea front hotel. What we enjoyed most are: The friendly helpful staff. The smart decor and cleanliness. And the whole atmosphere of the hotel made our holiday very enjoyable.

Staff were attentive and kind when we went in for a drink. Drinks very nice and a quiet atmosphere.

Had a fantastic evening meal in this restaurant, food quality and service were excellent, surprisingly on a Saturday night in November we appeared to be the only dining guests, the service was like private dining, with a beautiful view of the sea/sunset, thank you very much

Perfect hotel, staff could not be more friendly and helpful, our shower was leaking so we told reception and within 20 mins we came back and it was re-sealed and fixed.

What a fantastic hotel! The view from our room was stunning! Rooms are great if a little tired in places, cleaned everyday with fresh towels, all staff very pleasant and polite, acts we saw were good standard. Only had breakfast but restaurant was very clean and food was plentiful, well cooked and well presented! Cant wait to come back here!

Excellent location and fantastic staff. My only complaint would be that the hot items are breakfast were usually cold/warm. Peter on reception was very helpful with suggestions on Spanish bars/restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is lovely right on the beach with lively views . Rooms where clean and bright pool area was spotless thou not massive. Breakfast was average. Location of hotel was a bit too far away for us right down near the Burger King and McDonald’s

Brilliant choice of hotel for our four night stay. Excellent views from the pool area, bar terrace and out room. Great location. Rooms were very good. Staff were very good. Only issue was a pretty poor breakfast but food is of course very subjective. Would 100% stay here again if the price was right

Lovely apartment and so close to the beach and sea, albeit uphill on your return! Lovely bars & eateries nearby. Bed was ok but not particularly comfortable. Bathroom needs some attention as mould in places and bath mat is like a hessian sack! Overall, would return here as location is so good and views are beautiful. Can walk to Benidorm which takes about an hour or so.

Apart hotel is a good place to stay we hade 3 apartments and the service was really good. The location is perfect 2 minutes from the beach and restaurants and the view is amazing.

Incredible location overlooking Finestrat beach, easy walk to Benidorm over the other side and to Finestrat beach. We parked the car and walked everywhere, views are out of this world, apartment is a bit tired but clean and great value for location. Parking available underneath the building for 12 euro. Will definately come back.

FANTASTIC venue. We had a 4 bedroomed apartment, sleeps 8. Clean. Huge patio. Plenty of areas to sit out. It is on top of a hill...quite steep but the views are stunning. Theres a cafe onsite, they play relaxing music...food looked delicious. Seemed to be popular. But go down the hill and theres a lovely sandy cove, lots of bars and eateries. Its a great location.

well located hotel Well located property in a quiet area and close to the beach, although our taxi driver got lost! The apartment was clean and comfortable with clean towels provided on alternate days. The only downside was the pool was very small and dirty which was disappointing.

Enjoying the beautiful hotel, lovely staff, spotlessly clean, fabulous view from our balcony, separate toilet and shower, coffee maker with complimentary supplies, fridge, air conditioning, cannot fault it, everyone we have met have been so polite and friendly. Just back from our holiday, really miss you all, you made us feel so welcome and took excellent care of us. Loved having jokes with the staff...

Was a very nice place to relax at the bar for a few drinks drinks family and friends just be prepared to wait a little to be served

Lovely placed hotel. Pool amazing and food. Rooms were fabulous. All inclusive drinks with coke and Tonic.only allowed flat pump not bottles like paying guests. Staff were hard to get attention and slow getting drinks . Otherwise good. I would go again

Friendly staff- very clean and great choice of food.

Generally property condition and facilities are good. Very friendly staff. The only disappointment was the duvets we used weren't clean 😪.

Food was amazing and plentiful. Drinks were locally sourced and tasted very good, beer was Cruzcampo😊. Entertainment every night and good quality singers, quizzes and karaoke.
