Not a great experience. My first solo trip, I knew the hotel as I’d visited the roof top bar many times with my husband. The hotel was basic, but fine, clean, lovely white huge fluffy towels. Breakfast was good, the coffee was lovely. The first night was ok, noisy, but I expected that, I knew the position of the hotel. The second night was absolute hell. I’d been out with friends & was sound asleep, woken up at 02,30 by swearing, shouting, screaming & running about, which went on til around 05.00. Being on my own I was too terrified to go out & investigate, the phone in the room didn’t work & someone hammered on my door. By 05.00 I’d given up trying to sleep. When I went down to breakfast it was the talk of the hotel, no one had got any sleep & most people were complaining. None of us could understand why reception hadn’t intervened. Too much for me, I left a night early & went & booked myself into RH Canfali, absolute bliss. I won’t stay there again.

Very bad experience, first night very nosey next door banging on every door to find there friends, swearing and shouting till 5-00am. The rest off the week wasn't much better considering it is adults only more nosey than a kindergarten, came down to get breakfast on the Friday and got refused because we were leaving at 7-45am and breakfast starts at 8-30am. So will not be staying there again. 0/10 is my review.

Just returned from our 2nd stay here. It’s a cheap hotel in the centre of the Old Town. We were in Room 50 right next to the lift, so it was noisy, but I had earplugs which worked perfectly, and blocked out the noise. The room is clean, had a kettle and a small balcony and was perfect for 2 of us. Yes the glass collection is noisy, yes the lift is noisy, but comfy bed, cleaned every day, good shower, lovely people, nice breakfasts with great coffee and a fantastic rooftop bar. Will always try this hotel first

Perfect location right at tapas alley, 2 min walk to the shops or the beach. Room was absolutely spotless. Beds were really comfy and shower was great. Cleaners were in every day. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Staff were really nice and very helpful. Roof top bar was nice but really busy. Only bad things we found was the balcony was tiny and there was a bad sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We found if we kept the door shut we couldn't smell it in the room. Will 100% be going back and have already booked for April.

Stayed for a week just before Christmas. Room 10 on the first floor. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom had everything we needed. Huge shower with plenty of hot water. Toiletries, hairdryer and the biggest towels I have ever seen in a hotel. Plenty of choice at breakfast and well priced drinks. The staff were all friendly and the rooftop bar was relaxing and chilled. We would definitely return.

Good value for money. Positives: perfect location, in the heart of the old town, surrounded by tapas bars and restaurants. 1 minute from the beach. For 2 stars is quite clean, good breakfast and regular room cleaning. Negatives: The rooms are ok, but the bathroom needs renovation (rust and mold). There is tea, but no coffee. Very poor soundproofing, you can hear everything that happens in the next room. Beautiful rooftop bar, but unfortunately there is no one to serve you. And the most disappointing thing was the service ...staff ...poor English , unfriendly, unresponsive and without any interest in customers.

Very well located in the old town, breakfast was good, some of the staff were miserable. Room was dated with no fridge and a view of another building less than 10 ft away from the balcony. Bathroom was ridiculously small that I could wash my hands while sitting on the toilet! Noise a big issue with some groups staying there. Great location, poor staff and in dire need of some type of refurbishment.

The location is unbeatable, right in the center, and the service is very good; everyone is very friendly. However, the room wasn't very clean, and you can hear a lot of noise from the street, other rooms, and even the elevator. Breakfast is a la carte and worth it; it was very good. Another positive point is that there's a bar on the ground floor open all night and a rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the beach. It's one of the cheaper hotels, and it shows, but it's worth it if you just want a place to shower and spend the night. I wouldn't recommend it as a place to rest.

Stayed here as part of a friend’s hen weekend (single room for me). Great value. Super location just back from the beach in the old town. Bedroom was a good size with a really comfortable bed, and a lovely balcony. Bathroom was adequate with both a bath and shower. Breakfast was included which made the stay incredible value at just over £45/night. I would definitely stay here again.
