Hotels on first line in Benidorm

Great service , great variety in the breakfast , welcome bottle of water in the room , pools are very inviting. No complaints from us as a party of 5. We made use of the luggage room

Lovely big apartment pool fantastic, we are 2, 71 year old lady's, we had a bed each (which is what we wanted because we are friends) BUT we would have appreciated 2 bed sheets each instead of 1 each, and we would have liked pillow cases on the pillows, apart from that lovely apartment

Its a very short walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the new town. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The food was good and had lots of options

The room could do with being a bit larger but it wasn’t a problem- the ground floor rooms do not have the best ambience due to a prisoner cell gate to the balcony but I understand it assists with security

Breakfast was well presented and a great selection was provided. We didn’t utilise the hotel entertainment really but the snippets we saw were good

All in all it was a fantastic experience and we will book again ext year for our annual trip, thoroughly recommend

Would have preferred netting curtains on window as it directly overlooked the pool area and no balcony so felt a bit a bit like a fish bowl had to keep curtains shut when wanting to change or just had a shower

The hotel room was clean and tidy, a great position close to beach and restaurants not far from old town as well. We were there when the power cut happened

arrived after a tiresome journey the owner came out to take our cases in,checkin was swift room with a balcony at front of hotel daughter in next room great the room was great beds wow and soft, all the staff wwere great food a ok bottle of wine on the table at meal times although the hotel was 90% full no waiting for a table staff were on the ball would I use this hotel again YES

This place is great, took us in without notice when we had a problem with another accomodation, staff is kind and helpful, located in a very nice area with all kind of services around, room are spacious and sparkling clean with great A/C and the buffet breakfast is delicious and varied !!

Beautiful boutique feel to this family run hotel set footsteps from the beach at beginning of old town. Clean rooms, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Highly recommend for exploring Benidorm town!

well located hotel Well located property in a quiet area and close to the beach, although our taxi driver got lost! The apartment was clean and comfortable with clean towels provided on alternate days

Tucked away on a point between Finestrat and Benidorm, this place is quaint and definitely cozy. Also has great views and you can walk to the peak to overlook both beaches...

The only downside was the pool was very small and dirty which was disappointing

Just need nicer towels a kettle Cleaners left balcony dr unlocked and open for fresh air which I wasnt happy with. But other than that great cheap place on seafront

Fresh towels everyday but very thin and hard. Nice hot breakfast plenty of choice. No brewing up facilities in the room so had to buy a kettle as I like a brew in morning. Safe in the room Would definitely stay again

Booked for a solo long weekend. This hotel was perfect for me. The view is spectacular! My room was dated but everything you needed including a full size fridge. The shower was powerful and hot

This hotel is aimed at Older Spanish holidaymakers. If you are likely to be offended by no Engerlish tv, having mainly wonderful Spanish food, the staff not speaking engerlish fluently then please don’t go here!!!!!

Room only in this place, but you get what you pay for. A reasonable size room that sleeps two comfortably and it gets cleaned every day

We are in the hotel and the cleanliness and the food are very good, great value for money, very friendly treatment by everyone, to return. We have been in hotels with more stars and there is not so much difference

The big thing that let's it down is the food, there is not a big choice. It was chip's nearly every night, some nights there was 1 meat choice and fish. There was not a very good choice of desserts either

Comfortable accomodation, cleaned daily, but could have done with even just the one english tv channel. Superb location for the old town, food was very good and not the same every night

Drains on a morning in the bathroom are not great (smelly) but open the window and it soon clears

The reception staff were also very accommodating. But the best thing about this apartment is definitely the terrace ,it’s huge with stunning views of the sea and Benidorm. Plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture too

Good location and great staff. We were on the back but we were informed before arrival that we had no balcony or view, so it was not a problem. On the beach at the furthest most point south

A further big plus point is the ideal location, with a small, friendly bar nearby, the Viva Beach. From reception, you can borrow huge towels, beach ball and parasols

The apartment exceeded my expectations and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning! There was ample storage space and everything was spotless, and all staff were friendly and offered exceptional, personal service

Santa Faz was absolutely above what we expected! Ok the rooms are tired after 70 years but for a 2* rated hotel it was amazing. It’s located in the middle of old town and less than 200m from the beautiful beach

got bak after 21 nights yes long at this hotel but fab location staff brilliant especially Ecias Ibarra on reception so helpful & friendly nothing 2 much trouble, Sara cleaned our room every day fresh towels each day etc with smiles also Carlos also reception so friendly & not forgetting the young Chef at breakfast kept breakfast flowing with a smile

The beach is just down the road and it is 2 alleyways away from Tapas Alley. The rooms are just basic hotel rooms. The beds were comfortable enough, the shower is great

Rooms dated but lovely and clean. Beans came out then 10 mins eggs but then no cutlery and no staff to get any but apart from that its ok

Very nice staff which speak English pretty well. Bar open late (until 2am), which was good. Spacious and nicely set out rooms, to enjoy at the end of the day. Lovely pool, other than the fact that it was a little small

Was really impressed with outside grounds. Rooms clean and spacious for a studio style. Bed wide and comfortable. Pillow menu very impressed. Food good variety and tasty. Sugar free cookies at breakfast.

Great position easy walking to beach and centre

The sun hit our balcony as well which was great for chilling out on. Special mention to Inigo who could not have been more helpful and friendly during our stay. The housekeeping was superb as well

We love staying in the old town area. pf benidorm amd this was perfect 2 minute walk into the centre for shopping ,bars and food. The room was lovely we had a double bed, walk in shower

Just spent four days here celebrating my birthday with my wife and meeting up with some friends. The room was immaculately clean and well appointed with all that we needed for our stay

We had a late flight and didnt arrive at the hotel until 1 am, very friendly staff and the desk is manned 24hr but need to ring if arriving after 9pm

Stayed here as part of a friend’s hen weekend (single room for me). Super location just back from the beach in the old town. Bedroom was a good size with a really comfortable bed, and a lovely balcony

Just returned from our 2nd stay here. It’s a cheap hotel in the centre of the Old Town. We were in Room 50 right next to the lift, so it was noisy, but I had earplugs which worked perfectly, and blocked out the noise

Another positive point is that there's a bar on the ground floor open all night and a rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the beach

Yes the glass collection is noisy, yes the lift is noisy, but comfy bed, cleaned every day, good shower, lovely people, nice breakfasts with great coffee and a fantastic rooftop bar. Will always try this hotel first

The room is clean, had a kettle and a small balcony and was perfect for 2 of us

Perfect location right at tapas alley, 2 min walk to the shops or the beach. Beds were really comfy and shower was great. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Staff were really nice and very helpful

Hotel Rosabel is perfect for couples and the older generation as it's in the quiter older part of Benidorm which has a much more Spanish feel to it with the classy bars & restaurants! The hotel itself has a lovely room with ensuite & balcony and can also use it's sister hotel across the road for it's facilities such as their pool and restaurant

This hotel lives up to its fabulous description. Better than most 3 or 4 stars I've stayed at. Clean fresh and central look forward to staying again in the autumn 🙂

Some of the Stars must have fell off the sign this is much higher than shown . A bargain and a great hotel.

Apartments mainly occupied by elderly Spanish residents. Apartment maintenance staff around during the day. Lovely swimming pool at rear of building and a large car park and charging area for mobility scooters

Keys are collected at an office on the end of the sea front, about 5 minutes walk away. There was a €200 damage deposit which we weren’t warned about. Once in, the apartment is basic but perfectly located

We arrived on Tuesday, booked through OnTheBeach. Apparently we should have received a voucher telling us how to collect the keys, but this never came so we had to call to figure it out

The place has everything you need except WiFi but its on the beach. Although you have to do it all yourself like wash all the towels. And clean the place but we are well used to that

Front entrance opens up to main beach promenade. Rear entrance leaves you within two minute walk of bars and clubs

Bathroom good size with shower and washing machine. No balcony, but a magnificent view from open sliding doors and the sound of the waves was breathtaking. The lift to the eleventh floor took 45 seconds and worked well

The most beautiful view that ,I have ever had :) But fridge was not in room ,then I ask the staff, and no prablome at all ,He just goes and get one for us and bring to our room ,will go there again defently

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The owner was very friendly & always took the time to stop and chat. The bed was comfortable & great air con. The views from the balcony were amazing

Tidy little hotel over looking the beach and marina. Bunch of us 30+ yes old lads stayed there for 3 nights. Very clean, very tidy, staff are so friendly and accommodating

Just back from a 6 day stay here. On entering our room I was blown away by the amazing view of the harbour and beach. The room was very small and must add the walls are very thin so expect some noise

We are staying in this hotel this week, it is really nice and with stunning views. Will definitely come back soon. I can highly recommend it.

No pool access ,no bar,wasn't a hotel it was an apartment block residents live there , Overall area was beautiful and in a quieter part of Benidorm. Beach literally 2 mins walk away. Very beautiful place Finestrat

The pool area is OK but there's no life guard so pretty much everything is prohibited, you're better off walking across to the Hotel Monika and using the pool there

2hrs after drop of we finally get to tower block 2, 25th floor, pleasently surprised to find a really nice big apartment with massive balcony, booked a twin room got a double bed and sofa bed which was rubbish as it didn't stay together, unfortunately that's were gud things end, apartment had dirty floors, bathroom,balcony table,bed had long black hairs,sofa bed pull out bit was gross stained and hairs...

Where do I start !! Firstly after reading reviews I contacted on 3 occasions to find out from Sunshine Holidays were to check in,no answer, so reviews told me check-in at Splash, walk about 5mins walk,find it and it's CLOSED UNDER CONSTRUCTION, Had to ring sunshine and was told i had to travel over 5kms away to get checked in at a different hotel

Visited late September 2025, Lovely hotel, very clean, helpful staff, particularly mentions for Matthew, and Henry at the outside bar, very friendly and chatty, as was the outdoor snack chef, he was very funny and kept everyone entertained while waiting of your food being cooked to order, rooms are spacious all facing the pool/sea front, (you can just about see the sea through the skyscrapers) large...

The hotel is a little way off the main drag but everything including the beach and old town is walkable

Swimming pool: 25m in length - therefore excellent to swim long distances for fitness. Sunshine and exercise what’s not to like! 👏 It’s a shame to watered down drinks were diluted with a sugary solution 😞

The food was great, lots of options for all tastes and the staff were actively clearing plates all the time. Plenty of help yourself drink options available with meals including alcohol

Food was amazing and plentiful. Drinks were locally sourced and tasted very good, beer was Cruzcampo😊. Entertainment every night and good quality singers, quizzes and karaoke.

We would come again, for the wine and fish and the lovely big pool

Great hotel and facilities for a budget holiday. My grown up son and I spent 5 nights at this resort for a quick break. Indoor pool and gym were superb. Was a bit cold for outdoor swimming

The apartments are up a steepish hill but you get the benefits of peace and quiet plus it’s a short taxi ride from the old or new town. They offer a lovely looking buffet breakfast for €8/pp and buffet dinner for €16/pp

One negative would be the older entertainment man, who was constantly blowing his whistle during pool games. The hotel is completely isolated but it's only 7euros in a taxi to old town benidorm

A lovely clean and efficient apartments. we were thereon 1st feb 26 for 10 days and can not find a fault anywhere or at any time. We were on 8th with a lovely view of sea and the area

I stayed here before, so when I came back to Benidorm, I stayed here again. This time, I was higher up and had a great view of Benidorm and the ocean. The staff were fantastic again

Rooms were very clean and modern,not 5* but a good 3*. beds were comfy and staff very nice. in fact already booked for nov 24th. [CAN WE HAVE THE SAME APARTMENT PLEASE

The christmas lights are far better here than at home. set in a lovely area between old and new

All good, beautiful view, beautiful room, the only flaw is that after 1am they close the main entrance and you are forced to enter from behind but it is a very tiring and long climb.

staff were very helpful…yes it’s a bit dated but it has everything you need full oven with grill 4 hobs and all pots and pans / cutlery / plates etc

we were in 17/5 with no noise other than the sound of the sea Amazing views from the sun room would definitely recommend and book again Great supermarket as you turn right out of front…with a new Lidl in the new town It’s a taxi ride or a long walk to Llevant Beach but not too expensive This side of Benidorm is much quieter than the Levantine side great beach so big it can’t possibly get full…

We were on the 4th floor , I think there's about 24 floors. The reception staff were lovely. And there's a big choice of books in the reception area. The only downsides are you can only get WiFi in the reception area

In the quieter side of Benidorm. Excellent shower kitchen bedroom. They don't clean the rooms unless your there more than 7 days. The pool was closed but it was early in the season. Reception staff really helpful

(unlike the other side) the whole area is very clean Lots of cafes and restaurants close by many serving full proper English breakfast
