I stayed here for 5 nights as a solo parent travelling with three children. We booked via easyjet holidays. 1 - arrival was great bus transfer with beni express no issues. Have stayed at the Ambassador 4 years in a row now. Rooms are always clean and a high standard. Service is always friendly and polite. Lovely hotel for the price. In a great location for all of Benidorm. Got a Seaview room was ok not as big as I expected but otherwise couldn't fault . 2nd time staying at the Primavera Park, this time for a month so we opted for B&B in one of their comfort rooms. We have a small kitchen with hob, microwave/grill, kettle coffee maker, toaster and fridge. A mini apartment with a balconh and a large lovely supermarket up the road. This is a genuine review and we could honestly say it was a fabulous hotel. We booked a Premier room which has extras like bathrobe and slippers and little treats. Visited the Hotel Cimbel Benidorm in November for the fiesta. From the moment we stepped in to the reception area I knew the hotel would be a grt holiday. It was very clean & looked a lot newer than its age . Our room was spacious & the balcony had an amazing view of the beach . The bathroom was large with a shower . I can't express enough how lovely the staff was, perfect location and very clean. The receptionist was amazing I can't thank him enough his name was Jefe and what a super star he helped me soo much I need to go back and give him a gift, he should get a raise with everything he does. Fantastic location! Highly recommend it. All staff are so helpful and friendly. This is the 2nd time staying here. Can't wait to come back. Felt very relaxed as we came with are little dog. Best hotel if you're travelling with pet's.
