Lovely hotel,close to town and shops! Staff friendly, room was comfortable and clean! Stayed there for 5 days,Lovely little break away! Would definitely stay there again!

Room only in this place, but you get what you pay for. A reasonable size room that sleeps two comfortably and it gets cleaned every day

I'm leaving a 2/5 star rating because of the wifi situation. Yes there is wifi in the hotel, but as soon as you go to your room it's gone. This was the same situation for my dad who also couldn't get wifi in his room either. You can only get it at reception or in the hallways. It's not 2010 anymore it's 2025 and people rely on the internet now for most things so i really feel the wifi needs to be adjusted and fixed. As for everything else it's a decent, affordable hotel and the location for it is great. It's a shame because if it wasn't for the wifi i would have recommended this hotel.

Food great. Staff very good. Room good value for money. Great location. This hotel is aimed at Older Spanish holidaymakers. If you are likely to be offended by no Engerlish tv, having mainly wonderful Spanish food, the staff not speaking engerlish fluently then please don’t go here!!!!!

Value for money near old town, breakfast always eggs, bacon, cheese ham toast etc....plenty local choice alternatives. Evening menu OK just, bottle wine 5 euro good value, overall a good base

Please dont lose your money and time to book a stay here. Rude attitude towards guests. The personal is not friendly and quiet aggressive.Not all the facilities included that they say they have. No wifi. No phone signal inside the builiding. You can hear when someone is flushing the toilet from the loby. The smell is something really real. Smells terrible. Save your money. Book somewhere else

Don’t bother. Rude staff (if you’re English), no tv channels, WiFi doesn’t reach the room, balcony is tiny, you get 1 small pillow, the air conditioning only comes on twice a day for an hour each time, things were stolen from our room (money). We were made to feel very uncomfortable during our stay by all of the hotel staff. I can’t believe love holidays actually advertise this sh*thole. DONT BOTHER

Terrible 2 star hotel. I wouldn't even give 1 star. Terrible and very poor food with very little choice. No room cleaning, small and dilapidated balcony. The hotel had neither a hall nor a common room, all definitely in need of renovation. I would say that as an experience, it was really "negative". We will never go back again....... The only positive note, the position in relation to the sea, excellent (that's all).

The worst you can find in Benidorm... Terrible food and little variety. Now if you want to come and be warm this is your place, because the air conditioning has a schedule from 2 pm to 4 am. And on top of that they turn it off before. Cleaning at 2:20 in the afternoon. Terrible what a vacation!!!!

It's pretty good for a cheap 2-star hotel, the food has little variety but is quite delicious. Bad, the bathroom needs urgent renovation, very old and the air from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. is very bad, in the mornings you get hot in the room, and when it works you can't set the temperature you want, it's standard
